Scope

Travel Expert System facilitates information about travel packages, travel

agents and agencies and online package ordering.

Functional Requirements Provides contact information of Agents,

Agencies and main office. Provide Travel package information for all

users. Online package Order Form:

provide access to features only for registered users.Simple and user friendly interface. minimal data entries and accuracy of data

(drop-downs, pre-entered texts)protecting the privacy of data entered into the

system. (Credit Card Number & Password)

Non Functional Requirements Maintainability Availability- online system operate in 24

hours. Flexibility-The system is flexible to

extend for additional features (payments through banks, select multiple products when ordering)

Portability: easy to install in windows/linux platforms.
