Edward Langley Program Last Week (108) Our speaker was Rich Kaye, District Governor of 5870. He praised Rotary for its diversity, but he would like to see more women and minorities in the clubs. He was proud of its projects around the world, and that most clubs accept the community as its responsibility. Rich’s two main passions are the Rotary foundation and increasing membership. Rich noted that our own district has seen a decline in membership over the years.
