Cooking InstructionsStove: Place unopened bag of tamales in boiling water, turn water down to a simmer for 20 minutes from frozen and 15 minutes if thawed. Only 4 or 5 inches of water are necessary as the tamales cook in the bag. Microwave: Best if thawed prior to cooking. Poke a couple of holes in the bag or make a slit. Microwave: 3-5 minutes depending on strength of microwave. Caution: Bag and contents will be hot, allow time to cool before handling. If bag is open prior to heating, only cook by microwave or steam. Cook to internal temperature of 165 F.

gluconate, calcium chloride added to help maintain
firmness), Cut Corn, Green Chilies (green chilies, salt, water,
citric acid and calcium chloride), Textured Vegetable Protein
(soy flour), Monterey Jack Cheese (cultured pasteurized milk,
salt enzymes, potato starch, cornstarch, and/or powdered
cellulose added to prevent caking and natamycin (natural
mold inhibitor), Sour Cream (cultured pasteurized grade A
cream and milk, non fat dry milk, dextrose, guar gum,
carrageenan), Onions, Cilantro, Salt, Spices and Garlic.
Dough: Masa (Ground corn and corn flour treated with lime
water), Water, Vegetable Oil (soy Oil). Vegetable Shortening
(specially processed with soybean oil, with TBHQ and
dimethylpolysiloxane,
an antifoam agent added), Salt, Baking Powder
(corn Starch, Bicarbonate of Soda (sodium, aluminum
phosphate and phosphate of Calcium)) Chili Ancho
