Part 1:

The Teachings The purpose of this book is not to focus on the adventures of George Adamski, Howard Menger, Daniel Fry, Buck Nelson, or the Italian Friendship Group but to focus on the amazing teachings the wonderful people from other worlds gave to George Adamski, Howard Menger, Daniel Fry, Buck Nelson, and the Italian Friendship Group so they could share the knowledge with the world. The first half of the book will consist of brief summaries of the different teachings given to the various contacts mentioned above. The second half of the book will consist of 12 short lessons that could help assist someone to live more according to the teachings of the space friends and also be offered ideas of ways to start study groups so others may benefit from the knowledge in a more detailed way. Also briefly discussed in various areas of this book will be the actual name of the organization of the space friends, and there will also be a brief mention about the fact that the space friends actually have bases on planets in our solar system but they do not live on the planets. They actually live on other planets in other parts of the galaxy. It is also important to note that the subject of this book will be following Adamski’s view that the space people are physical people in our third dimension, and ‘psychics’, ‘channelers’ are either the result of a misunderstanding of the cosmic laws as Adamski would say, or the ‘psychics’ and ‘channelers’ are fake or are being manipulated by advanced evil groups for purposes of disinformation. The second half of the book also contains some lessons of the spiritual teachings of certain teachers such as Yogananda (who’s teachings were

supported by the space people in Menger’s book From Outer Space to You) along with some very good meditation techniques of Alaje. But it should be pointed out that the Space Friends of Geroge Adamski, Howard Menger, Daniel Fry, Buck Nelson, or the Italian Friendship Group are physical people just like us and they are a separate organization from Yogananda or Alaje’s group.

Chapter 1

George Adamski

Flying Saucers Have Landed In the book Flying Saucers Have Landed by George Adamski it describes an encounter Mr. Adamski had with a friendly space person from another planet. The encounter happened in the California dessert and what ensued was the sighting of a mother ship and a landing of a space craft from another world and communication through sign language and telepathy between Mr. Adamski and the friendly space man. A Summary of the spiritual teachings from the book: -The space people live according to the will of the creator (God), not by their own personal will. -They are physical people just like us, they are not etheric. -When in the presence of a space friend, the energy they radiate from their body is a feeling of great love and understanding and wisdom. - The space friends are very cordial and polite. -The space friends can communicate with telepathy but as noted in the book Inside the Spaceships they can also physically verbally speak. --The space people believe everyone’s true self is the soul (awareness) and not the physical body. The soul or awareness is mind energy. - The space friends believe in re-incarnation.

Inside the Spaceships In the book Inside the Spaceships by George Adamski, Mr. Adamski re-unites with the space man he first met in the book Flying Saucers Have Landed and he is actually brought into the ships of the friendly space people where he learns much more about how the space friends think and live. He also received teachings directly from the compassionate masters of the space people. A Summary of the spiritual teachings from the book: -The space people live anonymously among us and are helping people in small ways and living a life of friendliness, kindness, and patience in order to be good examples for Earth people to follow. -The space people have registering discs that can read thoughts and the space friends will help all people in small ways who sincerely ask for their assistance. The following is a quote by the space friends on the subject regarding reading thoughts will telemeter discs: “…we keep ourselves ever alerted to receive the call for whatever help men of Earth may truly desire, for they are still our brothers.” - There are extra-terrestrial groups that are good and some that are evil. - The friendly space people radiate powerful universal love and understanding and wisdom energy that can be felt by being in their presence. -The space friends are not perfect and they make mistakes just like everyone else. - The attitude of service is the nature of the universe. - God is known to the space friends as the ‘Supreme Intelligence’ ‘Infinite One’ or ‘Supreme Being’ and the whole universe exists within God (the ‘Supreme Intelligence’) God is the invisible intelligent energy that is all things. - The universe is infinite so there is no rush in learning because the learning never stops. People eventually incarnate into all forms infinitely.

-All shape and form is of the same Intelligent energy of God. -The space friends often pray to God. -The space friends know we are not the body, but the eternal awareness within the body. The awareness within the body is the soul. - Having attachments and aversions is identifying with the temporary body and not the eternal awareness (soul) -The space friends are vegetarian. Service is the nature of the universe and service is applied also to eating food. All living things have souls. Vegetables, fruits and nuts exist to serve by giving the body nutrients. When people consume the vegetables, fruits, or nuts, they offer the vegetables, fruits, and nuts an opportunity to serve by receiving the nutrients for the health of the body, and in return the people evolve due to giving the plants, fruits and nuts an opportunity to serve. - Spiritual evolvement happens through service. The space friends evolve by serving God, each other and all others, and we can evolve by serving God, the space friends, and all others. -The space friends say there is no separation. All atoms are interrelated by the same energy of God. -The space friends learn from the past but thy live in the present moment. That is how to stay as the awareness (soul). -Reincarnating onto other places is possible when a person knows they are not the body , but the eternal awareness (soul) within the body. -Although not mentioned in Inside the Spaceships I will briefly demonstrate (in chapter 7) why the space friends live on bases on Venus, the Moon, Mars, ect. and do not live openly on those planets. (At Saturn it is likely they have a space station or way station because Saturn is not a physical planet.)

Cosmic Philosophy In the book Cosmic Philosophy Mr. Adamski gives the sum total of his knowledge at that time from what he has learned about the universe and from the space friends. The book consists of the philosophy of the cosmos and how to live in tune with God. A Summary of the spiritual teachings from the book: - Cosmic Philosophy is the philosophy of an understanding of the universe which is seen as an orderly and harmonious complete system. It is understanding and observing the cause of why things are the way they are by understanding everything as interrelated. The space friends live by a humble reverence and love for the All Knowing Intelligence (God) as God is expressed in every living form. - Truth as mentioned in the book is not judging between what is perceived as untrue. Truth is learning how to live in tune with God and to see the invisible intelligent energy of God operating through all forms. - The Magnificent Perception as noted in the book is knowing your soul (awareness) is an eternal part of God, yet our physical body and world is temporary and ruled by time. -The Creation of the Universe as noted in the book: The universe was created by vibration from God which led to the creation of physical matter. - The result of using names as mentioned in the book: God is changeless, whole and complete. Names artificially divide things. But in truth all things are the same energy of God. So everything is one as individual parts of the same Invisible Intelligent Energy of God. -Relativity as noted in the book: Everything is made of the same atoms of God. The atoms are directed by the thought impulses of God or by people. Gods Intelligence guides plants, animals, ect. through feelings of impulse. Everything is a constant flux of atoms breaking down and building up. Only God and the soul are eternal. -Consciousness as mentioned in the book: Consciousness is another name for

God. God is the invisible intelligent energy that is all people and all things and God has its own separate thoughts from everything else. God only helps out in small positive ways. God will help by offering situations but it is up to the people to take them or not. - Body, Mind, and Consciousness as mentioned in the book: The body is a creation of the mind. The mind is a receiver of thoughts and ideas from God. It is up to the person to decide if they use negative or positive thoughts and actions to create good or bad karma for themselves. - We are our awareness as mentioned in the book. We are our awareness, our awareness is our soul which is a feeling within the body but not a nerve response, be the awareness (or soul) by being an objective observer in the present moment within the body. Awareness or soul is mind energy. -Progress as mentioned in the book: Learning about the universe is infinite and we can never know all. So practice patience while learning. Having constantly renewed thoughts by letting go of the past helps people stay youthful. - Faith as mentioned in the book: Faith is a connection to God. Fear blocks faith and the connection to God. Let go of fear in order to increase your faith and therefore increase connection to God. - Emotional Balance as mentioned in the book: People who can not live a useful life in this world will not find it any easier in any other world. Emotional balance that is maintained under all circumstances is essential if one wishes to have lasting happiness and good health. Emotional extremes disturb happiness whether extreme joy or anger or fear ect. Having an attitude of newness is one way to keep emotional balance. Newness is seeing every second as a new opportunity to learn something new or create something better to focus on with newer better thought and letting go of the past. -Relaxation as mentioned in the book: True relaxation is accepting and releasing tension and negative attitudes and habits. - Cosmic Language as mentioned in the book: Cosmic Language is knowing everything is an expression of God. All energy and thoughts including Gods own thoughts are affecting every atom which creates our reality.

The Science of Life

The Science of Life is about studying life on this world and the universe and the information in the Science of Life book is all anyone needs to know for all their future infinite lives because everything needed is within the book. The book has direct input from the Space Friends. The book is highly recommended. A Summary of the spiritual teachings from the book: -God is the invisible intelligent energy everywhere that is all things in the universe and everything is an expression of God. Ask God a question with your thoughts, then let go of thinking and an answer will just come from God in the form of a thought or idea. The ego is not listening to the advice of God. -Moderation in all areas of life is important. -The attitude of newness is important. The attitude of newness is that there is always something new to learn. -Cause and Effect: The whole universe exists due to the previous thoughts of God or people (Cause), the effects are the physical actions and manifestations due to the thoughts. (Effect) -We are not our temporary body, but our eternal awareness (soul) within our body. Our awareness is the feeling of alertness within our body but it is not feeling in the form of nerve response.

Chapter 2:

Howard Menger From Outer Space to You In the book From Outer Space To You, Howard Menger meets a friendly space woman when he is 10. When he becomes an adult he again meets the same woman who by all appearances has not aged. He also meets with many other wonderful space people who are either living anonymously among us undercover or openly visiting Mr. Menger with their space craft. In one instance they bring Mr. Menger to the moon and they visit a moon base on the back side of the moon. They also teach Mr. Menger how to play the piano in order to assist in feeling universal love for all those who listen to the song. (The song is titled the ‘Song of Saturn’ and is an optional part of Lesson 12 Part 2 of this book.) The space friends even warn Mr. Menger about advanced evil groups that exist on Earth. A Summary of the spiritual teachings from the book: - Forgiveness and Unconditional Love is the True Saving Grace in all creations. -The Song of Saturn: Howard Menger met some space friends who taught him how to play the piano. One song in particular, the ‘Song of Saturn’ was designed by the space friends to help unlock the feelings of universal love within everyone’s subconscious. -The following are excerpts from a master that gave important information to Mr. Menger: “Truth never was, never will be a theory, nor contemplative arrange­ment of philosophy of men, nor intellectual insight in the minds of men. Truth IS. Great men on your planet think of truth in a different light, as compared with your brothers from "Space." For these men, Truth communicates with reality, which is the real nature of that which he perceives with his six senses. Man continually seeks his Source, the Supreme Consciousness—and those great

men of your holy writings— who touched upon this Source, discovered a divine plan for all man­kind, one rooted in love; for the Supreme Consciousness is love. We are dedicated emissaries of this divine plan, to your planet, to those with an evolved insight, for those are the ones who will receive us. You must act with realism in the illusion as you walk in the light of the Infinite Mind among your people. You are an illusion or projection in a given dimension of your real self. You call it third-dimensional, but this is not accurate, because you could not see, hear, taste, smell or touch unless you were, in effect, a reality, an expression in a pro­jected form of fourth dimension. The very fact that you can think makes you a fourth dimensional being. Inanimate objects, such as tables, automobiles, houses, are in reality third dimensional. Thinking is your sixth sense and you do not have to perceive any of the five known senses to think. However, a movie, or televised picture is just as real, with the exception that the projected movie or television are merely a reflection, very limited in that it does not think or control itself. It has been stated by some of your great thinkers that time itself is the fourth dimension. Time is a condition of the fourth dimension, because you cannot have time without motion; nor motion without time—and neither without thought. You, as an expressing, thinking being, are composed of both motion and time, making you a fourth dimensional thinking being. Nothing we see with our physical eyes is Truth, but simply a reality in the dimension of a reflection, or an effect, secondary in nature related to a Cause from a primary Source. However, the mind, be it known, still thinks after the so-called "death," which in reality does not exist. In Truth, neither life nor death exists. Truth IS. Truth never changes. Only reality, in the form of matter, energy, and time changes. Your fourth dimensional body is expressing as an instrument of your infinite spirit, through soul and mind, with the brain acting as an instrument of your mind, as a radio, or computer receives what you call electricity to activate its motions and express with music, voice or answers to problems. The electricity still exists after the radio is destroyed, although both are inferior by far to the mind and brain.

Some of your metaphysicians say that you are the sum total of what you have been in past expressions. This is highly inaccurate. You can only be the sum total of past experiences if you are fully aware of those experiences and lessons. Forgotten lessons cannot be added to the total until one is made aware of them. You are never the sum total in any given dimension…. Your scriptures tell of the evil of murder and persecution as evi­denced by Moses and Jesus. This being against the laws of the "Being" you call God has not changed the thinking of the people of earth. You still look up to, fear, or conform to men who have reached a high place of authority or power over their brothers. Do you think this God sanctions force, persecution, murder or evil in any form? Certainly not. Those who do, worship a false God, to suit their own ends. …In our space craft outside of your atmosphere our instruments received, telescreened and recorded the prayers of millions of souls, desperately asking their particular "God" to help them in their suffering… We noticed and recorded your distorted concepts of what God is with great sorrow and concern for your ignorance. On our view screens thought patterns of God took on many forms and shapes, but most were men, some with beards, some tall, some short, and of course, some were stone or wood or metallic idols. Son, we have not seen the Supreme Intelligence in the sense that is a particular form or shape. God is not a man. To call God a man is to limit that God. God is all. Man is limited, but God is unlimited, infinite, expressing in all men, all forms. Men are student gods, going through a school of expression on this planet and many others, seeking knowledge and wisdom so that he may serve his brothers and the Infinite Father of creation. Man continually progresses up the ladder toward perfection, and though a rung may break under the weight of his many errors, still his goal is to reach the top and oneness with the Infinite Father. His soul records every experience, thoughts, mistakes from the time it becomes a soul. A man's soul, as with the lower forms of life, such a dogs, cats, cows, horses, etc., is the sum total of a process of evolvement of conscious­ness. Everything created has a consciousness, and the consciousness evolves to the soul point, where it expresses in higher forms, man being the highest. This doesn't necessarily mean one evolves from the other, but there are many cycles of evolution. Man's infinite spirit is perfect,

and uses a finite body in a given dimension possessed of a soul, the recorder, closely related to the mind, which does the thinking, using the finite brain or instrument of perception in conjunction with the "five" senses. What you call "reincarnation" is preceded by a transition or change, called "death," but this is not the end of the consciousness, but a continuation of a type of experience leaving certain "senses" behind on the physical plane and becoming aware of a more enlightened con­sciousness, and you discover that you are still thinking without the instrumentality of the brain. Son, I say to you that there is no such thing as death in any form, for if there were, you would not be here now, for you always were, always will be—you are, as it also is with the universe, as it is with our Infinite Father of Creation. Your scientists are necessary in furthering progress of all aspects of life on your planet. When "science" comes about, man begins to find the answers to many phenomena observed, but not understood. However, now science is actually limiting itself, and the progress of your populace, by sanctioning that which it is able to prove only through objective reality, rather than subjective reality as such, related to truth. A scientist observes visually in the course of a particular experiment an occurrence which did take place before his eyes, but, because he did not know how or why it happened, he rejects it, and it is not "scientific" fact until he find the answer within the scope of accepted scientific theory. He probably never will find all the answers using science in its present form, so there must come from the scientists of your day a new science—something beyond science—before pro­gress will continue in this realm.” Threads of Light To You By Connie and Howard Menger The book Threads of Light To You by Connie and Howard Menger, contains their thoughts and theories based on 18 different parables told to Howard by the Space Friends. Here is a list of most of the Parables: -“You are not just the body.” -“Everything you see out there is your consciousness.”

-“Time, energy, motion: You cannot have one without the other.” -“You are not ready yet (to meet the E. T.’s)” -“Light does not travel in outer space. Light is.” -“The universe is in an unbalanced state, seeking equilibrium. Once it reaches its equilibrium, in no longer exists.” -“God is not a man, but all men and woman. All things, omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent.” -“In all our travels through space, we have not see God, but live in the Infinite Intelligence, which is God.” - “We made you (humanity).” -“What happens to us we cause ourselves.” -Man must learn what he is, where he came from, and what his real purpose is here on this planet. -“We have much work to do on our planet among your people-while there is still a planet and people to work with.” -“Contacts are chosen on the basis of what the individual is like: deep down inside- what he or she will do under duress or extreme emergencies.” -“You are an illusion or projection in a given dimension of your real self.” -“Truth never changes. Only reality in the form of matter, energy, and time changes.” -“When you have it all figured out and put it in a box and tie a ribbon around it-that’s not it- there’s more.” - Here is more information about the parable “Everything you see out there is your consciousness.” “Whatever one sees out there (in the world universe) is your consciousness” A directed thought produces a tension in space. The

tension becomes stronger by the strength of the thought. It attracts eddies and currents to begin to attract particles in order to focus them into waves and concentrate in a specific area. This eventually evolves into a concentration of energy which has an affect on outside life. People (and God) are creators of matter, time, and space.

Chapter 3:

Buck Nelson My Trip to Mars, the Moon, and Venus by Buck Nelson Published in 1956, the pamphlet by Buck Nelson titled My Trip To Mars, The Moon, and Venus, describes a contact in 1954 with the space friends and a man named Buck Nelson. The space friends told him that Earth people have forgotten the true teachings of Jesus and they gave him 12 Laws of God. They also took him on trips with their ships to other planets in the solar system. (The space friends have bases on Venus and other planets in our solar system as will be explained in later chapters like Chapter 7.) The 12 Laws of God are as follows: “THE TWELVE LAWS OF GOD……….. ON VENUS (These twelve laws were given to Buck Nelson, at his farm at Mountain View, Missouri, on April 24, 1955, by men from the planet Venus. These laws are followed faithfully and are not just something to mention occasionally.) LOVE: Love your Maker, your parents, your neighbors, all birds and animals of the earth, and everything in the sea and air. HONOR: Honor your God and parents. Obey God's law which is also man's law. OBEY: Obey God's law, your parents and the rights of others. THE LAWS 1. Love your Maker...God. 2. Thou shalt not kill...includes accidents and war. 3. Love your neighbor.

4. Let your light shine before men, and all will see your good works, and it will be an honor to you and your Maker…God. 5. Thou shalt not commit adultery. 6. Thou shalt not steal. 7. Thou must do as thou wish to be done by. 8. No other god shall be before thee. 9. Do not take the name of God in vain. 10. Honor your father and mother. 11. Your body is God's. Do not misuse it in any way. Do not drink or eat anything that is not food. Use nothing to harm the body, either inside or out. Wear nothing on the body that harms it or is of no use. 12. God made the heaven and the earth and we must give Him thanks for what he gives us.” (Ofcourse if you are born with evil parents you should leave them, if you have done evil in the past ask God for forgiveness and if you are sincere you will be forgiven as Jesus says. The secret is not atoning all the time, but simply being sincere that you will a better life without evil and feeling God has forgiven you. God never forsakes.)

Chapter 4:

Daniel Fry To Men of Earth Part 1 and 2 In the book To Men of Earth Part 1 and 2 (which is within the book The White Sands Incident. For more information about the book please see the references page at the end of this book) an engineer named Daniel Fry was working at White Sands Proving Ground when he came into contact with a Space Man in order that the space man teach him about the way of true peace and how he can spread the message to his fellow earth men. In Part 1, much interesting information is described in detail about how the real Galactic Federation operates prior to carrying out their missions on Earth. Here is some of the teachings from the book: -The way to peace is through Understanding. "For hundreds of generations Earthman has cried Peace, Peace, and There has been no peace. Many of their most intelligent and educated men and woman have dedicated their lives to the search for peace and, although it may seem utterly ridiculous, many millions have fought to the death for it, in their periodic wars, "To end all wars." Still they seem unable to comprehend the simple fact that peace can never be reached through any direct approach. It is not as gold, which can be obtained by continued digging, nor is it a treasure which can be had at once, if only one knows where to look! Peace is simply the automatically resulting by-product of complete understanding, between man and man, between race and race, between state and state, and between all man and that all pervading power and intelligence known to Earth man as God. When such understanding exists there is no need to search or to work for peace, it exists automatically, but until understanding has been achieved, no amount of effort can ever be successful. While complete understanding is still somewhat beyond the reach of Earthman, as, indeed, some phases of it are still beyond our reach, it is only to the degree in which it is approached, that man can find peace.“ “Understanding is the key to survival for your race. There is little value in a treaty, a pact or guarantee between governments, if understanding is lacking between people"

Chapter 5

The Italian Friendship Group: 50 Years of Amicizia by Stefano Breccia In this book 50 Years of Amicizia, the book describes contacts with the real Confederation (a loose knit group of friendly space people from other worlds) who are here to protect earth from evil groups. The contacts of the Friendship group began in 1956 and about 200 people had contacts from all walks of life including politicians, university professors, engineers, journalists, students, housewives, ect. Included in the book is an article written by Connie Menger (widow of Howard Menger) that she wrote specifically for the book. -The Italian Space Friends group teach by example. - They have achieved very high levels of scientific knowledge, morality, and consciousness. -They do not make any distinction between themselves and earth people because we are all the same community that dwells in the universe. -They are totally friendly. They teach that someone must be a friend with their own self and all others because we are all the same community that dwells in the universe. - They are completely friendly. They teach someone must be a friend to their self first then to their community. Friendship is deeply rooted in their morality. - Their machinery operates through the same principles of morality and their machines would even self destruct if was unable to avoid harming earth people. - The Space Friends state that: "I am everybody, everybody is me." Meaning we must help ourselves first, then help all others. - The Space Friends often like to joke and transmit happiness to all others

around them. -They act just like us, they like tennis, driving luxury cars, eating pizza, drinking coffee and fine wines, ect. Mass Contacts by Stefano Breccia In this book Mass Contacts, as with 50 Years of Amicizia, the book describes contacts with the real Confederation (a loose knit group of friendly space people from other worlds) who are here to protect earth from evil groups. The contacts of the Friendship group began in 1956 and about 200 people had contacts from all walks of life including politicians, university professors, engineers, journalists, students, housewives, ect. However much more detail is given in this book about the encounters with the space friends including more information about the Confederation. - The Friendship Group teaches by example - The Space Friends are highly evolved so they feel within themselves the way they must behave. - To them doing evil is plain absurd. - They see God in all things. - Sometimes they gather to chant and when the energy from the chanting is high enough according to their technology they ask God for what they desire. - They are very humble and quite and are usually smiling. - Sex is a normal part of life but living a life focused on sex is immoral and wrong. - they wear colognes and have good hygiene - They call Earth "The Universal Center of Redemption" because they believe that souls who got incarnated here on Earth are ones that have yet to fulfill

their evolution. That's why their are so many sufferings yet so much success on this planet. - Doing good is not only a duty but a must. When people do good sincerely, without any hidden purposes, no sadness could be found among them and such actions may start a whole new Renaissance if the majority of people did so. - “…God has so much good to your Earth. But you have never been a able to profit of His help. For instance, thinking about Buddhism, you have not yet understood that it is a means to open one’s mind to higher levels, because once you’ve got Nirvana, your mind is quiet, calm, and it is easier for it to open itself to the infinity. All the technicalities you perceive within various religions are actually intended to make your bodies and your mind open to the light coming from above. The light comes to everybody, but most people do not take any care.” What did they mean when they said this? The light is not a physical light. The “light” they are referring to is higher knowledge and wisdom coming from God. This is how to do what they meant: God is the invisible intelligent energy everywhere that is all people and all things. Ask God a question with your thoughts, then let go of thinking, and an answer from God will come in the form of a thought or idea of only positive common sense things to change your life in small ways for the better. -The space friends are vegetarians because they love animals and they love people. - When people die, their soul survives. - When animals or plants die, some sort of higher entity survives. Behind every physical action is an invisible action influenced by the entities. - The space friends are unable to relieve our planet from our misery on large scale because our civilization is too much different and immoral and our civilization would be destroyed if they tried to assimilate with our culture. Their plan is to gather a small group of enlightened people to train them so they could behave as trainers to their fellows, and little by little their attitudes would change. - They told their Earth contacts to wash their bodies as well as their minds

when in the presence of the masters. In other words to have clean, moral thoughts. - Evil advanced groups have technology to change memory and manipulate emotions. The way to defend from those evil techniques is will power. - Uredda is a positive energy that is an actual invisible living entity that operates on people, situations, ect. It appears and grows when people feel Love and Friendship for each other. - Redda is a disrupting evil invisible entity that feeds off negative emotions.

Chapter 6:

Who Exactly Are the Space Friends?

I believe they are called the Confederation. In the book To Men of Earth Part 1 by Daniel Fry, there is mention of the space friends organization which is referred to as the Federation, Confederation, Galactic Confederation or Galactic Federation. (Not to be confused with the fake ‘channelers’ and New Age nonsense by misinformed groups claiming to be a part of the ‘Galactic Federation’. Contactees that claim they have insider information about the federation are fake because the real federation would never give highly sensitive information to earth people as we are not part of their organization yet.) In the book 50 Years of Amacizia and Mass Contacts by Stefano Breccia the space friends also call their organization the Confederation. In the book 50 Years of Amacizia, Howard Menger's space friends are believed to the same group from the same confederation due to the similarity of the ships and the way they taught. Connie Menger (Howard's Wife) also wrote a chapter specifically in support of the Friendship Group. While in Merlin, Oregon, Daniel Fry's wife took pictures of the same kind of bell shaped craft as Adamski photographed. Further evidence that leads to the belief that the space friends of Adamski, Menger, Fry, Nelson, and the Italian Friendship Group are all part of the same Confederation is the similarity of the their teachings, including the belief that they cannot directly interfere in other worlds not part of their group. The Confederation are physical people just like us but they have bases on planets within our solar and they actually live on other planets in other parts of the universe or galaxy. The Do Not live on Venus or Saturn ect. As will be discussed below.

Venus ect. They Do Not live on those planets. The Galactic Federation I am referring to are the Space Friends of Adamksi, Menger and Fry. They are physical people just like us, but they come from other parts of the galaxy. They do have bases on the Moon, Mars, Venus, ect. As stated by Menger in the documentary UFO Secret: Alien Contacts - The Best Evidence UFO Documentary by Michael Hesemann. (Fry’s space brothers and sisters of the Confederation live in a giant ships that act like artificial planets as stated in ‘To Men of Earth Part 1’) This is why Adamki’s space ship photos were proven real by experts such as William Sherwood an optical physicist from Eastman Kodak, Col. Coleman Vorkeveizky of the United Nations Audio Visual Department (retired), and Bob Wechsler a physicist and NASA Mission Specialist in the documentary UFO Secret: Alien Contacts: The Best Evidence Documentary by Michael Hesemann and at the same time science has shown there is definitely no advanced intelligent native life on Mars, Venus, the Moon ect. Adamski likely saw images of underground bases with parks or clear bio-domes or mobile bases. Further evidence that Adamski’s UFO encounters are real includes a Project Bluebook report 14 Oct 1955 that documented a UFO presence in the California dessert at around the same time of Adamski's meeting with the space friends in the California dessert in 1952. Since the Space Friends are physical beings just like us, as Adamski mentioned in Inside the Spaceships, it is logically impossible for them to live on the other planets within our solar system, therefore the only other logical answer is that they have bases on planets within our solar system and they live actually live elsewhere in the universe.

What is the Confederation Assistance School? It is a way of learning new attitudes, and new ways of thinking and feeling in order to create a better life for yourself and the world so one day the Confederation can come to Earth openly. At this time, Earth civilization is not morally or technologically advanced enough to be able to assimilate with the civilizations of the Confederation. The Federation would like that to change so they can come openly to our planet. George Adamski, Daniel Fry, Howard Menger, and the Italian Contacts of the Friendship Group all worked directly with the Confederation to create study groups to gradually create a more positive, moral Earth civilization that would allow the Confederation to come openly to our planet. The Confederation is a loose knit organization of many planets within this galaxy and beyond that live by a code of morals and technological advancement with a belief in energy, spirituality and God. They are physical just like us. Earth exists within the Confederation system but their universal law prevents direct open communication with planets that are not evolved enough to be openly approached by the federation. However the federation still comes secretly to Earth to protect Earth from evil groups and to help people to evolve. Earth is known to the federation as a place of redemption because Earth people who incarnated onto this planet still have karma to solve. The Federation has bases on the Moon, Mars, Venus and other planets but they Do Not live on those planets. This series will consist of 12 short lessons that will teach people the basics needed to become a better civilization that would allow the confederation to have open contact with Earth. People who watch these videos will have the option to become ‘trainers’ in their own study groups for others so they can teach others to become trainers and so on until there is a major shift in the morality and spirituality of Earth culture that would allow for the confederation to come openly to our planet. To be clear, I have had contact with the federation but not in the way Menger or Adamski or other contacts did. I have had contact with undercover federation agents that let me know who they were by orchestrated co-incidences to let me know they are aware of me and what I am doing and I believe they influence the subconscious to give me ideas. They only give moral, common sense ideas to improve your life in small ways. All you need to do is ask and their registering discs will receive your thoughts. Anyone can have a contact with them in this way or other similar ways which will be outlined in more detail in later lessons, particularly Lesson 12.

A person can use the 12 lessons to study on their own to learn on their own or they can to start their own study group to learn with others.

The Confederation Assistance Study Group Rules: 1. Anyone can start their own Confederation Assistance Study Group. The ‘trainers’ will be the ones that learn from these videos and try to teach others so they too can be ‘trainers’ and teach others. The study groups can be done publicly or more realistically at this time in secret between trusted friends. The public at large may not be ready for the information at this time. Holding secret study groups among trusted friends would also be recommended because at this time the secret governments and evil groups may send people to disrupt public study groups.

2. Morality is the basis of the study group that should be practiced to the best of the ability of each person in their own lives. In other words do the best you can to lead by example but remember no one is perfect but still do your best. 3. Channelers, psychic mediums and others of similar beliefs will Not be admitted into the study group. They mostly serve as unintended disinformation or are manipulated by evil groups. The Federation would never share high level insider information with any Earth person because we Earth people are not members of their Confederation. So all the ‘Channelers’ are fake. Psychics are based on a misunderstanding of cosmic law. The study group is for people mainly interested in the beliefs and organizations of the physical confederation. 4. These are study groups only. Never challenge any evil groups or secret governments. Anyone who violently challenges such groups will die. (As alluded to in the book From Outer Space To You by Howard Menger) We are here to spiritually evolve and help the federation in small ways. Let the Confederation deal with the evil groups, they have the technology to deal with evil groups, we earth people do not. As implied in the book From Outer Space To You by Menger, us Earth people stand no chance against evil advanced groups. The way we can assist the federation is through living moral lives, visualizing the planet filled with light and cleaned from evil then sending the image to God (prayer), and creating study groups to change the culture to one that allows the federation to come here openly. -1st Essential Exercise: Just take a few minutes and notice all your surroundings. Notice the other people and things around you. Then practice seeing everything as an expression of God. Practice feeling blessed to be in the presence of all things which is God. -2nd Essential Exercise: Take a few minutes and simply visualize breathing in and out white light and picture the whole planet is filled with light and all evil is dissolved away. Picture everyone is healthy and happy. Then send this picture to God. This is a form of prayer and ask God for assistance in helping to make your visualization a reality. -3rd Essential Exercise: Take a few minutes to ask God a question about how you can evolve your soul. God is the Invisible Intelligence that knows everything going on and is also All people and All things. Feel blessed to be in the presence of all things which is an expression of God. Second Part: Everything is connected by God’s energy. So we can feel energy from other people, pictures, movies, music, ect. Feel blessed even in the presence of negative things, but avoid negative things and focus on being with positive people and things. Third Part: We can communicate with God by asking God a question with our thoughts about how to evolve your soul (it only works for questions about how to evolve the soul), then let go of thinking, and an answer will just come in the form of a thought or idea. God only gives moral, positive, common sense thoughts or ideas to improve your life in small ways. This is how to eliminate ego. The ego is not believing in or relying on the advice of God. Exercise 1: Methods to try individually or in group. Preference is up to the trainer. -1st Exercise: Take a few minutes and close your eyes. Now just have a feeling that the intelligent energy of God is all around you and within you. With your eyes closed, practice having a feeling of being blessed and privileged to feel this energy of God. Now open your eyes and no matter what you are looking at keep the same feeling of being blessed and privileged by the feeling the energy of God. This is because all things are an expression of God. The Space Brothers and Sisters even feel privileged to be in the presence of the energy of God when they dream. -2nd Exercise: Take a few minutes and try to practice feeling the good energy

radiating from this photo: This is a Confederation ship. Feel the universal love and warmth radiating from the picture. (Being in person with them the energy is much more powerful). Practice having the feeling of being blessed by feeling both negative and positive energies because all is God, however focus on being with positive people, movies, music ect. Lesson 4: “Morality is Key”: The Lesson: “Morality is Key” Part 1: Morality is key for any technologically advanced civilization to evolve in a positive healthy way. Morality is also important to live a healthy, happy, full life without depravity or lust. Healthy technological societies exist within the Confederation where everyone is mostly free from jails or crime and technology has allowed them to live extremely long periods of time without sickness or disease. In contrast, amoral societies degenerate into oppressive technological nightmares where those with advanced technology use it to exploit others who are at the mercy of such technologies. Part 2: In order to have healthy moral society like the Confederation, the Federation left a code of morals with their contact Buck Nelson for the people of Earth to follow. It was called the 12 Laws of God. The 12 Laws are: Love your Maker, God; Do not kill (including accidents or war. If you have unfortunately killed in the past either from accidents or wars or other reasons ect. and you have a true desire to repent, as God for forgiveness and God will forgive you. God never forsakes, and you will also impress the confederation by doing so); Love your neighbor; Let your talents help others, and all will see your good works, and it will be an honor to you and your Maker, God; Do not commit adultery; Do not steal; Do to others what you wish to be done to you; There is only one God (the Invisible Intelligent Energy Everywhere that is All People and All Things and it has its own Intelligence Separate From all Other Things); Do not take the name of God in vain; Honor your father and mother (of course if they treat you badly leave then when you can); Your body is God's. Do not misuse it in any way. Do not drink or eat anything that is not food. Use nothing to harm the body, either inside or out. Wear nothing on the body that harms it or is of no use; God made the heaven and the earth and we must give Him thanks for what he gives us. Exercise 1: Methods to try individually or in group. Preference is up to the trainer. Take a few minutes and write down some of your thoughts and actions you had or did during the day. How many were moral and according to the 12

Laws of God? Ofcourse its OK if you did not have many moral thoughts. No one is perfect. But just try your best to improve yourself. That is what we are on Earth to do, improve. One possible goal is to have mostly moral thoughts and actions throughout the day (80% of the time or higher during the day). Exercise 2: Set a percentage for yourself of how much you want to practice the lesson though out each day. Try to gage your answer with a percentage out of a hundred. (For instance you may wish to practice this exercise 15% of the day.) The goal is to feel you reached your percentage you set for yourself throughout the day. Lesson 9: “Vegetarianism, Health, and Meditation”: The Lesson: “Vegetarianism, Health, and Meditation” Vegetarianism: Service is the nature of the universe. Plants and nuts are here to serve us by providing nutrients for the body when they are consumed. Once they perform their service they can evolve in order to incarnate into more higher evolved things like animals. Eating plants so they can evolve also creates good karma for the person consuming the plants and nuts and it will help them evolve and be more healthy as well. The whole universe is based on the principle of service. The more someone serves, the more they can evolve. Eating meat does not perform any service and the fear energy installed in the meat then the animal is killed is consumed by the person and they stay in a lower state. This information was talked about by both Adamski and Menger in the books Inside the Spaceships and From Outer Space To You. Health: Eating organic is very healthy because the person eating the fruits and vegetables are giving the plants the opportunity to evolve and therefore the person who consumed the plants are providing a service and becoming more evolved themselves. Mind health comes from an attitude of newness. Newness is the attitude that every second is a new second to begin to create something positive or learn something new. This rejuvenates the body and mind. Meditation: The Confederation are responsible for bringing meditation Earth in a non-organized way. The Confederation practice chanting and meditation themselves as stated in the book Mass Contacts by Breccia. They also encourage the work of spiritual teachers like Yogananda and 777Alaje who’s messages are helpful to their cause. The federation I refer to are a slightly different group then Alaje’s group because the confederation I refer too are physical people just like us and they live on other physical planets elsewhere in the galaxy in our 3rd dimension. trainer. Part 1: Try to eat less meat over time. For instance when you are at a restaurant instead of ordering a beef burger try ordering a chicken burger instead. Gradually from their try and order fish burgers instead of chicken, then finally practice eating vegetarian/and or vegan burgers instead of fish. Try to practice adding more organic fruits and vegetables into your diet. You may also try using some natural vitamins and mineral supplements. This will impact your health in a positive way. Part 2: Newness: Having an attitude of newness which is an attitude that every second is a new second to start to create something positive for yourself and others or to learn something new. This attitude is helpful in rejuvenating the mind and the health of the body and mind. Take a few minutes and practice having an attitude of newness. Part 3: Meditation: These are methods from spiritual teachers. Take a few moments to sit and relax. Release any internal tension. This is important because tension can ultimately lead to disease because tension blocks energy flow in the body. So release ay internal tension within you. Practice visualizing pure clean white light going through the middle of your forehead and filling your whole body as you breathe in. When you breathe out feel the light clean your body and feel the light exit out the back your skull where the spinal cord and bottom of the skull meet. There should be a feeling of calmness. Focus and think with the heart chackra. This calms the mind. Moving meditation like Tai Chi and other martial arts can be helpful as long as the attitude is ultimately for health of yourself and helping the health of others. As stated by the Italian Friendship group we must be friends with our own self first so we can then have healthy relationships with others. So practice being friendly to yourself. However because people of Earth have not learned to get along with each other the federation has been unable to offer Earth to join their Confederation. If Earth people learned to get along with each other Confederation law would allow the confederation to come to Earth openly and offer Earth to join them. The Earth is seen by the Confederation as a planet of Redemption. Everyone born on Earth has bad karma from past lives that we have to resolve. We can resolve bad karma by asking God for forgiveness and forgiving ourselves, and by living a good moral life in order to prove to God and the Confederation that we are worthy of incarnating into their moral, peaceful worlds and by doing the information in this video.

In the book Flying Saucers Have Landed by Adamski asked a federation agent (the agent came from a base on Venus. They do not live on Venus as Adamski incorrectly thought. They have bases on Venus as Menger noted in the Documentary UFO Secret: Alien Contacts: The Best Evidence by Michael Hesemann) returning to the subject, Adamski asked the federation agent a question and the agent answered by pointing to their own mind indicating they lived on earth in a past life but their consciousness (soul or mind energy) is now in a new body. Our soul is our mind energy. Part 1: We are not our body. We are the awareness (soul which is our mind energy). Our awareness (mind energy) is eternal. When we die our mind energy leaves the body and we have an out of body experience and we can still think. If we lived a life of evil we re-incarnate back into lower evolved planets and have the same evil done to us that we did in the past life to others. They have no laws or jails and everyone lives free because everyone lives according to a code of morals and doing evil is unthinkable to them. The wisest and most compassionate people are chosen to govern the federation as masters, and the masters also take the advice of the etheric masters from realms unfathomable by the mind. The federation believes in God as the invisible intelligence that is all people and all things but they do not have any organized religion. They are well aware that organized religion is often used by evil groups to manipulate and control others. The space friends of Adamski, Menger Fry, Nelson and Breccia came here for different missions by the confederation. The Confederation have bases on Mars, the moon, Venus ect but they live in other parts of the galaxy. As stated by Menger in the documentary UFO Secret: Alien Contacts- The Best Evidence by Hesemann, the space people have bases on the Moon, Mars, Venus, ect. The Confederation are physical people just like us and live on other physical planets in our 3rd dimension. (Fry’s space friends live in giant ships that act like artificial planets) The people who see the federation as their galactic family would be rescued if the event of a global disaster that would destroy earth civilization where ever to happen.

The Confederation has registering discs to read thoughts. So send a thought to the Confederation that you wish to support them by encouraging morals, sharing information about the confederation to others in the way you like best, and by doing the 12 lessons and summary and by helping in other small ways. (Never challenge evil groups as you would die as alluded to by a federation agent to Menger in the book From Outer Space To You) The Confederation has technology to deal with advanced evil groups and secret governments. Earth people do not. The registering discs will log your thoughts and the Confederation now knows you support them. Treat them with honor and respect with your thoughts. Apologize to them if you had an evil thoughts about them in the past. They are our friends and they would never harm an Earth person. Part 2: Give the Confederation permission to influence your subconscious from the distance with their technology by sending them a thought that you give them permission to do so. Over time you may find you may act more moral, and more peaceful and evolved. Part 3: Ask the Confederation for advice in how to evolve your soul, then let go of thinking and the confederation will send a thought or idea to you with their technology from a distance. They only give moral, common sense advice to help evolve your soul in positive small ways. Part 4: You can ask for assistance from the federation and they will help by either influencing your subconscious or other people’s subconscious from a distance or they may send an undercover confederation agent to assist you in small ways. Exercise 2: Set a percentage for yourself of how much you want to practice the lesson though out each day. Try to gage your answer with a percentage out of a hundred. (For instance you may wish to practice this exercise 15% of the day.) The goal is to feel you reached your percentage you set for yourself throughout the day. Questions for yourself: How relaxed was I throughout the day? Did you reach your percentage goal? How often did I do the exercises in this lesson? Did you reach your percentage goals? Regarding your answers, release any tension or extreme emotions of fear, sadness, embarrassment, anger or joy. Release until you are totally fine and relaxed with your percentage that you scored yourself. Visualize Cleaning and erasing our body with pure calm white light. Then visualize yourself acting more relaxed and doing the lesson just as you have or more often according to your personal percentage goal. Let go of any tension or resistance to the visualization. Feel the image is possible for you then let the image go to God. Ask God how you can reach my percentage or how to improve my self if I reached the percentage then let go of thinking and an answer will just come in the form of a thought or idea. God only gives positive common sense thoughts or ideas to help improve your life in small ways. We are here on Earth to prove ourselves to the Confederation, their Etheric masters in realms unfathomable by the mind, and to God. We can prove ourselves to them by being moral, believing in God and creating good karma and service to all. Ask God how to incarnate into planets within their federation, then let go of thinking and an answer will just come.

Lesson 12: “Contacting the Real Galactic Confederation: Part 2” How To Live the 12 Lessons Without Thinking About It The Lesson: “Contacting the Galactic Confederation” Part 1: In the book From Outer Space To You by Howard Menger, Menger came across three confederation agents. Two agents were from Venus and one was from Saturn but they do not live on Venus or Saturn but they have bases on Venus and way stations or space stations at Saturn because Saturn is not a solid planet. As stated before Menger mentioned they have bases on Mars, the Moon, Venus ect. in the documentary UFO Secret: Alien Contacts-the Best Evidence by Hesemann. The confederation has very advanced technology to influence a person’s mind so they did a data transfer into his subconscious so he would know how to play the piano automatically. The Song he played was titled ‘The Song of Saturn’. This is a song by the federation designed to unlock universal love feelings within the subconscious of the person listening to the song. Universal Love is the feeling of being in tune with God. When we use and feel universal love with our hearts we automatically follow the 12 lessons without having to think about because the 12 lessons are describing different aspects of Universal Love. The 12 lessons are here to guide us in using universal love. Of course we still have to practice the lessons daily and train in them, but when we are at school, or at work ect we may not have the time to think about the 12 steps, so by focusing on feeling universal love and asking God for assistance we will just do the steps automatically because the 12 steps are different aspects of Universal Love. Exercise 1: The Exercise can be done individually with the study group. Preference is up to the trainer. Exercise 1A: Take a few minutes and practice feeling universal love with the heart and knowing that we are not the body but the mind energy. When we feel universal love we automatically do the 12 lessons without thinking about it. Practice letting go of any resistance or tension to feeling universal love.

Keep letting go of any resistance or tension until you are comfortable and relaxed feeling universal love and automatically feel you know and live your daily life according to the 12 lessons without having to think about it. Of course we still have to practice the lessons daily and train in them, but when we are at school, or at work ect we may not have the time to think about the 12 steps, so by focusing on feeling universal love and asking God for assistance we will just do the steps automatically because the 12 steps are different aspects of Universal Love. The Galactic Confederation Assistance School Summary: Extra Tips

Now that you have learned the 12 lessons here are some extra tips: Tip 1: Ask God for advice in life, then let go of thinking and an answer will just come in the form of a thought or idea. You do not need to think about the 12 lessons. Ask God for a reminder of the 12 lessons and God will send you the thoughts. God sends only common sense thoughts or idea to improve your life in small ways. God Does Not send things like winning lotto numbers and Does Not send things like the so-called “Akashic Records” or “astral travel” because the information is too inaccurate for earth people and Confederation Agents stated there are advanced amoral groups that can manipulate people’s thoughts and memories according to the book Mass Concacts by Breccia. The way to prevent such manipulation is by strengthening one’s will power. So everyday imagine your will power becoming stronger and let go of any resistance until you are totally relaxed and feel that everyday your will power increases in strength. Tip 2: Focus on feelings of friendliness with yourself and with others. Picture everyone as friendly and happy even if they are not (picture someone friendly or normal even if they are evil) because when you picture everyone friendly and happy it really will have an affect on them in a positive way because there is nothing out there but our consciousness and God’s consciousness. Ofcourse avoid evil people and focus on friendly people. Tip 3: Picturing everyone friendly and happy and being friendly also does something else. According to the book Mass Contacts by Stefano Breccia, the Confederation agents said having morals and being friendly creates a positive energy called Urreda. Urreda is an invisible entity that grows stronger from acts of friendship, kindness, morals, service, love ect. And in turn the Uredda increases positive energy and situations even more so more positive things would be attracted to you. If people are negative, spiteful, hateful, lusty, ect a different invisible energy entity appears called Redda. Redda is a destructive entity that feeds off negativity and drags everybody down.

So it is important to increase Uredda in your own life and with others the best you can especially within the study groups. Tip 4: Do not focus on your physical heart but focus on your heart space which is in the center of your chest. Focus on the center of your chest and feel universal love and service the best you can. Focusing on your Heart center also clears the mind so you can think but only when you want too. So let go of thinking and focus on your heart space and the feeling of universal love and service. This way you can think but only when you want too. Tip 5: The Confederation will support anyone who asks because service is the nature if the universe. If you need advice about something ask yourself: Is what I am doing the Confederation way? The Confederation will assist you by using their technology from a distance to influence your subconscious in a more positive way to act more like them. Trainers, this tip can be especially helpful for you as you can provide examples of how to live a more moral life the best you can (no one is perfect of course but do your best). Also it should be known the Galactic Confederation of Adamski, Menger, Fry, Nelson, the Italian Friendship group are physical people and they have bases on the Moon, Mars, Venus ect. So although they are a separate group, they support the teachings of the great teachers Yogananda and Alaje because their teachings are helpful to the cause of the physical confederation. Now you know a way to help out the Galactic Confederation after having learned the twelve lessons and summary I will close with a wonderful inspiring quote by a Galactic Confederation master from Adamski‘s book Inside the Spaceships.
