Heart of Jesus Retreat Heart of Jesus is a discernment retreat for men. Brothers, might God be calling you to the priesthood? Take this opportunity to consider this question, listen to various talks by priests and seminarians, and socialize with brothers who are discerning the same questions as yourself. We’ll also celebrate Mass and spend time in prayer and adoration. Heart of Jesus will take place at Cedarbrake Retreat Cen-ter in Belton from Wednesday, December 15th at 6 p.m. to Friday, December 17th at 1:00 p.m. The cost to attend is $35. Meals and lodging are included in this cost. This event is open to men 18 to 40 years old. RSVP at godiscalling.me La Diócesis de Austin está ofreciendo un retiro de discernimiento para hombres llamado, “Heart of Jesus.” Hermanos, ¿podría Dios estar llamándote al sacerdocio? Únete a un grupo de sacerdotes y seminaristas de la Diócesis en un retiro para ayudarte escuchar el llamado de Dios y seguir donde él te conduce. Tendrás la oportuni-dad de escuchar varios temas, conocer a otros hombres que están discerniendo su vocación, y pasar tiempo en oración con Dios. 46 Rosarios a la Virgen de Guadalupe La Sociedad Guadalupana invita a todos al Santo Rosario. El 28 de Octubre comienzan los 46 Rosarios a la Virgen de Guadalupe. Los 46 Rosarios representan las 46 estrellas en el manto de la Vir-gen. Los Rosarios se ofrecerán los Martes, Miércoles y Viernes en la Iglesia a 10am. El primer Rosario se llevará a cabo el 28 de Octubre, y el último el 10 de Diciembre. La Sociedad Guadalupana extiende una cordial invitación a todos. ¡Acompáñenos! NOTA: En caso que haya algún evento en la Iglesia, pasaremos al jardín de Nuestra Ma-dre Santísima detrás de la Capilla. Gracias, ¡los esperamos!
Angel Tree Saint Vincent de Paul will continue to help our families in need dur-ing this Christmas season; however, all donations for the Project will be financial. This year the families will be receiving gift cards to be used for their Christmas celebrations and children’s gifts. Please help us by making a donation of one or more $25 or $50 gift cards to the Society of SVDP Christmas Project. The Angel Tree with envelopes to hold the gift cards will be in the narthex on November 27/28. Se-lect your envelope(s), purchase the gift cards, and return the cards in these same envelopes by December 11/12 during all weekend mass-es, where an SVDP volunteer will be available to receive your dona-tion. You may also drop off your donation at the parish office by De-cember 13. Thank you for the generous financial and spiritual sup-port you have always given our Society. We appreciate all that you do to provide for our neighbors in need. First Saturday Devotion Every first Saturday, the devotion to honor our Blessed Mother by attending Mass and saying the rosary takes place in the church at 8:00 AM. Please join us this Saturday, December 3rd for First Satur-day Devotion.
