(1) In Movies, revenues increased sharply mainly due to distribution income from DRAGONBALL Z - Battle of the Gods and production income from Captain Harlock and Buddha2 due to be released in February.

(2) In TV Anime, the number of TV anime produced increased, and sales of library titles were also strong.

(3) In DVDs, revenues declined due to the absence of orders equal to the video production orders for game machines received in the same period of the preceding fiscal year.

(4) In the Overseas segment, revenues jumped, reflecting the effect of foreign exchange rates, in addition to a large video distribution licensing deal in China, and an overseas distribution deal for the movie Captain Harlock.

(5) In the Others segment, revenues dropped sharply due to weak sales of the social networking game title featuring Saint Seiya, which performed strongly in the same period of the preceding fiscal year.
