Correcting Potential Stabilizer Bar Problem on

are under the seat. • They provide a
convenience benefit of keeping the wheels parallel when the chair is folded
• Does not contribute to safety or comfort
• Without it, the RoughRider is fully functional

The potential problem:
• The bolt (in photo) is welded to the bar
• Increases force on stabilizer tab

• The bolt is welded to the bar and this increases force on stabilizer tab
• This can cause the weld between the frame and the Stabilizer Tab to break.
• It is unknown how often this will occur but has only been observed once
• The failure is not dangerous, just inconvenient
The Solution
How to Easily Fix
1) Remove the stabilizer bar completely from the frame using the included 17mm wrench
2) Use a bungee cord to hold the chair handles together when folded
