High Point Ballet is a pre-professional program for the diversified dancer with over 300 students going on to careers in the performing arts. Our training is based on a broad spectrum of movement rooted in classical training outlined for optimum advancement. Dancers train a minimum of 2-4 days per week with additional rehearsals outside the scheduled classroom environment. From the most classical to the most contemporary dancer, our mission is to create strong dancers, who are highly technical, can perform with confidence and experience, and possess the assuredness to brave the current world of dance. WEATHER

High Point Ballet has its own inclement weather policy and does not necessarily follow any particular closings. If necessary, on-line interactive classes are held and notifications are sent via email.

CLASSROOM

Only water is allowed in the classroom. Parents are welcome to wait in the designated area provided, but are not allowed inside the classroom as it is very distracting for the dancers.
