The Virginia Housing Coalition presents 2015 Inductees to the Top 40 Network VHC is pleased to invite submissions for the 2015 Inductees to the Top 40 Network recognizing Virginia’s emerging affordable housing professionals who are demonstrating dynamic approaches in programs, services, development or finance. The 2015 Inductees to the Top 40 Network will be recognized during the Virginia Housing Coalition’s Luncheon on June 18, 2015. Nominations are due April 17, 2015. To be considered for selection a nominee must: Have demonstrated professional excellence in Virginia’s housing industry and leadership in innovation. Perform a majority of their professional responsibilities within Virginia. Must be under 40 years of age at the time of the award. VHC is soliciting nominations professionals employed within: Non-profit housing organizations. Firms specializing in housing development, investment, finance, construction, property management, sales and/or consulting. Redevelopment and housing authorities.

2015 Inductees to the Top 40 Network

VHC is pleased to invite submissions for the 2015 Inductees to the Top 40 Network recognizing Virginia’s emerging affordable housing professionals who are demonstrating dynamic approaches in programs, services, development or finance.

The 2015 Inductees to the Top 40 Network will be recognized during the Virginia Housing Coalition’s Luncheon on June 18, 2015. Nominations are due April 17, 2015. See page 2 of this sheet for the nominations form.

To be considered for selection a nominee must:

Have demonstrated professional excellence in Virginia’s housing industry and leadership in innovation.

Perform a majority of their professional responsibilities within Virginia. Must be under 40 years of age at the time of the award.

VHC is soliciting nominations professionals employed within:

Non-profit housing organizations.

Firms specializing in housing development, investment, finance, construction, property management, sales and/or consulting.

Redevelopment and housing authorities.

Local government housing and community development departments.

State and federal housing agencies.

Nominations may be made by any member of the housing industry, and individuals may nominate as many candidates as they wish. Self-nominations will be accepted.

Please email completed nomination forms to: [email protected]. The nominations should be no longer than three pages. The entry deadline is April 17, 2015.
