The World Needs Scientificand Technological ProgressBy Matthew Ehret-Kump

When situating the recent Canadian elections in the context ofthe global financial meltdown striking upon all sections of the

world, the astute world citizen must take heed that the smell offascism lurks ominously in the air. While it is increasingly

being recognized that a new systemic change shall be requiredover the near term future by all relevant players in theTransatlantic and Pacific nations, the question posed is not somuch which party shall lead my nation?, but rather: Upon what

principled idea of humanity shall this new system be based?

A Canada founded on principles of technological and scientificprogress can only occur if the globalized system of worldgovernment be scrapped in favor of a system of National creditissued for the construction of great projects under a GlobalGlass Steagall reform. This solution, outlined by Americaneconomist Lyndon LaRouche has been adopted by statesmenaround the world such as Rep Marcy Kaptors H.R.1489, andItalian finance minister Tremonti`s Glass Steagall call as arallying cry for patriots globally.

However, the agencies of the current City of London controlledfinancial empire are demanding the total inverse. In a recentreport issued by the Scientific Advisory Council of the FederalGovernment on Global Environmental Changes (WBGU)1the(final) solution to the crisis is clearly spelled out. A return tozero growth, agrarian feudalism under a one world dictatorshipmust be implemented at all costs and held together by a newspeculative bubble based on cap n trade, carbon caps, and greenenergies. Not only does this British steered body demand theelimination of all Carbon based energy sources, but all nuclearenergy as well! As the chair of the council professor HansJoachim Schellnhuber has made clear during the failedCopenhagen summit of 2009, the intention is nothing less thanmassive population reduction: ``In a cynical way, it's a triumph

for science because at last we have stabilized something--namely the estimates for the carrying capacity of the planet, namely below 1 billion people. What a triumph. On the otherhand, do we want this alternative? I think we can do much, much better.''

This statement of intent must be seen by patriots as a modernday Mein Kampf.

The after effects of the recent Canadian elections havedemonstrated a valuable principle. That is, the populationstotal disgust for the political hackery of all leading parties whoact more as tools of the British empire than defenders of thegeneral welfare. In this respect, the spirit yearning for justiceand change sweeping the world from Tunisia, the US andIceland has been expressed to some degree in Canada.

Unlike the lessons of Iceland, Ireland or the USA however, where the leadership of the mass strike has fought to reject

fascist austerity and bailout demands by the financial oligarchy, the Canadian experience has been significantly more confused, asimply not liking political prostitution is just not enough toestablish any form of durable change.

The failure of Canadians to break thusfar from the trap ofselecting the lesser of all evils can be clearly seen in schismedsplit between the east and west. Monetarist ideologues such as th

Conservatives now dominate the parliament on west side, whereEnvironmental ideologues who believe in Cap n Trade, zerogrowth and green energy now dominate on the east. The realitythat members in either party and citizens alike must realize soonis that both extremes are not only controlled by the same globalBritish empire, but that the ideologies in both cases leadinexorably to necessitate population reduction, and fascistausterity, especially within a context of crisis management. It istrap.

The way out of this trap is somewhat elegant. Nations mustsimply defend the common aims of mankind rather thancompromising to the common aims of budget accountants, as isthe current trend in policymaking. This simple commitment to th

durable evolution of the human species requires not merely therecognition of the periodic threats of the solar and galacticactivity on climate, earthquakes and pandemics here on earth, bualso the recognition that it is uniquely within mankind`s ability tdiscover such principled causes and in so doing gain greatermastery of the universe through which we have evolved. Eachcreative leap to higher platforms of potential, finds humanitygaining a new power that coincides with an ever greaterresponsibility. This scientific fact necessitates the totalobliteration of the cultish belief in entropy2 as a model of socialcontrol both in policy practice and education, and the re-adoptioof the national credit system model of economics as a true

physical science outlined by Lyndon LaRouche.

Were civilization to survive the current political and galacticcrises now underway, then projects of unbounded spacecolonization, NAWAPA, advances in 4th generation nuclearfission and inevitably thermonuclear fusion3must necessarily beallowed occur. This cannot ever happen under any form ofGreenie, or free market logic which rejects the primary role ofcreative reason as the guiding principle of the universe and naturlaw.
