Bar ServeryThe existing bar servery will be removed and a fully equipped bar will be created as a central feature in the middle of the pub, complete with improved access to the main trading area and beer garden. Works will include: • A complete redecoration to complement the pub’s

modern interior. • Installing a zinc bar top with a timber bar front. • New back bar fittings to showcase the pub’s premium

drinks selection. • Installing a brand new coffee machine for a quality

coffee offer. • Adding stylish bar-height stools. Bar Area The bar area will be refurbished throughout in line with the pub’s modern design to create the perfect environment for customers to enjoy a quality drink. Works will include: • Large scale structural works to open up and increase

The Sun RoomThis sun room will be completely redecorated throughout in line with the pub’s modern design to create a light and airy area to enjoy a drink and bite to eat from the pub’s new and improved menu. Works will include: • Installing full-height glazed bi-fold doors. • Adding a variety of new stylish loose furniture

in an assortment of fabrics. • New eclectic bric-a-brac and feature lighting to add

to the character of the venue. ToiletsThe existing toilets will be removed and relocated to the first floor. The new toilets will be fully decorated using copper piping detail, in line with the pub’s new modern design. Works will include: • New crackle glazes metro wall tiles will be fitted and

complemented by feature monochrome encaustic floor tiles.

• New Belfast sinks will installed along with new sanitaryware.

• Quirky written wall detail and decorative touches will be featured to complete the overall look.

Cellar A brand new, fully equipped cellar will be created to service the new font offer. This will include the installation of a SmartDispense system to reduce waste and improve quality. Beer Garden A new outside decking seating area will be created to the rear of the pub, with an access door to the sun room, and will provide the perfect place for customers looking to enjoy a drink or alfresco dining during the warmer months. Works will include: • Brand new seating.• Laying new decking. • Introducing a new timber pergola structure draped with

feature lanterns for added ambience. • Adding new foliage and decorative planting to soften
