Arriving in a Tesla, theelectric car he master-minded, Elon Musk very

much lives up to his play-boy status. He is a real lifeTony Stark. No wonder themovie makers based theirIron Man on him Worth anestimated $ 8.8 billion last

year, he starts companies

with his wealth. Elon is aself-confessed workaholicwith a degree in Econom-ics and one in Physics. Hedoesnt quite stay up allnight tinkering with hisIron Man suit but he is a

noted inventor online.PayPal and SpaceX werehis creations. He fundsand develops space explo-ration techniques and re-

vived the electric car withTesla. He is a philanthro-

most of us to switch awayfrom the old-fashionedemails, according toGentry Underwood.

Designers have a biggerpresence now than they

had 15 years ago whereevery designing stepswere separated.Designers will chal-

lenge every facets of theold-fashioned procductand rethink them tomake it an enjoyable ex-

perience for consumers,said Yves Bhar, founderand principal designerof Fuseproject, an indus-trial design and branddevelopment firm.

Designers need to thinkabout a product as awhole: were not design-ers of things or experi-

ences, were designers ofideas, said Bhar.
