10.25.2011 - 3 Ideasf or over-all party theme, ideas sent outto producers to chose their favorite.10.25.2011 - After a final decision has mutually been madeamong all producers; there will then be a 4 day window for

each producer to submit 5-10 sub ideas for the over-all partytheme to include.10.29.2011 - A list will be compiled of all sub-ideas and at1PM a list will be sent to all producers including all producerssub-ideas. The producers will then have 1 hour to chosetheir top 5-7 sub-ideas and send them to Alec.

10.29.2011 - 2:30PM - ALL PRODUCERS WILL RECIEVE ALIST OF 5-9 OF THE MOST SELECTED SUB-IDEAS.10.29.2011 (ALL DAY) - this is the logistics day. This will bea day of actual planning, times, supplies, venues, events,sections, bars, VIP list, funding, etc.

10.29.11 - 11:59PM: A finalized plan will be concluded, setwith a 6-8 week date launch, also including a plan a list ofthe logistics listed above and more that are not listed above.11.1.2011 - Producers have until 9AM today to send a list ofall attendees they want to attend, along with 2 VIP members.DO NOT FORGET ALONG WITH A FULL NAME, A PHONE# AS WELL!!!!!!

11.2.2011 - A finalized guest list along with a finalized VIPlist will be sent out to ALL producers:- In the event of a conflict of invited guests, Alec will hold a

conflict resolution discussion with all parties and there will bea vote held on to keep or amend the guest list invitee(s)

discussed.11.5.2011 - A set of 3 possible invitations(including 3possible VIP invitations) will be sent to all producers for afinal vote. The most highly selected one(including VIP) willbe chosen for print.11.14.2011 - ALL invitations will be sent in the mail.

11.20.2011 - In the invitation we will ask for them to RSVPvia text message (a number just for this party will beestablished: 801.742.1359) THE INVITEES WILL ONLYHAVE UNTIL THIS DAY TO RSVP!!11.25.2011 - finalized RSVP'd ATTENDEE list will be sent

out to all producers.11.29.2011 - VIP Badges will be produced, and packagedready to be mailed on 11.30.201112.05.2011 - ALL SUPPLIES SHOULD BE PURCHASEDBY THIS DATE.12.06.2011&> - TBA
