About

The TLT Collaborative

The immediate future (January–June 2002)Strategic planning initiative

TLT Collaborative Board will engage in a strategic planning process to develop a plan by Summer 2002 to use in making decisions for FY 2002-03 and beyond.

Assessment initiative• Develop an online database of assessment resources including assessment tools.

• Campuses can participate in discussion and support of individually-selected assessment projects.

About

The TLT Collaborative

Lessons learned so far• Collaboration in the TLT area among 16 very diverse

sister institutions is indeed possible

• One size does not fit all

• Finding and establishing the self-identity of the Collaborative is important and difficult

• Keep all participation voluntary

Page 33: The UNC Teaching and Learning with Technology Collaborative

Teaching and Learning with Technology Collaborative

About

The TLT Collaborative

More lessons• Geographic location is a major issue in travel

considerations

• Facilitate information exchange among campuses

• Provide opportunities that the campuses cannot provide on their own

• Communicate, listen, communicate, listen…
