Falkensteiner is a family-run group with a firm focus on tradition, hospitality, and personal service. All hotels have at least a 4-star rating, with the personal touch ranking as one of the group’s distinguishing features – and not just in terms of individual service, but also in relation to the hotels’ architectural style and the atmosphere. Guests can expect complete and ultra-modern range of facilities upon arrival at Falkensteiner properties.

SOLUTION

The growth in influence of the review sites over the last few years has created a need to more efficiently manage what is being said. While a hotel can’t control what reviewer say, they can work to influence their reputation by understanding what is being said. Falkensteiner Hotels recognized this and was searching for a tool to help them maximize their efforts. They also wanted to harness the power of reviews from other sites to create a sphere of influence in their own marketing efforts.

RESULTS & BENEFITS

Falkensteiner Hotels integrated the TrustYou products directly onto their website. They now display the TrustScore widget next to each of their hotels.

The addition of consumer opinion on their website shows each customer that they don’t need to shop elsewhere to know what other customers are saying about their hotels. It shows they are proud of guests’ opinions.
