The spirit inside us makes us a spiritual being. It is a seed that has been planted inside you by the Almighty spirit, and we are part of this wonderful love that is of God. When on earth, you only see your physical body in the mirror, but you have a spiritual counterpart. How can there be a second body you may ask? The second body is of a spiritual nature and something you cannot see with your physical eyes. There is much in this world, this physical world, that you cannot see with your physical eyes. When you invented the microscope on earth you saw a world, a new world of creatures that you never knew existed. This world of small creatures was as real as yourself, but you couldn’t see them. So it is with the spirit world. It is of another vibration, a vibration that you cannot see, a vibration similar to electricity. You know that electricity is there, but you cannot see the power before it reaches the light bulb. You have a power within yourself, and this power is what makes your physical body alive. This power is your spirit. Love is all there is, love is everything, love will raise your self towards the being that you yourself ever wanted to be, your spiritual self, the bright light that shines upon the earth, the bright star of love from the universe.

The Writer & Trance Medium In 2009 I wrote the book ‘Across the Borderline – If I only knew - Life after death’. Five years before, I had started my spiritual journey. I was not aware and rather sceptical about spirituality and life after death before my journey commenced. Actually, I didn´t give my religion of Christianity much thought until I one day grabbed a book from my bookshelf, an afterlife book inherited from my deceased uncle. To my surprise, something struck me, and I said to myself: What on earth is this? - Com-munication with dead people? Was it just fiction? Many questions came to my mind, and when there is something that concerns my own life and death, I, and I suppose all of us, surely would like to know what to expect. I usually explore questionable theories that catch my in-terest until I have an answer I feel comfortable with. That is what I did. I travelled to England, Scotland and Swit-zerland attending séances of physical mediumship and witnessed materialisations of human form and psychic phenomena. The psychic forces levelled out the gravity force, and tables were tilted and levitated and also an-swered questions with the alphabet by knocks on the floor. I was amazed by these phenomena but, with my sceptical mind, I hesitated to believe even that which I saw with my physical eyes. We all know about illusion-ists. However, if this was real, I would like to know, but

how? I thought. Well, was there any other way than try-ing to achieve these phenomena myself? In one of the séances, I was told by a spirit from the other side of life, that I would be guided and helped if I chose to work with the spirit world. I was later informed that my spiritual guide for accomplishing the tasks was White Bear, who was a chief of the Lower Yanktonais at Stand-ing Rock and later an Indian Police Chief, better known as Tom Frosted. The deceased chieftain was born at Long Lake, Dakota Territory in 1859, making him 73 years of age at the time of his death. The testimonial about him given in the preface draws a picture of a man and a leader working for the welfare of the Indians, and at the same time building bridges of peace towards the white man. Clearly a man of honour I would like to have as a friend and spiritual guide in the spirit world. After many years of study within this field, I know that you need an abundance of patience over many years for your psychic abilities to develop and manifest. We estab-lished a group of three to five people and sat once a week, one to two hours, in total darkness for develop-ment. Darkness is prerequisite for developing physical mediumship and not much different from the fact that the baby develops in the womb of the mother, also in total darkness.

We were sitting around a small round tea table playing calm and beautiful music every Tuesday, and after half a year the table started to dance for us and give answers to our questions. It lifted itself up from the floor and re-sponded to our questions with one knock for yes, two knocks for no, three knocks for maybe and four knocks for don´t know. It´s quite overwhelming to feel a table coming up on your lap with a gentle slide, as though it’s trying to comfort you, when you ask for your loved ones. The table then answer your questions, as if they were there themselves. Yes, I know about telekinesis, but this is a table of six kilograms, behaving as with an intellect. This was surely not an illusion anymore. Communication with the table became enhanced with time. The energy that vitalised the table was stable and firm in the answers when love and humbleness between us prevailed. When there were ar-guments and disagreements, even very small, the table didn´t move at all. Obviously and from our own experi-ence, the energy created by thoughts of love is crucial for communication with the spirit world. Two years have passed since we first started with the table and the séances. In this period the trance communi-cation with White Bear developed. At first it was very difficult, since the energy that flows through your body does not manifest in the right manner. However, daily meditation helped the trance process to manifest, and the

book you hold in your hand now is the outcome of thirty minutes meditation each day for twenty-two days. Actu-ally, one subject was recorded each day in this period of daily meditations. Then, the last question that comes to my mind: How do I know that the following transcripts are not my own sub-conscious? I can say this. If I did not have the confirmation of the transcripts by White Bear through physical manifestation and communication with the table, I would not have pub-lished the transcripts of this book. Levelling out gravita-tion with a force unknown to this world and a table an-swering questions in a physical manner, speak for them-selves. For the sceptics I will add: What we believe to be true about physical manifestations is irrelevant. What you experience, annulling the possibility of illusion by doing it yourself, is reality.

The forty transcripts of this book were recorded by the trance medium Jostein Strømmen in October and No-vember 2011. The communication is purported to come from White Bear, a/k/a Tom Frosted, who was a chief of the Lower Yanktonais at Standing Rock. He and his fam-ily is listed there in the 1876 census. The name Mato Ska/White Bear also appears in the 1885 records. There, he is listed in the Chief Eagle That Scares band of the Lower Yanktonais.

or White Bear, better known to white men as Tom Frost-ed, passed away at his spacious log cabin on the banks of the meandering Porcupine creek, six miles north of Fort Yates. He sought out the Happy Hunting Grounds early Tuesday morning after a lingering illness, which con-sumed the old Chieftain’s health to the very marrow.

Frosted has lived a very interesting life in the land of the once powerful Sioux. Born and reared on the prairie among his people, he led the life of a Sioux until early manhood at which time he became a friend of the whites and lived thereafter near the agency here. He served the "Grandfather" (Uncle Sam) in the role of Indian Police-man for more than two score years and at the time of his resignation was chief of that organization. White people must credit with due respect such a man who would join the white man and become a police official over his brothers who were for the most part at that time at war with the government.

The deceased chieftain was born at Long Lake, Dakota Territory in 1859, making him 73 years of age at the time of his death. His father was known as Standing Bull and his mother, Singing. He vividly recalled on frequent oc-casions the well known and much written about battle of Kildeer Mountains, in which General Sibley's troops par-ticipated. Frosted was then but a boy.

As a boy in his late teens he attended Hampton Institute

in Virginia where he learned the occupation of a carpen-ter and on his return here was for many years assistant carpenter at the agency. He built many structures, includ-ing school buildings and churches for the Indian People.

In 1880, White Bear married a beautiful young Sioux woman, Orntopawin. The marriage took place in the Catholic church with the Rev. Fr. Hug, officiating. The Frosted's were blessed with two children, but both have gone now to their rewards.

The Frosted's took into their care seven other children. They are: John, August, Mary Brought Plenty, the latter deceased; Mary Standing Crow; and Asa, Susan and Francis Winters.

In 1890, during the Sitting Bull trouble, Frosted was a scout for the military but took no active part in the actual arrest. In 1891 he began his career as an Indian police-man and served in this capacity until his resignation in 1915, at which time he had risen from the ranks and held the honoured position as Chief of the Indian Police at the Standing Rock Reservation. In 1912 he held the distinc-tion of being a special delegate to Washington to confer with authorities concerning Indian affairs.

In 1914, when Sioux county was organized as a separate unit from old Morton county and given a full set of offi-cials by appointment of the then Governor, L.B. Hanna,

Frosted became one of the first constables. During the World War he was active in securing recruits among the Indian boys to serve the colours and sent his two adopted sons, August and John Brought Plenty, both of whom saw active service, the former with the 1st Div and the latter with the 33rd. Another patriotic gesture on the part of the chief which should be admired by the whites, for at that time the Indians were not considered citizens and had no duty to perform.

White Bear, as chieftain, has presided at many notable ceremonies during which titles, Indian names, etc. have been conferred. Among the outstanding people who have received Indian names at Frosted's hands are:

1928-Ernest Thompson Seton, famous naturalist became Mahto-ska, and received a war bonnet. 1930-O.L. Bo-denheimer, then National Commander of the American Legion, received a war bonnet and was named Flying Cloud.

In 1930 the deceased chieftain presided at ceremonies, which adopted a number of Bismarck folks into the Sioux tribe. Chief of Police Chris J. Martineson became Charging Eagle, his son Willard, Walking Warrior, D.E. Shipley, state official became Brown Eagle; Mrs. Alfred Zuger, chairman of Women's Fed of Labor, Red Deer; and Irene Engler, Red Bird.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the St. Peter's Catholic Church with Father Bernard, Frosted's old counsellor and long time friend, reading the last rites. Internment was made in the Catholic cemetery. Pall Bears were: D.S. Hatch, Benj. White, Ed Afraid of Hawks, Louis Endres, J.R. Harmon and Eli Swift Eagle. Honorary Pall Bears were: ��F.B. Fiske, E.D. Mossman, Chris Martineson, F.B. Zahn and Victor Zahn.

The Indians have lost a man who was considered one of their foremost leaders in all matters concerning their wel-fare. The whites have lost a true friend among the red men.

The following transcripts have not been altered or edited. The speeches of approximately 30 minutes each have been written down as they were recorded. Every one of the transcripts can be read separately, even though the text may inspire you to read other transcripts as well due to its interaction.

The sentences in the transcripts may be lengthy, but this is how the trance speech is flowing. To give the reader the most transparent view, I decided not to alter or edit the speeches for easier composition of the language.

1. Walking with White Bear How you will perceive the spirit world depends on your progress, your spirituality. I will show you the way to the spiritual path where I am. Come with me. There is brightness. Come to this brightness and enter. You will change your vibration from the earth plane. See, my friend. You are wearing a beautiful robe. You spiritual being is bright, and there is a yellow/orange field around you, similar to what you would call the sun, and what we call the love from God. Your robe is white, shining, and so are you. My friend, here you see the landscape of beautiful sur-roundings you also will find on earth, a place where my parents and I grew up in the nature with rivers, forests, valleys and green slopes where animals are enjoying themselves. Enough food for everyone you might say when on the earth plane, but we don’t eat or drink and nor do the animals. We just enjoy the company of each other. Here are flowers in different shapes that are known and unknown to your world. Red, orange, white - all the rainbow colours in one view. There are beauties here without description in earthly terms. Brothers and sisters bring joy and happiness, serving love and peace to you. We have tents or wigwams, similar to the ones we had on the prairie, but we create them with our mind. We create all with our mind. All you see here is created by many

brothers and sisters. If we, on an individual basis, would like to have other surroundings, we can make them with our mind and they become real to us because thoughts are substance. You, as well, can with your mind, in your world, create your own paradise, because you have heav-en inside yourself. Here, everything is in love. All brightness is due to our connection with God, the Great White Spirit, the Al-mighty and the Creator of the universe. We are one with the Almighty Spirit, and he is giving us the energy that we need, the energy and love we consist of, and all that we are. We have different occupations, some are still composing their music, some are writing books, but in another way than on earth, because we use our mind and our thoughts to create. We can create with our mind a concert, or a festival if you so wish, by joining our minds together. We can create colour and music that you cannot imagine with your earthly mind. All this fills us with tremendous joy and love. We have schools of learning. You can study whatever subject you wish to explore. Everything is given to you by thought. We come together in halls of learning, beau-tiful arenas where knowledge is given to our minds. We have theatres where plays are performed, plays to edu-cate people on their spiritual pathway. We help each oth-

er, we learn and we teach, and by that, we lift each other towards God, towards his love. You cannot reach a higher consciousness than you are fit for. Our brothers and sisters teach us and take us with them to learn for a while, but then you have to return to your place because that is where you are in harmony with your surroundings, and where you find peace with your-self. We travel to the earth plane by our thoughts, and are in your presence when we want to be. The earth plane is one sphere of life, but there are many spheres and in all spheres they have their own surroundings. What they have created by their minds, and what they want it to be, they will have, not individually, but created by the con-sciousness of all the people living there. We have no need for nutrition as you have on earth, be-cause the Almighty feeds our spiritual body, by the ener-gy of love. We work and we rest as you do, but there is no need to sleep, because the energy is always there. This life can be a beauty for yourself, but create your beauty inside when you are on the earth plane. What you have created in your mind by being in communion with God, by helping others, by charity and the good deeds you have done, contribute all to your standing, to your place on this side in the spirit world. This is spiritual progress and spirituality.

When you come to this side you will receive what you have created in your mind. The more you increase your spirituality on earth, the more advantages you will have on this side. Love creates love. You have the answer my friend to what you should put emphasis on. It is difficult to understand, when you are on earth, how things come about in the spirit world. It is coming to you as it is in a dream. What you have earned, you will re-ceive. Your living place and surroundings will all be in accordance with your mind, with the power that you have created by love towards your fellow beings, and in love you assist and help others. You can reach a beauty with-out description when you someday come to this world. Everything is provided for according to the heaven you have created inside yourself, the paradise that you have within. The spirit world is vast. All of us experience the transi-tion and the place of being individually, but if you have a loving heart, you cannot go wrong. You have God inside you with all its beauties. “Seek God and everything else will be added unto you”. An expression you are familiar with from Christ´s teachings, and it is true. Christ knew the way; he told you that he was the Light, the Way and the Truth with his living on earth. He

showed the pathway. You can be a light and show the way for others. God bless you, my friend.

2. Spirit Life You are a spiritual being, and you live your spirit life today. Your physical body camouflages your spiritual being, which is your inner self. The spirit life is today, was yesterday and is tomorrow. You are an eternal being. This life on earth may be your first life on this planet, but you may also have reincarnated on this plane of life many times. Your spirit life is here and now. Your spiritual being is your innermost treasure. A treas-ure given to you by the Almighty that he wants you to explore and develop. “Seek and you shall find”, an ex-pression that is from ancient times, and a familiar expres-sion from the teachings of Christ. Your task is to find the key. The spirit life is all you have in your mind; friends, fami-ly, interests, hobbies, nature, animals, heaven, earth, the stars, the universe and ultimately the presence of God, because God is all there is, and God is love. Love is everything, everything that you can have, and it is there for you to reach. The key to your treasure in yourself is love, and the key will open all the doors by giving love to your fellow beings, by helping others and by giving charity. Love will expand your spiritual being in knowledge, and find the pathway for you in life. Reach for the key in life and you can truly accomplish

the greatest task on earth. Open yourself, look inside and see within your mind. In nature you will see expressions of God, and know that you are more than your physical body. You have a spiritual body that will move on in this life and in the life to come, a being that is for eternity. The life on earth is a school of learning where you meet daily struggles, but nothing is there that cannot be overcome. That is spirit life on earth. The spirit life will continue on this side of life, but what you have created in your mind, in the treasure within yourself, is the heaven you will meet on this side. My friend, work on your treasure, so you can harvest a paradise on this side of life in the spirit world, because on your pathway you will see that what you sow you will reap. That is the law of the universe, the law of cause and effect. We are here to teach you, and so will you one day. The spirit life can be beautiful, on both the physical and spiritual plane, but you are the master of your own treas-ure, the heaven inside yourself. God has given you the tools. He has given you everything so you can compre-hend right from wrong. Build up your character when you are on earth, because your character and your per-sonality is what you will bring over to this side of life. In your character you have your spirituality, and that is

where you are at present on your pathway. The spirit life is now and forever.

3. Christ´s and God´s Consciousness God is the universal consciousness that knows the past, the present and the future. It is an infinite consciousness that has always existed. Your universe and your own consciousness is part of this consciousness. There are endless numbers of universes, and the mind of God is the universal consciousness where the wisdom, omnipres-ence and the love is the power that controls and manages all there is from the infinite small to the endlessness of the universe. The consciousness of God is all there is, and God is love. He has given us free will. He has given us our consciousness that started infinite small and has expanded to what you are today, like an infant that has his instincts given by the Almighty Spirit, and then de-velops in interaction between other human beings within the nature of God’s universe. There is a seed in every one of us, and we can develop this to a paradise, to a heaven of love, and then find peace within ourselves. That is what Christ did. He de-veloped his seed, God’s seed, to a glorious heaven within himself, where peace and love for his fellow beings be-came his ultimate consciousness. Christ knew that he was a spiritual being and that his spiritual body survived death of the physical body. He knew this because he was in communion with the spirit world, as also is written in the scriptures. Christ’s con-

sciousness and his spirituality opened all the doors to God’s wisdom when on earth. He knew that we all have to develop ourselves spiritually when here on earth. He knew that this was the key to heaven inside yourself where you can find peace and tranquillity. Christ said, “I am the Truth, the Way and the Light”. He knew how you have to gain spirituality by love of your fellow beings, by giving charity, by helping others, by being tolerant towards others and by giving of yourself. He knew that justice prevails even though it is a hardship to pass the school of life. The mourners will not mourn anymore when coming to the spirit world, the real life, the spiritual life. There will be no more suffering and injustice. Selfishness of this world will come to an end sometime and your earth will be like heaven, where there is justice, love and happiness, but it is yours and every-one’s task to make this world a better place, a world in love between human beings, a world in peace, a world where all people can help each other, where equality among human beings is the foremost objective. Love was the consciousness of Christ. That is what we should strive for. To achieve spirituality where we love our fellow beings and find peace in ourselves. Let go of selfishness and the urge for power that makes so many people suffer in this world.

Melt yourself into God’s consciousness, which is love in its purity. Love is all there is. Love is everything in your world and our world and that is of God’s beauty. Christ wants us to love each other, no matter what. That is the supreme consciousness. There is no selection of people based on their belief in the spirit world. All you have when you open that gate is your spirituality and your consciousness. The more you love your fellow beings, the more you help others, the more you see others as equal to yourself, the higher your spirituality will become, because we are all the same and of the same importance in the eyes of the Almighty. Let love reign in your heart and you will climb toward the consciousness of God and his love. To struggle is part of life here on earth. Being in God’s consciousness is where you will find wisdom. That is where we all seek to find wisdom. When you look into nature and see a flower bloom, how can that be without the wisdom of our God in heaven? People of the earth look at a flower and say: - Well that is a beautiful flower, but they don’t let it in to their own consciousness for evaluation. Why is this flower so beau-tiful? Why are there so many kinds of flowers? Why do they have so many different structures? How can they raise themselves from a small seed and flourish into such

beauties, if there were no wisdom and consciousness behind? You are part of the universal consciousness, because you have God within yourself, the seed from the Almighty. Make your contribution with love and wisdom that you have achieved in the school of life on earth, to the uni-versal consciousness. That is our ultimate objective, to give and be part of the supreme consciousness of love.

friends, family and fellow beings makes something spe-cial in yourself, and you are in interaction with that spirit that you have within, then you have reached your spiritu-al awareness. Then you will feel that when you cast aside selfishness and increase the love in yourself towards oth-ers, you will find the calmness of mind. In fact, when you give nutrition, the spiritual food, to this seed, to the spiritual being inside yourself, then your spir-itual being becomes more powerful in your life. In time it takes over the passions of the physical body, passions of selfishness. You will place yourself behind, replace your needs for excess with the needs of others that you can help. By giving love and charity to others, you will help yourself. You will nurture your spiritual being and be-come a beauty within, a beauty you can be proud of, a beauty that will be crowned by the Almighty in love for your fellow beings, in love for humanity. That is your ultimate destination with your spiritual being, which is part of God. Think of this, my friend. You have God inside yourself. As Christ said: “You have heaven within”, and “my Fa-ther and I are one”. Christ knew the way, he knew the truth and he was a light for others to follow, and so can you be a light for others by sharing love and by giving of yourself.

5. Transition When you are born to the earth plane, you have made a transition from the spirit world. It is a time of joy and happiness. An infant, a small child, a baby that you can hold in your arm, that the mother can feed from her breast, a wonderful moment in life for the mother and father, truly a gift from God. It´s a miracle you would say, because it is so wonderful, but even this miracle is based on nature´s law. The child is growing with the guidance from its parents, and in the beginning it is living based on its instincts. The child gives a message when it needs nurturing, and a message when it needs to be held and cared for, and when times passes, the child starts to smile towards its parents, and the smile reaches the inner self of the human beings, of the mother and father with cheerfulness. The child creates a personality of its own, learns the basics of life, what to do and not to do. It learns to utter the right words for different objects and certainly the mother’s and father’s name, Mummy and Daddy. There is a transition within the child all the time. It starts to speak and make itself understood. It creates its own state of being based on the interaction between friends and family. All this is forming the child and its character, knowing right from wrong. The parents have a great responsibility in raising the child, bringing in good values in the family relation-ship and creating an atmosphere of love, peace and safe-

The child goes to school and acquires more knowledge, more social relationships, getting a broader perspective of the world, and when the child reaches adulthood, society will give a new school of life, the school of life, where the child has become an adult and finds his or her mission in life. There is a transition from birth throughout life. At birth the child and the spirit became one. This spirit is the seed from God that gives life, because the spirit, your spiritual being, is the power within yourself. The seed has been nurtured by the child, the parents, friends, family and nature, all in interaction. Know this, my friend, know that you have the spirit inside yourself, the spiritual being that you are, and that you are responsible for giving the spirit within the nurturing, the spiritual food, that it needs. Love is the answer, love towards your fellow beings, helping others, giving charity, and releasing yourself from the selfishness that was your basic instinct when you were an infant. Know that you can develop this seed and beauty within yourself, because you are part of God that gave you life. Let God’s consciousness be part of your consciousness. Find your occupation in life, whatever that might be, but foremost create love within by being tolerant towards others, and by helping others, you help yourself. Build yourself up inside with a character of love and patience,

and you will have an inner peace that you were meant to have in life on earth. When you someday leave the earth plane, there is anoth-er transition. You leave your physical body behind, and you are your real self again, your spiritual being, your spiritual self, which is a replica of your physical being, without any illness or health problems. You can be young and strong again, in the spiritual real life. Your life has many transitions and you are here on earth to learn and to meet struggles, which will teach you to find the beauty within, and to find love and peace within yourself. The transitions are there for you to learn, to learn about life. Later adulthood should be a smile to-wards your upbringing and towards your life. On this side of life in the spirit world, we have many spheres and there will be many transitions based on your spirituality, and so it is on earth. Your spirituality will transform your inner being, and you will reach a higher consciousness when you increase your spiritual aware-ness. That is the key to transforming yourself towards the consciousness of God, which is love. That is our ultimate objective in life. The transition to the spirit world is what you have made it to in your world. You will feel to be exactly the same as you were on earth, with the same mind, consciousness, character and personality. The tran-sition is nothing more than opening a new door, and

walking over the doorstep. Your physical body is left behind, but you are real. The transition is complete when the cord is cut, because you have also a cord from your physical being to your spiritual being, similarly to what you had when you were connected to your mother at birth. On this side you will meet a world that you have created in your mind by the love towards your fellow beings, and the peace and hap-piness you have reached within yourself. You will reap as you sow. You will meet love and understanding, but it will be your own consciousness and spirituality that de-termines your happiness on this side of life as well as on your side of life.

6. Spheres There are many spheres in life. The earth plane is a sphere where your spiritual body is covered by a physical body. When you leave this sphere, you will meet the spirit sphere, where your real self, your spiritual self be-longs. The earth plane is a school of life where people are mingled into one place. In that manner you will have people of different characters and spirituality. This will in turn cause conflicts, struggles, misinterpretations and misunderstandings. The objective of your earthly life is to reach a higher spirituality and a higher consciousness. When you come to the spirit world, you will meet the conditions that you made for yourself, by your character, spiritual develop-ment and awareness on earth. Many will cling to the earth, to the earthly conditions for a while, some for a great length of time, because their consciousness does not reach any further. These souls will develop them-selves further by watching people of the earth, their mis-takes and what they do to reach higher and conquer their problems. They are, however, not let alone. Spirit people of higher spirituality come and persuade spirits that are in a way bound to the earth conditions, to reach higher. Earthbound spirits have to see and experience why they are in their present condition. Spirits can show them the way, the light, and their destination, which is quite simi-lar to their earthly conditions, but of a spiritual character.

You may call this the Summerland, where we have the nature of the earth, but with more beautiful expressions. In this wonderful sphere, we have villages and cities as you have, because the thoughts of the people living there want to have the same as they had on earth, and even better conditions, and if they are suited for better condi-tions they will have them. They can create their condi-tions with their thoughts. They can create their garden and maintain it with their thoughts. Houses and buildings are all in beautiful surroundings and colours in this sphere. All created by thought. We do not have the me-chanical aspect, as you have on earth. We don’t use cars, trains, planes and such mechanical forms of transporta-tion. We don’t need this because we can go by thought. We think and there we are, from one place to another. If we will transport many spirits together, we join in to what you would call a vehicle and then move by thought to our destination. We have seas, oceans, hills, moun-tains, and we have boats not driven by motor, but driven by our thoughts. Everything is done by thought, because thought is substance. There are spheres and conditions below the Summerland. These are more dark and weary. In these places people are shameful of the deeds they did on earth, but they make these conditions for themselves. Spirits from high-er spheres, try to help them and send their love and un-derstanding. Then some here and there are reached and helped. Some of these spirits enter what you would call

hospitals, where care is given, and where they are helped to find solutions to their problems. See, the thoughts and consciousness that you have ac-quired on earth are very strong, stronger then you can ever imagine when you are in the physical body. There are spirits here that have as their occupation to help souls that are in a way lost and need help to raise their con-sciousness, to work their way out of their mistakes and their misery. To find the way out of their problems they must start by asking their victims for forgiveness. They will see that by giving charity and by helping others, progress will be achieved. You reap as you sow. If you didn´t understand this before, you will now. However, there is help for everyone because we are all children of God. But there is only one path that we all ultimately have to find, and that is the path to God, which is love, unconditional love. In the spheres above Summerland, also called the third sphere, you will have spheres of the fourth fifth, sixth and seventh degree. When you reach the highest level, you become light, the light of God. In higher spheres you will meet better conditions, even more beautiful expressions of nature. You are with peo-ple that you love and that you feel at one with. From the fourth sphere, there is only love and harmony between people. When you leave the third sphere, it is difficult to have communication with the earth plane.

The higher you reach, the more responsibility, the higher consciousness and the more power you express towards the lower spheres. When you come to the fifth and sixth spheres, you will completely forget about yourself. You leave yourself behind, even though you have your indi-viduality. There are expressions in these higher spheres that cannot be comprehended when on earth, because on these planes of life, it is not three-dimensional anymore, it is four- and five-dimensional universes that you be-come part of. Most people that have lived a decent life will end up on the third level, the third sphere, the Summerland, and have a paradise where they feel happiness and find love and peace among the inhabitants, but there are many worlds, multiple worlds, within the different spheres. The universe is so vast. The descriptions I am giving you now, is just a small seed of comprehension of what the spirit world and its structure are like. You can only reach higher spheres of consciousness that you are fit for and that you have acquired in spirituality. However, there is progress for everyone and spirits from higher spheres come with their love and help to their fellow beings by teaching them how to increase their consciousness to-ward God and unconditional love. Spirituality, my friends, is the key to your travel in the spirit world that will determine where you can travel and find peace and love in your hearts. Spirituality is your

spiritual intelligence, the intelligence that you need to reach higher consciousness, to reach and find the path towards the light and God.

7. Organisation The spirit world is highly organised. When you come to this world, there is a law that we name “cause and ef-fect”, in other words “you reap as you sow”. The wisdom of God rules the universe. If it does not seem so in differ-ent moments of your life, you can be sure that God is the love behind all there is, but he has given us free will. If there was no free will, we would merely be robots, and what kind of life would that be? We value individuality, creativity, responsibility and the completeness of our own self-being. We would all of us like to be in command of our own selves, to have free will, to know that we can make our own universe, define our own beauty within, set the standard for our life and contribute to our own culture. We want to have an inde-pendent and free life. We want to have democracy, to have freedom to shape the future in love for our fellow beings, in love for humanity. Well, my friends, this does not change in the spirit world. In our sphere of life, we have free will, but as in your world there are limits within ourselves and within our society where we live. However, in the spirit world the organisation of life makes itself. On earth you have the government that sets the laws and the rules. On this side we don’t have any appointed leaders or law enforcement, because there is no need, no need for any government,

because everything is in place, everything is natural, it is within you, it is within your consciousness. You cannot do any harm on this side to anyone. Souls may harm themselves, if they don’t follow the rules and the wisdom of God. Here you reap as you sow, immediately. Here you know right from wrong, instantly, because every-thing has an effect on your being, on your aura field around you that changes in colour and gives information. We can penetrate and see your thoughts, immediately. There are no secrets on this side. Everything is open to everyone. There is nothing hidden, and that’s why every-thing is organised by itself. There is a natural organisa-tion of life. God is love, and that is the supreme force that rules the universe. With love you can raise yourself spiritually, and in love you will reach more beauties and higher consciousness of life. The more wisdom, the higher consciousness you achieve, the higher responsibility you will take, the more you will cooperate with the higher beings and the more you will fit in to the natural structure of the spirit world. Everything here is natural, everyone has their place. You will find help everywhere for whatever problem you might have. We have an organisation, but it is a natural organisation. There is no urge for power. We have only true leadership, and the leadership is spiritual wisdom. This wisdom, which is love, manages souls on different spheres. Love that has found its place based on the law of cause and effect. There is a chain of cause and effect, a

chain that you will have more wisdom of when you reach within your spirit. Some will say that we have ministers or angels from God that govern the heavens. In a way that is true, but every-thing is natural. It is not a position based on power in earthly terms. It is position that you earn spiritually based on your level of consciousness, humbleness, love for humanity and love for the Creator, in thankfulness. All there is, all that is, all positions as you call them, have been earned in love. The higher consciousness you achieve, the more humble you become. This humbleness is the pathway to God and to the highest positions as you call them. You can turn your organisation upside-down, and you will have a pic-ture of the ministries of this world. In humbleness, you will find the highest power in the universe and within yourself, the power of love. Power is something you earn in love. I am a humble servant of the Almighty. That is what we strive for, that is what humbleness is, the path-way to higher consciousness within yourself.

8. Employment The work in the spirit world is manifold with endless opportunities. You thought that you had many occupa-tions in your world, we have even more, because we live in a world of creativity, whilst your world is of the me-chanical kind. On this side social welfare is put on the highest pedestal. All work is to aid humanity, people in spirit as well as on earth, to manifest and create a better world, a world where love is paramount, a world where selfishness is cast aside. When we see opportunities to manifest the behaviour, in whatever direction and occupation, that is of love, helping others and raising people to a higher spiritual level within, then we organise and put all our efforts into such work. We have work of science, where people continue their science work with their friends that are left behind on earth, inspiring them if they can with their know-ledge. We have musicians, that still perform and compose mu-sic from where they left off on earth, artists performing plays in theatres, engineers helping out in the mechanical world of yours, social workers, doctors, psychologists, who often see that the spiritual aspect of their work was left out on earth. It is now on top of their agenda in the spirit world.

The politicians see the world in another shape and form. Many of the politicians loved their power and influence, but were many times imprisoned with their opinions that were difficult to stand up for. I can assure you that they stand up in this world where they see the spiritual aspect as the major force in their endeavours to change your world and to operate in our world. We don’t have police officers and law enforcement, but we have lawyers. However, they are no longer lawyers of the kind that you know, they are now helping the victims of their past. The wrong they made, they now want to correct, and they correct their errors by charity, by help-ing others, as we all do, because we have all made mis-takes. We have all made errors that we have to correct, to erase by charity, which is your salvation, both in this world and yours. All on this side will have the opportunity for employ-ment. No one can hold you back if you want to do the works of the Almighty, by bringing love to your fellow beings, helping them in whatever way they need. There is a place for everyone on this side, and there is no unem-ployment. People in higher positions in your world humble them-selves on this side to raise themselves spiritually. There is no other way to make progress in this world. If you want to speed up your spiritual progress, you will have to

place yourself behind, and let others come first. That is the law of cause and effect. The last shall be the first, a well-known parable from the scriptures. Love is all there is, and you are lost in materiality if you don’t lift yourself above the material aspect of life and reach for the spiritual path. Yes, we know all the occupa-tions of the earth, and all work that contributes to the benefit of humankind is of the good. When you are on earth, let this parable above all run through your whole body, “the last shall be the first”. What does it mean? It means that you shall cast aside selfishness, vanity and the need for power, and cherish love and charity. Then you will conquer yourself and the world you live in and you will raise yourself towards God, towards love, where you are meant to be spiritually. Love your fellow beings and help wherever you can, and you will raise yourself. Then my friend, you will not be the last, but the first in the eyes of God. Your task is now on earth. Your task is to perform the school of life so you can learn within yourself the strug-gles of the earth, to learn compassion and the real value in life, which is love. Let me tell you this. We create by thought, and your con-sciousness is superior in your life in the spirit world. The bricklayer lays bricks, because the bricks are real if that

soul wishes it to be so in his mind. The bricklayer will build his house with bricks if his mind will let him and allow him to do so. Everything on this side is built by the mind of the people. We have different fabrics and mate-rials with different colours and beauties, and everything is created by thought. If you were a carpenter when on earth, you will still be able to perform your work of wood and structure, similar to what you did on earth, because you can create all the tools and all the materials that you used to apply on earth. This is a real world, even more real than your world. This is reality. We don’t need to create power as you do on earth, be-cause we receive the power that we need and that keeps us alive from the Almighty, the power of the universe, the power of love. Maybe it is difficult to comprehend all this, when living on earth, but love is reality. It is a force that you can ap-ply for all the work that you will contribute with on this side of life. We don’t need firemen any more. We don’t create fire. We create the power of love in our minds. The brightness of God, his light and love is our fire. Whatever you cre-ated on earth, you can create on this side and the sub-stance is as real as on your side. If you so wish, your cup

of tea will be the same, and the apples on the table will be there. I say this to make you understand that employ-ment is real, because the substance on this side of life is real. It is just another vibration that we live within.

9. Family Family should be the dearest you have in life. It should be like a diamond with many facets, that you could learn from and enjoy the beauty of. The family may be one you created yourself, one you are part of or one that you have created in partnership with others. Anyhow, family should be a symbol of love between the family members. You are part of God’s family within the consciousness of the universe. There are multiple upon multiple families joining and making the whole as one. The family is there to support you in difficult times and to be happy with you in joyful times. When working together in social rela-tionships, the individuals will work on the diamond that you have created together, because all of us want to have a unity where we can find peace and love, and that is what family should be. Some are not that fortunate to have a loving family. They themselves will have to cre-ate and shape their own family and find their pathway to love and peace. You are on earth to learn in the school of life, and by being together in a family where you have grown up with your father and mother or family of friends, where you have depicted the ones that you share your love and heart with, either way, they are part of your school in life. The many facets of the diamond will have to be polished to

make perfect. Then you will see the beauty and the col-ours within that you have created. In your consciousness, in your mind, the light that shines from the diamond is caused by your work, the work that has joined you together, the struggles that you have over-come. This diamond is yours, and it is the beauty that you have within you, the beauty that you have created in love and respect for each other. The diamond is a symbol of the bounds that you have within which will last for ever. God created woman and man in his picture so they could form a family, to have children and be many on earth. He created the friendship that should be between people, but he gave humankind free will, so whatever pathway you follow is your decision. The concept of family and friendship has been there from time immemorial. Family and responsibility go hand in hand. When you create a family and receive children on earth, you have a responsibility for their welfare. You have a responsibility to raise them in love and harmony so that they can have and be raised with the beauty of love that you have nour-ished. They will thank you and be inspired to form their own family or unity with friends. It is your responsibility to create the environment and atmosphere that is for the good of the child, and that is

for the good of your friends. We have all our responsibil-ity towards our fellow beings in love and respect. Some-times it is difficult, because people do not behave, as you would have appreciated, according to the principle of love, understanding and tolerance in society. We are all part of God, and we have to help everyone. Everyone that is lost. It is easy to help the ones that comply with the rules of society. “Do unto others that you would have them do unto yourself.” That is the rule of life. Souls that do not comply with rules of society are also children of God, because we are all the same from birth. They were not as fortunate in their upbringing as you. Help them and let them be part of your family structure in your world. Help them to find a family, a family of friends, so they can achieve what they have lost, the love within themselves. The family should be based on love and responsibility. Everyone has a responsibility to create unity, because we are all one. Love your fellow beings, cast aside selfish-ness, and create a world and a family in love and peace. We are all children of God. Friendship binds people together. Friendship helps people back on track. Friendship is something you will have to work for. Friendship is love for each other. Friendship is respect for each other.

Friendship is tolerance for others’ opinions. Friendship is helping each other. Friendship is unselfishness. Friendship is from God. Friendship is the way of life. Friendship is all there is. We all have this longing for friendship. Let us join the forces and create friendship on earth. Friendship for humankind. Friendship for all living beings. Friendship for nature. Love each other and you will have friendship within yourself. The same applies for the family and each and every one of us in the spirit world. Families on this side of life are quite similar to the families on your side. We raise chil-dren that did not grow up on your side, and love is the key to raising children in the spirit world as it is in your world. We come together in the spirit world as a big fam-ily, where you will find true friendship, and where the diamond that you shaped and formed in your world be-comes a reality of love in a united family. Love unites all of us.

10. The Secret of Thought Thoughts are real. They are as real as your self. Thoughts are made up of your consciousness, of your subconscious and the universal consciousness. You are influenced by thoughts that are around you. Think about the radio signals, the TV signals, signals from the mobile phones, they are all around you, and so also are thoughts from other human beings, thoughts from the past, thoughts from the present and thoughts from the future. You are, in a way, like a receiver and transmitter. Just like the radio device. You create thoughts in your mind, within you inner self, and the human brain with its thought patterns is the control that brings the intelligence and these thought patterns together, that you, your con-scious self, make a core of and decide what to do with, because you yourself are the master of your thoughts. You can control your thoughts and your thought patterns, in whatever direction you will like them to be and stay within yourself, but it is difficult to control your feelings. Remember that the thoughts are physical substance and, if you think of them as such, it may be easier for you to discard some thoughts and lift up others. Think of good thoughts, think of thoughts that are of love, that are of unselfishness, and you will build up a power of such thoughts within yourself, within your subconscious, that will help you to keep them alive, to let these thoughts dominate your inner being. Then, my friend, you will

build up a force, a power within yourself, which is exact-ly those thoughts of love and unselfishness, and they will bring you thoughts of higher consciousness, because then you will attract similar kinds of thoughts. You will attract other human beings that have similar kinds of thoughts, and you will unite with such people in your world, in your mind, within the universal consciousness, and you will join forces and connect to the power of love, which is God. You will build yourself up, with thoughts of kindness towards humanity, you will reach a spiritual level that will bring you peace and confidence and make you strong. You will overcome the struggles of the earth, struggles of materiality and passions that hold you down. When you can control your thoughts, and control them by the power of love, you can make yourself a beauty of peace within, a beauty of light, a beauty that is far above the knowledge that you can ever picture in a world of materiality. You will create a beauty where thoughts cre-ate the surroundings, the paradise that you searched for and made for yourself. With the power of love, kindness and unselfishness, you will be in a position to raise others, to help others to-wards a finer condition of life, because you will have attributes that are superior. You will have a power within yourself that is of God, given to you by God for raising your fellow beings towards the light and to show them the pathway towards their Father in heaven where they

can find peace within, where they can find tranquillity and calmness of mind. Be the master of your thoughts here on earth. Then you know your pathway. Then you know your mission in life. The universe is created by thought, by the thought of God, by the thought of love, and you are all part of the universal consciousness and the universal thought. We all contribute with our thoughts for the well-being of others. Start today my friend with kindness toward your fellow beings. Concentrate yourself on good thoughts and they will lift you up to a higher level of conscious-ness. Sow good thoughts everywhere and you will har-vest love and kindness, which is the secret of thought. Make it your pathway, and you will build up the power within that will conquer the struggles on earth. You make the heaven within yourself by thought, and you make the paradise with thoughts on this side of life. Be the master of your thoughts within.

11. The Power of Mind All that you have done in your eternal life is saved in your mind, in your subconscious mind. When in the physical body, you do not have the key to your subcon-scious mind in a rational manner. The subconscious mind is overshadowed by your con-scious mind, by your consciousness. Your conscious mind is what you have achieved when on earth from birth, through childhood and adulthood. But within your inner self, your mind is there from your eternal self. Pending on your spirituality, you have access to your subconscious mind. However, the subconscious mind is only storage of memories that you will have to bring up to your conscious mind for evaluation, interpretations and decisions. Some people dig into their subconscious mind when in the physical body. I can say to you this; that the subconscious mind should be regarded as a memory and nothing else. Everything of importance to you in your present life is of the conscious mind. It’s within the conscious mind that you raise your spirituality, your love for your fellow be-ings and your unselfishness. The beauty inside, you cre-ate when on earth from struggle, to raise yourself from materialism to a higher level of consciousness towards love, towards God. Do not trust your subconscious mind, trust your conscious mind. Everything that comes from

the subconscious should be treated with your intellect, with your reasoning, so you can be sure that all you have in your mind is of love and reason. The doctors of the earth are occupied with your brain and how it is functioning. Your brain is an interaction be-tween cells for different kinds of operations in life. That is good to know, but that is not your real mind. You real mind is your spiritual mind, but there is an interaction between your spiritual mind and your physical brain, so you can have your intellect in your physical body con-nected to perform the tasks of the earth. Your mind is of infinite structure. You will never stop learning. You have within you an intuition that is from your eternal being. Follow your intuition when love dom-inates your thoughts. Love always prevails, always. Your mind is your spiritual being. We on this side, as well as on yours, create everything with our mind. This is a world of creativity, whilst your world is a mechanical one. What we create with our thoughts, with our mind, we receive if we have that power within ourselves. You create the power of the mind with love, with unselfish-ness, with tolerance, with help towards our fellow beings, by increasing your spirituality, increasing your love with-in towards others. You raise yourself by the power of the mind, the power of love, the power of God within, the God you are part of as a spiritual being.

Mind and consciousness is all there is. It’s Gods univer-sal consciousness that we are part of. Let your mind be beautiful. Give thoughts to your mind that are of love, always, and you will raise yourself in mind and in life. By giving good thoughts to your mind, your mind will change in structure, and your thoughts in your brain will change. But the brain is only your physical part of your mind. It has no value when you come to this side, be-cause everything is stored in your spiritual mind. All is there and nothing is forgotten. You will remember every second of your life, if you so wish, when you come to this side of life. That’s why you must understand the importance of what you have in your mind. You can achieve peace within yourself, when you come to us, when you leave your physical body behind. In your physical body you can, in a way, forget unpleas-ant episodes in life. On this side you will remember them and you will have to work your way out of them if they caused harm to yourself. You do this by charity, but you don’t have to wait until you come here. You can do this on earth, in your present life, and you can always raise yourself spiritually when on earth, by giving charity, by helping others, by love for your fellow beings, and then your mind will restructure and you will achieve a mind of beauty. Be mindful of your treasures that you create on earth, because you have heaven inside yourself. You make your own heaven. Make that heaven with love and

respect for others, cast aside selfishness, cast aside vani-ty, cast aside greed and the need for power, and cultivate love and honesty, and your mind will evolve to a beauty that you can be proud of on either side of life. Mind is king. Let your mind be crowned by the Almighty in love for humanity.

12. Communication “Hello, my friend”, that was a thought I sent you at this very moment. “We love you, we are your friends, we are your family, and we are your guides helping you as best we can”. When we send you these thoughts, this mes-sage, you perceive them within your inner self, your spir-itual being. We transmit them likewise from our inner self. These vibrations of thoughts leave us like an electri-cal current. The vibrations of thoughts will affect your inner being dependent on what message is coming through. When we send a thought of love, it touches a vibrational level within you. A vibration of kindness to your spiritual being, that gives nutrition of health and healing. A non-friendly thought creates a vibration that is unhelpful. On earth you are exposed to so many thoughts and vibrations of good and bad, that you should know when to make a shield of protection against negative energy. This you can do with your aura field that you have to be conscious of. On our side of life, we are shielded when we live in a higher vibration where kindness is predominant. Then, vibrations of unkindness cannot penetrate. Like attracts like. On this side of life, you can have communication of friendly vibrations only, if you so wish. On earth it is different, because you are on earth to learn, to learn the different vibrations of thought. Feel, be

exposed and learn to shield yourself. Learn how you communicate in a friendly manner where kindness and love is predominant. We communicate by thought, but you will have the op-tion to speak as you do now. When you learn to receive thoughts, language is discarded in the spirit world, be-cause communication by thought is so much more effi-cient and natural to your spiritual being. We send our thoughts in pictures or as a movie, and everything that we transmit to the recipient is clear and cannot be misun-derstood, because it is real. On earth communication creates misunderstandings, mis-interpretations and may cause conflicts, because people express themselves in different manners with different levels of empathy. Even if they don’t mean to hurt some-one with their thoughts and their language, they do so because words raise different associations within peo-ple’s minds. It all has to do with development within oneself. My friend, your earthly life is a wonderful school. Your are here on earth to communicate with each other so you can penetrate the vibration and create an atmosphere of love, kindness, unselfishness and peace within. That’s your main objective. Communication is a wonderful tool with your languages to raise different kinds of feelings

within so you can learn the thought vibration that you send and receive. When you sit in stillness and communicate within your-self, you send thoughts to this side of the world, and thoughts of kindness and love penetrate the atmosphere, the wall between your world and our world. Actually it is not a wall, it is a very thin veil, an ultrathin veil that is there for you and for us to use as membrane for our communication between our two worlds. Give thoughts, communicate with your spiritual being, send thoughts within yourself which are of love, and you give nutrition to your inner being. Send love to others and you raise and receive love. That’s the law of the universe. We in-spire you to do the good things in life. When you send good thoughts, you attract spirits from this side that love good thoughts and they will help you, expanding the lov-ing thoughts within yourself. When you send thoughts of unkindness, you attract spirits that are unkind. So my friend, concentrate on good thoughts that will raise your self, your inner being, to a higher level of consciousness, a higher level of friendliness, which is the pathway to God and to his angels. Communication is vital for solving conflicts in your world, for creating harmony among people and for creat-ing peace within you. By communication you are in fact sending out your thoughts and your vibrations to the world because all the thoughts, all communication is part

13. Nutrition Your physical body and spiritual being both need nutri-tion on earth. When you come to this side you have left your physical body, but the energy is within your spiritu-al being, the energy that comes from God, that is part of God, that is you. Food on planet earth is there in all its varieties to sustain your physical body, but people forget their spiritual body that they have within themselves. This body needs nutri-tion as well, but not physical food, like vegetables, fruit, fish and meat. No, what you need much of is spiritual food that is of love, love that you give and receive. They are both essential for the growth of your inner self. On this side of life, we feel and see our aura field, the energy within ourselves, just as you have here on earth, but which you don’t recognise. The aura, the energy field is ourselves, it shows who we are. We are spirits with an unceasing power received from the power of the uni-verse, the power of love, the power of God. That is our nutrition, and our spiritual growth is never ending. Every day, even though we don’t have time, but as you term time, every day we seek for higher consciousness within ourselves. We find that nutrition helps us to grow within with the single word, LOVE. Love towards our fellow beings, helping others in whatever way we can.

Unconditional love is our Father in heaven to us, and unselfishness is to disregard oneself and to meet the needs of others. On earth you need to sustain your own life and that is not selfishness. That’s part of God’s plan. Unselfishness is to supply nutrition of both physical and spiritual kind when on earth to people in need. On this side of life, we don’t need to eat as you do. We sustain our spiritual being by the power we receive from God, and it is there for every-one, because God is unconditional love. He does not dif-ferentiate. You yourself will have to learn not to differen-tiate to achieve higher consciousness and to achieve peace within yourself. You cannot have peace within if you don’t let love predominate your inner being. We live in a real life in the spirit world. Even though you don’t eat, you can taste whatever you had on earth, but it is only in your thought, but thought is real, and then it is real to you, even though it is only a thought. Think of a cup of tea, and it will be there if you have the power within yourself, if you have reached the level within yourself where you can form your thoughts in love, where your thoughts are pure, where your thoughts are not overshadowed by misconduct on earth. If you do not have this power of love within yourself, then my friend, you must work your way up to achieve purity in mind by helping others, by charity, yes, even on this side of life.

Due to selfishness, the food does not reach all the people on earth. Sharing with others the basic needs is number one. That is love for your fellow beings in action. Help others wherever you can. Do your uttermost, and you will raise yourself spiritually to higher consciousness. This is your nutrition of the spiritual kind, the nutrition that will lift you up, build your mind strong, and that creates peace and the heaven of love within yourself. Let nutrition be love for your fellow beings. Let nutrition be the way to unselfishness. Let nutrition be the power that you can give others. Let us supply nutrition for everyone. Learn nutrition within yourself and help others to find the spiritual pathway. Nutrition is of God. Share with the people of the earth as we do in the spirit world.

14. Children From birth we are all spiritual beings. We have within us the spirit, the power that is of God. The spirit is connect-ed with our physical body, with a cord similar to the one you see with your physical eyes, connecting the mother and the baby. That is why when in the physical body you are always connected to the spirit life. Your mother and father care for you . They are there to provide for your well-being when you cannot master yourself, because you live on instincts from birth to early childhood. When the mother feeds the child with her breast, she gives nutrition to the physical body and the spiritual body, because the child receives not only nutri-tion in the form of milk, but also in the form of warmth and love. This tie between the mother and the child is crucial for the growth of the child, growth of the physical body and of the spiritual being within. If the surroundings for the child are not provided for, either if the mother or the father is not there, it will suffer in consequence. When children come to this side of the world as a baby or in early childhood, they are raised in similar fashion, and we provide them with love. The power is within them, the power of the spirit, and they raise themselves, as they would have done on earth, from early childhood

to playing children and to adulthood. It is not much dif-ferent because we are human beings, and we raise our children in the same manner, as we would have done on earth, as we loved to raise our children on earth in love. We want the best for our children both on earth and on this side of life, because we love our children. The children on this side are taken care of by their family that have passed on earlier, or people that love to be in a position to take care of children. The child needs warmth and understanding when it grows from the stage of a ba-by. The parents need to know the basics of the child’s needs. The baby needs to be held, and to be taken care of, and when the child cries it needs your attention either in the form of nutrition of a physical or spiritual kind, and you as a parent must show love and understanding. Nev-er get angry with a child, always be determined in love for the best of the child. Develop it, and everything should be done in love. Do to the child as you would have others do to yourself. That is, to be cared for in all ways. Then, the child will feel the loving energy around itself and build a strong structure within and give to oth-ers the latent love that you gave. The child will start with all it has within to play with others, to play with itself, to use its creativity, to form ideas and to see the world with a smile. Because they know then, that they have arrived at a beautiful place.

My friend, this is how it should be. Unfortunately it is not so, because there is much selfishness in your world, and because people have not been raised in the right manner. They have not received love in their upbringing, but it is the task of everyone to help each other, help children that don’t have an upbringing in love. Give of yourself; give love to children of the world. Children that are raised with love and respect without selfishness will bring those qualities towards other be-ings, their surroundings, towards the living in this world of yours. They will bring it into their play with other children, into school; they will know that the pathway in their life is of the good. We on this side do the same. We give the children the same opportunities for play, for raising themselves in love and in creativity. They play whatever game you have on earth, because they see what you are doing. Let them play, be happy and give their smile to their fellow beings, the smile and the laughter that they were supposed to have in the eyes of the Crea-tor. Children on this side often visit their parents on earth with help from their guides on this side, until they them-selves can visit and be with their parents when they wish. Their mother and father on earth are not forgotten. Par-ents can bring attention to their thoughts of their child, and the child will be there with them and comfort them, because the child, the children, they are still alive. One

day you will meet again when love prevails. Where there is love, nothing can break their connection, never, ever. Children are happy in the spirit world, they are provided for, and we give them happiness and love. So it should be on earth, as in heaven. 15. Halls of learning Your life on earth is a school of life, and it is divided into many classes. From birth to early childhood is where you start with your instincts and feel the love and the warmth from your mother. Then in childhood you learn of love, of the good, of the bad and of the struggles, because you need to discipline your own self. You will as a child re-ceive many instructions from your parents, from family, from interaction between other children and in school, what to do and not to do. You reach early adulthood where the passions of life become an interest to you, and where you have to differentiate between what is right from wrong. Place within your inner self what you have learned in childhood, and when you arrive in adulthood you should have achieved the basics of life. You should have received love, and learned tolerance towards others. You should know that selfishness is to sustain your own being, and that the best you get out of life, you do in moderation. When you go into the work place, the working life of the earth, you start a new process of learning, because there are different working environments from school. Here, you can again experience that people have received their upbringing of different levels of love, understanding, tolerance and wealth. Life on earth is in itself a hall of learning.

On this side of life, you can also attend learning based on your interests. Here, you are learning in interaction be-tween other souls as well as on earth. You may travel to different vibrations, to different surroundings, to differ-ent worlds, to different places in the spirit world and learn as you do on earth. The halls of learning may have different shapes and surroundings. You can attend a hall where you receive knowledge from souls that descend to your vibrational level and teach what they have learned, and what you should search for and have as an objective for your path. In the halls of learning we use thoughts to create pictures and real movies in your terms, to explain, to let thoughts penetrate your inner being, so you can feel and learn in different ways. Your body will feel the energy and the learning process within. The halls of learning are like a theatre, a museum, a concert, a festival, a discussion fo-rum, a meeting, a family gathering as you have on earth. For us thought is real, so in the halls of learning, we can create the learning material and make it a reality by thoughts. These thoughts will be part of your learning curve. Halls of learning do not have walls, as you per-ceive walls. It is an atmosphere created in the mind of the people that attend, because the halls of learning can be created everywhere there is a need to learn, out in the beautiful nature or in a city with wonderful surroundings. Yes, we have schools and universities of different kinds to use the expressions from the earth, but they will be

somewhat different when you know that we create by thought. Imagine a place, a beautiful place, where you want to learn a topic of interest. You meet other souls and invite a learned soul for a special topic. You gather in a hall of learning. It is a hall where you sit in beautiful surround-ings with light from above, where the energy is of love for each other, where there is no need for promoting one-self, no selfishness and where there is harmony between all attendees, a wonderful place of peace and happiness. Let us say that the topic is history at a certain time and place where you want to see and learn what happened. Then the learned soul creates a vision as you would call a movie, but here as a reality to attend and be present of. We can then discuss, ask questions and bring our thoughts into the teachings and learn from what we see and experience and from what other souls explain and see within themselves, because we all have different ex-periences from your world and our world. We read books on this side. All the books that we are in a position to have in what you would call the library. Yes, we have real books as you have, because we live in a real world, only in a different vibration as to what you do, but our world is more real than yours. How can I say that our world is more real? Because our world is made by thought, our world is the creative world, whilst yours is

the mechanical world. We all create by thought, but to us thought is real instantly. Learning is a process that is never-ending. You are learn-ing all through life on earth, and we never stop learning on this side in our infinite life. Learn as much as you can on earth and in whatever direction that interests you, but remember this: A life in moderation, a life in helping others, a life in raising your fellow beings is the most wonderful thing you can ever learn to achieve peace within. That is the peace you receive from the Almighty Spirit, God that you are part of, when you have raised yourself. That is your birthright.

16. Culture - Music & Art In heaven you seek in the heart, and the power fills your heart with its most wonderful pieces of play that you can ever imagine when on earth. Music of the spiritual kind fills you with love and joy that you could not find when on earth. Music is our breath and bread. Culture on earth and here are the same. We create by thought and whatever sculpture, whatever picture we would like to have, we can have when our thoughts are pure, and when we have the power within ourselves to create. My friend, what you created in yourself when on earth, created the power within your inner being, your spiritual self. Your consciousness survives death, your physical death, and this power that you achieved by love for your fellow beings, by unselfish acts, by charity, by good deeds and by honesty, beautifies yourself within. Cast aside vanity and mould yourself in the eyes of the Al-mighty, and you will receive the power that creates heav-en within yourself, the power that you bring along to this side, the power to create the most beautiful atmosphere around yourself. Spiritual music gives such peace and wonderful thought within, which is not imaginable when on earth. We have festivals, orchestras, choirs, - yes, we have all cultural

activities as you have on earth. But my friend, the people that were the last on earth will be the first on this side when it comes to attaining the wonders of the universe of the spiritual culture that we have and that you cannot attain when on your side. People that had music in heart and in their hands when on earth, and which were their foremost treasures, will still perform and develop their art in whatever direction, if that art was of purity in love. Everything that is of the good, everything that is beautiful, everything that is of love for your fellow beings, will be a treasure on either side of life. Here you will have a more open mind, and you will see what thoughts can create when you can use your creativity in full and are not hampered by the me-chanical side of work. The most wonderful piece that you have on earth, let’s say in the classical mode, you will have on this side, but much more beautified because your thoughts, the energy, the surroundings, the loving atmosphere creates such wonderful art that your heart, your innermost heart, could have never imagined. When you listen to music on earth, you have to seek the music either by radio or visiting a concert. That’s the mechanical life. You have also within yourself the option to hear music within your mind. Here on this side, you will enhance this treasure within yourself, and you can

have the music played within wherever you wish. You can learn music, you can learn whatever instruments you will like to learn, because we do have instruments, we do have a piano, we do have a violin, because we live in a real world, but it is created by thought, and thought is substance, and thought is real. Learn to play an instru-ment on this side, learn whatever you did not have the time or the money to achieve on earth. All is here for you, when you have achieved the power within yourself, the purity in thought that is love for your fellow beings. In love everything is possible, it is not difficult, it is so very easy to give love, to reach for your spiritual path-way, to increase your spirituality, and it is a never-ending pathway. When you live a decent life, you increase the power within yourself, the spiritual power. Then when you come here you will have a world of infinite opportu-nities. It will only be your own mind that sets the limits. Here on this side, all have the same opportunities to evolve, to be part of whatever direction in culture, in mu-sic, in art, that you have ever wished for. All have the same opportunities, and all have the same possibilities. There is no hindrance; it is only you and your own mind that creates the heaven within yourself. There is no dif-ferentiation between people on this side of life. We are all the same. The power within yourself depends on your spirituality. Raise yourself in love and unselfishness. Raise your spir-

17. Science Your world is an adventure, and the science, the technol-ogy and research that you are performing, are given to you by the Creator, by the energy of the universe. Do not misuse the power that you have in your hands, the power of science and technology. Science of your world should be applied purely in the name of love for humankind. Research that is performed on animals, performed on self, on embryos must be wrong, because you cannot put it back in order when you have destroyed the living crea-ture. All that has received its life, in whatever form, shall not be destroyed. Technology and science applied in the right manner can advance humankind, its living and its conditions on earth. Everything done in love for your fellow beings, for animals, for living creatures is done in the mind of God, because God is love. So you scientists and researchers, when you do your experiments, keep this in mind that whatever you do, it is the mind of God that should be within your consciousness. Don’t think that your experiment is the only way, even if it has a good intention, if it causes harm to any living beings. Never. Then my friend, you are causing harm to the uni-versal consciousness and to yourself. You should love all living beings on earth and the cures for diseases are all in nature. Everything is in the nature, provided by the Al-mighty. Search and you shall find. When you want to help others in need, search in love and you can be sure

that you have the power behind you, because the power of the universe is love. Technology is shaping your world, shaping your sur-roundings and how you live your lives. When it is for the better of humankind and for you, look within and see. If it is good for your fellow beings, it is good for you. My friend, if you can say definitely, yes, then you are doing the right things, and you are on the right path. Leave vanity and selfishness behind and science will be of the good. Keep love in mind, then you are doing the will of God. On this side of life scientists are still work-ing with you, but they are shaking their heads over many things, many experiments that are of no good. Someday, science and technology will discover the after-life with scientific methods. They will find the afterlife in quantum physics. Science will change the world and lift up humanity to a higher level of consciousness, because when you know that you survive death, then people of the earth in their own mind, in their own consciousness, come to another view of life. They will then know how they will live their lives on earth. They will reap as they sow. Where they plant a seed of love, they will receive love, they will harvest love, and remember, that it is the mind, your consciousness, that survives your physical body. That is what you are bringing along, and you are

yourself responsible for your own life, on either side of the veil. Life on earth has changed dramatically due to internet, due to the new information system and infrastructure, and this is just the beginning where people in different places of the earth know of each other, know what others have and what they do not have, know that democracy in your world is the way of living where love prevails, and a democracy where health for every human being is foremost, where everyone has to share so everyone can lift themselves up to a level where they can be united in love and achieve peace within self and with other human beings. Where love prevails, all is well. Nothing can go wrong, because love is the mightiest force in the uni-verse. We encourage scientists and researchers to discover the afterlife, to cooperate with the intelligence of the after-life. If you shut the door to the other side of life, you are not progressing; you are not lifting yourself spiritually. The material plane is the school of life, but the afterlife is there for you to discover, to learn from and to exchange ideas from. Let us join the efforts in love for humankind. We are real beings. We are humans in another vibration, a higher vibration than you yourself are in. We can teach you so much, so much that will be of value to everyone on the earth plane. But all we do, we do in love, and so

should you. Then we can join forces, we can join forces in love, because in love we find God, the mightiest force in the universe and the doors will be opened when love prevails. The topic of science is important, because you will have to search to find, but many shut the door because they know so little about the life after physical death, the death of your physical body. 18. Animals The animal kingdom is of God. They are all on the earth plane to perform a task, from the smallest creatures that you cannot see with your physical eyes to the biggest animals of the earth, the elephants. All living beings, all animals have a spirit within themselves. If not they would not be alive. They would merely be flesh, or what do you think my friend? Would they exist at all if they did not have the spirit within? Of course not. The spirit within is the power, the electricity if you so wish to term it, the electric power. The spirit within needs to be there from creation, from birth. Nothing exists in this world without the power of God, the power of love. Sometimes you may think: Why are animals behaving as they do? Why can they not just live in peace? Why do they have to fight? Why do they have to kill each other? Well, my friend, that is part of the value chain. Some animals are food for other animals to sustain the growth of the spe-cies. All is part of God’s plan. You enjoy animals in your household. As a farmer, enjoy the cattle that give you nutrition of the physical kind, that give you pleasure in seeing them, because they are beau-tiful in your eyes. When you milk the cow, you provide nutrition for children, and for every one of us. You give the cow the feeling of goodness, of providing something special in the value chain. Be kind, show kindness to-wards animals, because they are part of God, they are

part of you. We enjoy every one of us the creatures in our families, whether it is a dog or a cat, that is, if we love them as we are supposed to do. On this side of life, we have all the animals of the earth, but we have the animals that we loved around us. Ani-mals enjoy the afterlife as we do. Here they can express themselves in all its beauties. They communicate far eas-ier with thought as they do on earth, but as we do not understand on the earth plane. When we come to this side of life, we also communicate with the animals in the form of thought. We understand each other, but they are still animals, and they still have the thoughts of animals, and we regard them as our dear friends. No animal on this side has any need to eat and is there-fore not dangerous to anyone anymore. Give them love and you can enjoy their friendship. We can still use our horses for adventures in our free spare time. We can use them if they enjoy our company, and in a way they use us as their friends, because we can give them love, and they feel one with us. You will meet your animals that you loved and that you cared for on this side of life. They will still be your friends. They will be attracted to you and be in your presence, when you so wish, because they love you. Your dog, your cat, your horse - yes whatever animal you cared for- you will meet again in love and in respect

for each other. You still play with your animals. You still enjoy their company. They provide you with calm and peace because it is their instinct. They want to be peace-ful. They want to give you peace. They want to cheer you up, as they do on earth, but it is more real because here you live in a real world and your thoughts are real, and where you understand each other perfectly. Cruelty to animals must be stopped on earth. No produc-tion of animals should be done for the sake of vanity. Animals should be cared for, and in consequence provide you nutrition with love. The bees give you honey. They live in peace, and they create beautiful nutrition. You are provided with eggs, with milk, with butter, with cheese, all given to you naturally. Look to the animals and see and observe how they care for their infants, raised on instincts from the Almighty, given to them. That is the wisdom behind; that we should care for each other. God has created the value chain of the living, and everything is done in love. Care for your animals; give them love as your Father in heaven does towards everyone. The kingdom of the animals is here on earth as it is in heaven. They are provided for in all ways, as you your-self. Look at the butterfly. Imagine yourself in that crea-tion. The butterfly gives you a picture of the life you start from to the paradise that you can be part of. One day in

this school of life, you will break through from the co-coon and open your wings and fly like the butterfly in all its beauties and colours. So it will be when you arrive in the paradise on this side that you created yourself on earth before you became the flying spirit. Your cocoon was left behind, the cocoon that was the earthly life, your school of life that you had to accomplish before you could achieve the beauty of the butterfly within yourself, which is love, love towards your fellow beings, love to-wards animals, and love towards God. God created animals so you could learn from them. Watch them. They are truly part of your life and you yourself, because we are all one in the consciousness of God, the Creator of the universe.

19. Guardian Spirit In appreciation and gratitude, the guardian spirit is your friend following you throughout life. A friend from the spirit world, that once was in the material world. Your guardian spirit knows your struggles, knows all there is to know for you and your spiritual pathway that we wish you to be part of in your earthly life. Your guardian spirit tries to influence your mind to do the good things in life, but you have your free will, and so does the guardian spirit. Your guardian spirit is there for you with the power of love behind. We do not, nor the guardian spirit, interfere in your daily activities when you are following the right path of love for your fellow beings of unselfishness, and where you place honesty of the highest value in your material life. However, if you are on the wrong path, they will try to help you, try to follow you back to your right path, to the path of love where God is the light. My friend, be aware of your unseen helper. Your guardian spirit is not there watching over you when you want to be private, because your guide knows your mind, and can read your thoughts. You have spirits all around you all the time when you live on earth. Like attracts like, that´s why good thoughts

attract good spirits, and bad thoughts attract bad spirits. They are not really bad, but they are undeveloped. They did not learn the lessons of the earth. They have to strug-gle on this side to achieve inner peace and love. Your guardian spirit can influence your mind, but so can others. Your guide does not leave you, but is helping you wherever there is a possibility, and when you open your mind spiritually. When you have reached a certain spir-itual level, you will know your guardian spirit. Have you not sometimes suddenly got an idea? And you wonder: where did that come from? If that was a good idea with good intentions, your guardian spirit may have given you that thought. Why do you have a guardian spirit? We know the school of life on earth, and we want to help you because we are your friends, and friends help each other. When we help you we help ourselves, and when we see that you correct your path, and search for love within yourself, for help-ing others, and when we see that you provide the needs of others, and forget about yourself, we celebrate within ourselves and achieve happiness and peace. But foremost, we help you on earth because we are God’s children and messengers of God, and we have God within. We have love, the purest love, the unconditional love that is the power that keeps us all alive, that is the power of the universe. We love the Almighty Spirit be-

cause that is love. It is the same with you, or it should be, that you search for love because love gives you peace in heart. People of the earth have not all been fortunate to have an upbringing in love. Many have been raised in difficult environments, and it is difficult for them, such people, to see that love is the answer because they learned some-thing else. Help those people to find their pathway. That is your task. You that received love in your upbringing, it is your task, your assignment on earth to help others, that are not on the right pathway, to raise themselves. Give back what you received to society if you were for-tunate to have an upbringing in love, because then you know the answer yourself, - you know what gave you the good things in life. That is what your spirit guide, your guardian spirit does. They influence you to do the good things in life, to help others, because they know that you reap as you sow, and to find heaven within, you need to share the love with others. Your guardian spirit is your friend, a friend that will be with you when you ask and pray for assistance. You will perhaps not see the immediate results, but you are on the right track because you join forces with an unseen friend that is there for you in love.

You might have many spirit helpers that are attracted to you when you do the good things in life. They are at-tracted to you in love for your fellow beings, to help as many as they can, using you as an instrument if you are receptive. If you do not open up spiritually, it will be difficult for the guide on this side to help you, because then you are blocking your mind. We want all people to have an open mind, an open mind knowing that they sur-vive the physical death, that they go in to another life, a real life, that is not so very different from your own sur-roundings in life, and your own mind. Your guardian spirit will help you when you open your mind to build the treasure within that you can open up on this side and be proud of, be joyful of, that can bring you happiness, peace and love within yourself, a paradise that you created by your own deeds when on earth. Remember, your guardian spirit is your friend. Be a friend to this unseen friend of yours as well. Join forces in love for humanity.

20. Spiritual progress Spirituality is the key to finding your pathway and to mastering the difficulties of the earthly path. When you walk this pathway, overcoming the struggles, you will find an inner light. This light will give you energy for your mission that is of love for your fellow beings. With the progress of spirituality, when you really find your pathway, you can never go wrong because you have al-ready the light in front of you, the light that shines from God. When you have achieved the inner clarity of who you are, of what your duties are on earth, what your tasks are, you will be filled with joy, because your inner self is in no doubt anymore for your journey, your never-ending journey. Your life on earth is your school of life in the material world that you have to accomplish. Nothing is given to you, if you are not striving, that is of the spiritual kind because you can inherit material goods. What you have inside yourself is your intuition, and this intuition you can decide yourself to follow or not. It is an intuition given to you by God, an intuition you have from your eternal life. We have all the potential to raise our-selves to the highest, because that is the will of God. That is your birthright in this life on earth to raise yourself towards the highest spiritual being that you can ever at-tain when on the earth plane. That is in simplicity; love

for your fellow beings, unselfishness and creating within you the pathway of honesty and responsibility. You are on earth to share and help each other, to cast aside greed and the greed for power, power in its sim-plest form that is power over other human beings, which is of the negative sort. Responsibility towards others is of the positive kind. Power over human beings done in self-ishness and vanity, and power that presses people down is wrong, is bad. It does not lead to the spiritual pathway, to the light of God. The power of light, the power that is of love, is the power to help other beings in need, power to raise humankind to the best for all, and power to raise yourself in love for all people of the earth. This power is of God, because God is love, and his power is love, which is the mightiest force in the universe. You can have this power of love within yourself, and you can cre-ate it by raising yourself spiritually. You will be loved, because then you are love. God is unconditional love, and to raise yourself to the highest, unconditional love is the answer. The power of love will give you such a light within that love is the only thing that you can give. There is no spur of selfishness in love, there is no greed, nor greed for power, there is only love. That is your pathway, that’s how you progress spiritual-ly. See my friend, if you can take just a small step to-wards unconditional love, you will progress, and you will climb the ladder and reach peace within. Find a new

21. Sexuality and passions In the nature of humankind, the nature of man and wom-an, of all animals, of all living beings, there are reproduc-tion instincts, which you term sexuality and passions. All these different kinds of instincts are given by God, in love for humanity for them to prosper, to grow and be many, manifold on this planet of earth. When in love for each other as a man and woman, sexu-ality is one of your pleasures that you should have on earth, because it should be a pleasure to give birth to a child. When there is no love, and only passions, it must be wrong. Here on this side of life, there is no need to give birth, because we are all spirits. The passions of the earth have gone when you have developed yourself spiritually. In the lower spheres, there are still spirits that cling to these passions of the earth, and we are real human beings. When you raise yourself spiritually, the passions will disappear, because the spiritual part of you predominates your whole being and you see that the spiritual love is of quite another nature. In the spirit world you will in full experience the union between spirits in such love and beauty that goes far be-yond the sexuality and passions of the earth. The one you

love, joins and melts together with you in love and har-mony with the blessing from God. Where there is love, there is no separation. Where there is love, there is beauty. Where there is love, there is no selfishness. Where there is love, you are one. You are one with God in love. Then, my friend, you see that the passions of the earth were there for you to master, and that the school of life on earth also had the basic instincts within itself for you to learn right from wrong. Where there is love, where love reigns, God is behind and gives his blessings, and wherever you are, love prevails. My friend, sexuality and passions of the earth should be of the good for humankind that you should enjoy in love. The passions of the earth, the sexuality, is for men and women. We do not differentiate partnership. Homosexu-ality and heterosexuality is up to each individual. There is no differentiation done by God if partnership is based on love. All must be done in love, pure love, and then it cannot be wrong, because God has created us as we are. God created man and woman to give birth and so it should be. It is wrong to manipulate, to manipulate the nature given by the Creator. If two people love each oth-er, they are one in the eyes of God. God is love, and

where love reigns, where love is the fundament, where love unites people, it is of the nature created by the Al-mighty. Do everything in love my friend and you cannot go wrong. Love for your fellow beings; that is charity. Didn’t Christ say, “love your neighbour”? Then, my friend, do exactly that. Christ taught love and nothing else, and so have many other prophets done as well from ancient times. Love prevails, cast aside dogmas that are not of love and let love, the purity of love from God, shine upon your pathway, so you can make the right decisions in your earthly life. Hold back and conquer passions that are not for the good. Enjoy sexuality in love and be many chil-dren on earth, children of God. God created woman and man on earth so they could in his spirit be many and live together in peace and love. Enjoy the earth plane as a school of life. Share with each other, love each other and enjoy the beauties together.

22. Happiness and Peace People of the earth seek happiness in earthly goods and possessions. They seek happiness with the material as-pect in mind. If I can have this, and if I can have that, I will be happy. If my surroundings are like this, yes beau-tiful surroundings with a nice preparation of flowers, and with all that can be made on earth that looks beautiful, and it is beautiful to look at, but does it make you happy? Ask you this question? Does it really make you happy? Do you find an inner happiness and peace by looking at nature with your physical eyes? On the surface it may seem so, but when the darkness, when the evening, when the night is coming and the flowers and surroundings lose their colours, there is something missing, isn’t there? You are looking for something else. Then my friend, you should search within. You should cultivate nature within yourself, the flowers, all that you made to beautify your surroundings in the daylight. The questions come to your mind. What is this that I see with my mind? What is this, that comes to my mind and I don’t know what it is? Why do I see people that suffer in my mind when I have all these good things around me? Why does my mind bother me with the problems, with the struggles that are there as a carpet camouflaging the beauties of the earth: the flowers, the trees, the grass that is there in the daylight? Well, my friend, it is a spark that is starting to look great within yourself, that wants you to

give love, to help the suffering, to eliminate the problems that you have inside you that you have caused yourself. It is there for you to solve. It is there for you to nurture as you do with your flowers. You can create within yourself the heaven that you create during daylight with the beauty of the nature around you. All the beauties that you create in the daylight with your hands for your material pleasure, you can create likewise within yourself that is of the spiritual kind. Use your in-tellect, use your hands, to help your fellow beings, to show tolerance, to cast aside selfishness and to raise oth-ers. Then, my friend, you will start to build a treasure within yourself that is there for eternity, a treasure that does not rust to mould when you leave this life one day. It is within that you truly find happiness and peace. Yes, your surroundings on earth give you pleasure and so it should be in nature, but worldly possessions, worldly goods should not be acquired in excess, but in modera-tion. Why, my friend? Well, remember the thought that we mentioned. People are suffering and you should help them. You should not spend in excess when you see peo-ple that are suffering, because that is selfishness, and that is not love for your fellow beings. It is difficult for a rich person to enter the kingdom of heaven, if that richness is not of the spirit, but of worldly goods. Remember the saying, that it is far easier for a camel to enter a needle’s eye, than for a rich man to enter

the kingdom of heaven, the kingdom of God. Happiness you find inside yourself. You find this happiness when you humble yourself, when you live in simplicity, in moderation. Then you achieve peace within yourself. Happiness and peace go hand in hand. You can’t achieve peace if you are not happy, and you can’t feel happiness when you don’t have peace within yourself. God is there for you with his power of love, that you can reach for and be part of. Search within yourself for the light, for the treasure that you build from the seed of God within. We are here to help you my friend. We will inspire you when you search for this light within yourself. We want you to have peace and happiness within, and we will help you in your endeavours. Seek and you will find and the doors will be opened, wide open, and the treasure that you are seeking for will be there for your eyes, a treasure that goes far beyond any worldly goods of the earth, far beyond. The treasure is God, the power of love. There, you will find all that you have ever wanted, and that you will ever want in your eternal life. Peace and happiness you find within yourself.

23. Spiritual intelligence My friend, you have all the power within yourself, the seed of God, the intelligence of the spiritual kind that is needed to reach the highest within. The spiritual intelli-gence is there for all, but you will need to seek within yourself to find this force, this creative force and intelli-gence that you are part of, that is from God. Obviously, it is not within your brain this intelligence of the spiritual kind. It is far beyond the intelligence of the brain, because it is from God, from God’s consciousness. You are tapping the consciousness of the Almighty when you search within yourself, but you will find nothing if you are not searching in love. You have to raise yourself in love for humanity, you have to cast aside your selfish-ness, and you have to cultivate the beauty inside. Be truthful to yourself, treat others as you would be treated, and you will open up a flower within, which is your spiritual intelligence that you are working on, but it is not there immediately. The material aspect of life is there for you to penetrate and to find your spiritual path-way. Think about this, my friend. The spiritual intelligence is there for everyone: the poor, the rich, people with higher education of the earth, and people that do not have the capacity or the money to achieve education on earth. God

does not make any differentiation between people. The spiritual intelligence is there for you to achieve by other means than those of the earth. I can tell you this: seek God first and everything will be added unto you, not of the material kind, but of the spir-itual treasure. That is what you want to find in life. This treasure that you will find with increased spiritual intelli-gence, you obtain when you have God inside, because God is love. God is everything that you will ever want to be part of. This intelligence can be yours, but you have to strive for it. If you didn’t have to strive, it wouldn’t be worth having. That is the school of life. You are here on earth to learn. As with the children that grow and acquire intelligence on their pathway in life, their brains and minds are growing and they achieve more understanding of life, of the behaviour of people, by the interaction between their friends and family, and within their working life. Through adulthood they get the perspective of life, or should do. People acquire intelligence of the earthly life, of the ma-terial kind. Hopefully, they should have focused on their spiritual pathway so that their spiritual intelligence would be the master of their life. That is what we teach you, my friend. Your spiritual intelligence should be your master in life because that is what God wants you to bring for-ward to your fellow beings and have as a treasure when

you leave this life. In your mind, that is where you see the beauties you create with your spiritual intelligence, that is where you see what is right from wrong, where you see that you are part of God’s plan and where you know that you should share with your fellow beings all that you have of the material and spiritual kind. Selfishness is something you should lift yourself from, because that was just part of your education on earth. You will see that the intelligent part of you, that you at-tained, was of love. That’s where you reached happiness and peace within. Your spiritual intelligence was on the top of the ladder that you at first maybe couldn’t see with your physical eyes, because it was up there in the clouds. When you climbed that ladder, you saw that there was more than just earthly goods, possessions and passions, that there was something wonderful, so wonderful, up there that you couldn’t stop climbing. You had to reach for it, because that was you, that was your real you, that you were searching for and that you finally found. It is your spiritual intelligence you are using when you climb to the top of this mountain, where you have the perspective, where you see all beneath, all that you had to experience, the pathway to the treasure of life, that was given to you from the start, the seed inside you planted by God that you had to nurture to find the right pathway.

It is so much easier to see all this when you have reached the top, the beauty of your life, of your inner self. Then you will see that the school of life on earth was there to help you, was there with all its struggles, and was there given to you by the Almighty to find the beauty within yourself. That is love from your Father in heaven. We know the pathway because we have been on earth, and we know that you have to follow the pathway of God, and that you have to climb the ladder. We are here to help you, to find the steps that bring you forward, that bring you to the beauty that you have within yourself. It is your spiritual intelligence you apply to find your treasure in life.

24. Suicide What makes people end their lives by their own hands? In that moment of desperation everything seems to them impossible and without hope. Your life on earth is full of struggles, full of challenges and full of difficulties, but they are all there for you to fight and conquer, because that is the school of life on earth. They are all part of your curriculum, to raise yourself spiritually and to find your inner being. The spiritual self, the seed inside you is there for you to develop and nurture, the seed planted by the almighty. You are here on earth to raise yourself spiritually. You are here to create within yourself an atmosphere of love that you can bring out in the world as a light for others that are struggling, that are fighting towards all the pas-sions and the materialism of the earth. You my friend, that have had suicidal thoughts, remem-ber this; that you have a spiritual being within yourself that cannot die, and that the physical flesh is merely a coat for you to function on the material plane. You have God inside you, and he gave you life on earth to learn and to master the difficulties of the physical life. That’s your mission on earth. To take one’s life will not solve anything, it will not solve any of your problems. You cannot hide from the challenges and problems of the

earth. You have to solve them here in your physical flesh before you enter the spirit world. Ending the physical life with your own hands is so wrong, wrong in the eyes of God because he gave you life on earth to prosper, to find yourself, your inner self, and that can best be done on earth. Bring yourself together, pick up the pieces here and there and stand up. Look at the beauties around you, the beau-tiful nature. Find answers to your problems in nature because it is all there, created by God, to help you find the solution to your problems. Seek help from people of kindness, people that will sit with you and understand, and from love and helpfulness will show you the way from the darkness into the light. Nothing is impossible. Nothing is impossible if you seek for God inside your-self, because God is unconditional love. God will help you to find your pathway, help you with your struggles and your problems if you ask, but they are not gone im-mediately. It will take time, because you have to perform the school of life, that he gave to you to learn. Know that you have love within yourself. Know that you have un-conditional love, that you can raise yourself, that you are judging yourself all the time, and that you have to con-quer yourself. I am sure that you have a potential. All of us have a po-tential, given to us by the Almighty. Start the process

within yourself to seek for the highest, where you will find love and peace. Then my friend, start your pathway to show kindness towards others, be helpful in whatever way you can. You will suddenly have a spark within yourself, that will lift you, and that will overshadow your problems with a beautiful light within. Now, my friend, God has started to operate in you, because you let him do so. The seed that you have will flourish, like the flower in nature that starts with a seed that you cannot see with your physical eyes, but it is there underneath. It is the same within yourself. You have the seed; you have to nurture it with good thoughts, and with love towards oth-ers. Let your kindness nurture the seed, and the flower will be beautiful within yourself. This is the way to overcome the thoughts of hopeless-ness. These are the thoughts that will bring you new op-portunities, and that will bring you hope and love in heart. Know that we are here to help you. Turn your face to God, and there is your answer. You see, death of the physical body does not solve any-thing because we have eternal life. You cannot leave anything behind. Suicide only leaves sorrow behind, sor-row from people that loved you that didn’t want you to leave. My friend, complete your tasks on earth, live your life in full, help others, love your fellow beings, and cast aside selfishness. Live on earth as long as the physical body permits. Then you are graduated from the school of

life, and a new life will awake you as you are equipped for and that you can master. Let God be your master, a master with unconditional love, that will help you no matter what. Remember this my friend.

25. Living You sit in a sofa in a living room, and have a table in front of you. You have paintings on the walls, pictures of different colours and beauties. The furniture is light beige, fluffy, of some kind of textile. You have a won-derful view over the ocean and beautiful surroundings that you can see from where you are sitting in your living room, green grass and nice flowers. Music of the classi-cal mode is playing in the atmosphere around you. It seems like the room is filled with music and filled within self, wonderful to listen to and be part of. My friend, you are in the spirit world in your living room. You make your living room with your mind, with the things you had on earth that were dear to you, either it was a picture, a chair, a sculpture or a book. If there is something you would like to have, you can have it in the spirit world if you have the power of thought within, the power you created in purity on earth by love for your fellow beings, by unselfishness, unselfish acts and good deeds. All these bring clarity to mind and give you the potential to create whatever you want that is of love. We live in a city or in the countryside. Where you find yourself is where you are attracted. You find on this side the place that you make for yourself on earth. It may be difficult to understand, but everything is in your thoughts, in your mind, and it is created within yourself.

You obtain on this side what you achieved by your spir-ituality on earth. You have heaven within. You create your own paradise and this is automatic. In the sphere you are attracted to, for most of us to a beautiful land on this side of life, you will see the same nature, the same surroundings as others when you are on the same level of spirituality. The city and countryside will be the same, the same view of beau-tiful landscape, beautiful flowers, rivers, mountains and animals. All will be there for you to enjoy. Your con-sciousness determines your perspective on this side as well on yours. In the city you may have beautiful surroundings, build-ings and houses surrounded by flowers, grass and trees, and they are much more real and beautiful here because there is no decay. Everything is created by mind and the consciousness of the people in that city, in that area, in that sphere. If there is something not liked by people, it will not be there, because it is not there in their mind. That’s why there are different spheres and environments, some beautiful and some less beautiful, dependent on your consciousness, dependent on what you achieved and dependent on your spirituality. You can say that yes, I will be there, I want to be at that place, but that depends on your consciousness, and if you

have earned such a place. You see, everything is in your mind. There may be beautiful surroundings around you. We may also help you to see beautiful surroundings, but does it really help you if your mind is troubled, troubled by your life, your misdeeds and your behaviour in your past life on earth? No, then the mind is what you have to work on before you can appreciate the beautiful surroundings. Is it not the same as on earth? If your mind is troubled, you cannot appreciate or see the beauties around you. On this side where the mind and your consciousness is your life, your creative life, it is so important to have a beautiful mind-set. We live in a world of thoughts, real thoughts, where thoughts are substance. Then you can perhaps imagine why your thoughts are so important, so vital. Good thoughts will create a beautiful place on this side of life. You can take a horse for a ride in the coun-tryside if you so wish, you can walk and play with your dogs, you can enjoy all the animals you were fond of, and that loved you. You can enjoy the company of oth-ers, your loved ones, your family; they are all there, wait-ing for you. Clarity in mind, a beautiful mind created on earth, is your treasure on this side of life. Then you can live in peace and harmony with other human beings. You have the power within yourself to travel wherever you want to travel in our worlds, and to the earth plane to

visit the people that are still there and that you love. Nothing is lost, everything is there for you to enjoy. You will find yourself on this side with the ability to cre-ate the life you want. How you want to live your life is all up to you, because you have free will, but the power of love is what you need within to have the life you want on this side. Then you are the master to fulfil yourself, to create a living that is of purity, of love for your fellow beings, a life where you want to help, want to contribute to the whole, want to create peace on your pathway where selfishness is left behind, and where you want oth-ers to come first. That’s the life and the living you will praise. All the beauties on our side can be yours, and if you want a life with the surroundings that you have to-day, you can create them on this side if you have the power within yourself, the love from the Almighty. Paint yourself in love. Be of love. Let your whole being be love, and you will find such peace within yourself that was far beyond your mind on earth. Live and love. Living in the spirit world can be wonderful. The key is love.

26. Protection In your world there are many people of different thoughts. You have thoughts of love, you have thoughts of friendship, you have thoughts of despair, you have thoughts of greed, of vanity, of the need for expressing oneself in different manners and with different attitudes. All these thoughts create a net that you have to live with-in, a net like the spider creates, where you are captured, but you yourself can create your own protection. There is one force in the universe that penetrates all and casts aside the thoughts of the negative sort, thoughts of selfishness, thoughts of greed, thoughts of vanity and thoughts of dishonesty, and this is love. When you have love within yourself, when you have love that you ex-press from within and out, that power gives you protec-tion from all the thoughts you want to be protected from on earth. The thoughts of love have an effect upon yourself and the energy that surrounds you, the aura. This aura field, when you have the power within yourself, will not float around and grab the thoughts of the negative sort. You will create a shield where your aura field will contract. You yourself are the master of your aura. You don’t need to take in negative energy because you can protect your-self, and you build this power within, by giving love, by

being unselfish, by being truthful. Then you raise your-self spiritually and you increase the power within. This power you can feel when you are developed spiritu-ally, on your forehead, in your third eye as you may call it. It is an energy channel that goes through the pineal gland. It’s a tunnel of light, of energy that controls your energy field, your aura. When you meet and experience this energy field, you will learn more. That is one of your powerful chakras, as you term them on earth, and that is written so much about. Your third eye is the gateway to the world beyond. But how can you develop this power station within yourself? My friend, seek for the highest, meditate within, sit in stillness, seek God, seek the power of love, and we will help you to expand the centre of your own universe with-in yourself. This is your control centre that works auto-matically when you reach higher spiritually within your-self, but first search for God, for the light. Concentrate your mind on God, the power of unconditional love, the mightiest force in the universe, that you are part of, that you have to develop within yourself, that you have to expand and to nurture with your spiritual mind. Nothing is given to you if you are not searching. You have to expand the seed within you by helping others, by giving thoughts of love towards others, by being unself-ish and by charity. Charity is the key to your own protec-

tion within this world so you yourself can achieve peace within. You have the power within yourself. People of the earth do not understand this power, most people would be fairer to say, because some know, and they are telling you. They are bringing the message for-ward, that you are more than your physical being, that you are a spiritual being, and that is your real you. When you catch a negative energy around you, you don’t know, most of you, how to protect yourself. The negative thoughts from your world and also from our world influ-ence your daily life. Protect yourself with love, then nothing can harm you, no thoughts, no negative thoughts can ever harm you when you have the power of love within yourself. When you suddenly feel that you are depressed, you feel the thought of the negative kind. Meet it with a loving thought, with an unselfish thought. Remember the saying of Christ; turn the other cheek when someone hurts you. That is your protection, that’s how you protect yourself when you have the power of love within. That is what you are using to fight any negative influence. Your pro-tection is your love for your fellow beings, your love for humankind, and your love that you have in your heart that is given to you by the Almighty. That love will flourish in your heart and you are protected my friend,

27. Health Care In the spirit world we do not have health problems of the physical kind, because we have left behind our physical body on earth. Your spiritual being that you brought with you to the spirit world does not encounter any health problems in itself, but the mind, and your thoughts, your consciousness, that are of what you will call the mental kind, is quite another aspect. Mental disorders of the earth no longer prevail in the spirit world. People that were set back due to their mental disorders on earth have their mental health in good order when they have in a short period of time come to them-selves. We all enjoy a short rest when we come back to the spirit world from the earth plane. The amputated leg of the physical body has been repaired in the spirit world because it is part of the spiritual body, which cannot be damaged or hurt. The blind have got their sight back, and we have spiritual eyes that can pene-trate all that is of the physical kind. We have the spec-trum of light within our eyes, and nothing is lost. We all have a healthy spiritual body on this side of life. Now, what is hampering on this side is how you lived your life on earth. If you lived a decent life where you had love for your fellow beings, lived a life in unselfish-ness and were helping others, then, my friend, you will

meet exactly the same in the spirit world. You reap as you sow. Here you will have all the love multiplied in manifold of what you have given yourself. On the other side, if you lived a selfish life and only cared for your-self, for your own possessions, where you by that hurt people and misused power, then you will encounter the same difficulties on this side as you yourself were the master of on earth. In the spirit world you will be no longer any master. Here you must repair what you made wrong. Here you will experience all that you yourself implied towards your fellow beings. That’s the law of cause and effect, and that is the only law that we know of. If you sow the seed in good ground, good mould, and nurture the seed, and if it was a rose, then you will have a perfect rose nurtured by yourself and God with the at-mosphere that he created on earth, with the sun giving light and blessings to the seed - a rose that you cared for, and that you at the end can be proud of, and enjoy the perfume of, the beauty and the shape, just as you would like it to be in all its beauties. If you plant a seed without nurturing it, not letting the sun of God shine upon it, not caring for it, not giving the right atmosphere that is of love and good thoughts, then, my friend, you will not have a rose, because the seed

didn’t see the daylight, and didn’t receive the right nutri-tion. Nature has given you the wonders of God’s work, and he wants you to do the same towards your fellow beings. Plant a seed of love wherever you go and nurture it, so you can create peace, harmony and love on your path-way. You see my friend, the atmosphere that you breathe in and out, the air in the atmosphere consists of small drops of water. These drops of water are small molecules that change their behaviour based on the environment that they are in. They are living beings created by God. All living beings behave according to the atmosphere around them. If the atmosphere is of love, then the small mole-cules of the water behave like the beautiful rose. If they are in an environment which is of selfishness with no love, the energy that they create is exactly the same. On earth, health is part of life, but you are given the po-tential to heal by natural medicine, by medical handicraft and by healing, by giving thoughts of love to your fellow beings, by creating an atmosphere of care and love. We on this side care for our fellow beings, we help wherever we can, we have, in a way, medical institutions and hos-pitals, but these are for mental disorders that people cre-ate by themselves, by misuse of power, by selfishness

and by cruelty towards human beings and other living beings. See, the nature, the beautiful nature that is given to you to appreciate, will not be appreciated if your mind is cor-rupt. Then, you don’t see the beauties of the world, nei-ther on this side nor on your side. Here with us, we have such beauties that are unimaginable for you on earth, but they cannot be appreciated, cannot be seen if your mind is not of love. On this side, you really appreciate your mind when you have lived a decent life on earth. That is what you should do my friend; help others, give love, let go of your self, and let go of greed and vanity, and be truthful to yourself. Then you will enjoy a wonderful health in mind in the spirit world. God is unconditional love and no one is forgotten. We are all in different stages of development and some are undeveloped, so undeveloped that they do cruel things to their brothers and sisters on earth. Help them to find the right pathway by setting a good example yourself. You can be a light for others to follow. Then you are in the spirit of God, which is unconditional love. We are all of the same spirit, the Almighty, our Father in heaven, God. Help each other, care for each other, and love each other.

28. Spirits on earth We are all spirits on earth, incarnate and discarnate spir-its. Even though we have left the earth with our physical bodies, we still attend with our spiritual beings on earth. There are many different reasons why we would like to be on the earth plane. When love prevails, when we have friends and relatives from family behind, that are still in their physical body, we care for them, we want to be with them, to inspire them, to help them in whatever way we can. This is the law of attraction. We are attracted to our loved ones on earth; we are at-tracted to people and friends that share the same perspec-tive. It’s a joy for us to be part of your company even though you don’t see us. We are still there and, as good spirits, we do not interfere with your earthly tasks, if that is of any negative influence. We are only to contribute with positive influence, with the help that we can give you, and with the understanding we have from our earth-ly lives and from our life in the spirit world, where we see that our attendance can be useful for your own lives on earth. Like attracts like. Therefore you have spirits that are just curious and enjoy seeing that they can inspire you by frivolous thoughts, and this you should be aware of. When you receive a negative thought in mind, it does not

need to be your own mind-set, but it can be an influence from another soul. Disregard negative thoughts and bring only good thoughts into your mind. It is not that difficult, if you are conscious of yourself. Good thoughts are from pure spirits, and negative thoughts are from undeveloped spirits that are still searching for their pathway of the good. These spirits you can help by dominating your own thoughts into the positive, and by showing them that their negative influ-ence is of no consequence. Just disregard any negative thoughts from your mind. Fill your mind with love, toler-ance, with helpfulness towards your fellow beings, then you shield yourself from any negative thoughts, either from a discarnate spirit, or an incarnate spirit. Your fellow beings on earth that try to influence you with thoughts that are of the negative sort, thoughts of slandering, thoughts of raising their own being in vanity, and want your sympathy for what they are doing, show them your integrity, that you have your own mind-set, and that you have own positions in life to guard. Show them that dishonesty is of no value, and that money and possessions in excess on earth are of no value to you. Show them that your earthly career is based on other and higher values; values of love, of honesty, and of truthful-ness to yourself. They will surely notice that what they thought was the right thing to do, was exactly the oppo-site, it was wrong, it was wrong to exaggerate them-

selves, to lift themselves on the cost and premises of oth-ers. Lift yourself by helping others and by leaving vanity behind. Then, my friend, you show the people of the earth and people of the spirit world, the right attitudes and the right behaviour when you are alive in your phys-ical body. You that are in the physical body can be a light, not only for your fellow beings on earth, but also for spirits that are no longer in their physical body, but also are still on earth to learn. They are on earth because they have not raised themselves, their consciousness, to a higher level of understanding. That is not to say that spirits of the earth are of the same level of spirituality, because good spirits that love to be around you, to help you, to find peace in heart, enjoy also being part of your earthly plane. Good thoughts attract good thoughts, good spirits, and this is what you should concentrate your mind on. We are all alive, even though the physical body is left behind. We are human beings, and we are real. Live your life here on earth with understanding of the spirit world, and that you are here on earth to learn the school of life, and when you have raised yourself here on earth with a consciousness of love, the gateway to the spirit world, when you leave your physical body, it is easy, it is like opening a new door. You will be real, so

real that you question yourself if you have left your phys-ical body at all. When you have raised yourself spiritually, you leave selfishness behind, you enjoy seeing your loved ones and friends, enjoy seeing them being happy, you wish them happiness and you wish them love. Then you are a good spirit. Even though you are clothed with your physical body, your spiritual body is your eternal being. One day in the future you will be part of the light, the light of God when you will leave behind even your spiritual body, but not your individuality. Then, you are truly part of God’s wis-dom. See, my friend, you will truly appreciate the school of life on earth, when you leave your physical body be-hind. Then you will see the worth, the value of your life. Be sure that you concentrate your life on the good values, a world of love, a world of charity, a world of unselfish-ness where you yourself raised other spirits on earth. Your physical body is merely a coat; your spiritual self is you. Know yourself by raising yourself in love for God, in love for the beauties of nature, in love for your fellow beings, in love for the world. We are all children of God, and we are here on earth to learn in the spirit of God. All is well, my friend, all is well.

29. Heaven and Hell We all have a relationship to heaven, to something beau-tiful, a place where we will enjoy our time, and where we can be in the presence of God. But most people of the earth don’t know heaven nor what you call hell. I will first of all say that there is no hell, but there are many spheres and some you will characterize as heaven and some you may term hell. With all undeveloped and de-veloped stages in life, people make their own place in the spirit world. However, there is no such place where souls live in fire for eternity as your bible and other doctrines tell you as an explanation of hell. We all live in the spirit world, but we have different kinds of attitudes, thoughts and minds that we bring with us to this world. If you have lived a life in love for your fellow beings, a life in unselfishness, a decent life, a life where you have shared and helped the less fortunate, done good deeds on earth and not misused any power, then, my friend, that is what you have in your mind, in your consciousness, and that is what you will receive when you enter the spirit world. You reap as you sow, and there is a harvest for everything. In the spirit world you will meet a wonderful atmosphere where we enjoy ourselves, and where there is beauty without description. Now, for the people at the opposite end, that misused their power, that were cruel to other living beings, that

were totally selfish, that did not share with anyone and were only thinking about themselves, then my friend, that is what they will have in their mind when they enter the spirit world. That will be their consciousness. What they did to others, what they did of cruelty to other living beings, they will experience on this side because people judge themselves in this world, and it is automatic, be-cause that is implanted in the soul. The soul will experi-ence the same cruelty and needs to repair all the mis-deeds, but this does not come to all people at once. That’s why there are spirits on this side that are hiding themselves from other people in pure disgust for what they did. Here they have a natural mental disorder, when they have done evil things on earth, but we on this side see their misfortune. We help and try to raise them to find ways where they can expiate their errors and repair what they did wrong. But they have to find themselves; they have to see what they did. God is unconditional love, and we are all his children. We have to help each other. We have to help the least fortunate, because there is always a reason, always a reason. Some people lived their life on earth with tremendous love from their friends and family, some didn’t, some lost themselves, and when the earth didn’t catch them up and help them in their physical life, we on this side surely do. Your world is progressing, but is still in deep despair with so much violence, so much cruelty, but you that are on earth need to find solutions for all people, - and how do you do this? You do this by love, by sharing the natu-

ral resources of the earth between people to raise the liv-ing standard of all people. When selfishness prevails, when the misuse of power dominates many places on earth, it becomes a catastrophe, and it is your task to stop this kind of behaviour by sharing, by giving of yourself, by letting people know the consequences of their behav-iour both on earth and in the spirit world, and by know-ing that God sees everything and that love must prevail between all human beings. On earth you build up the treasure that you bring along to the spirit world, and this treasure made on earth by love for people, by being unselfish, by doing good deeds, by being truthful to yourself, you can open up in the spirit world with a tremendous beauty within. All of us would like to have such a treasure. You can experience this treasure on earth as well, but the material aspect of life blinds you. Many seek possessions in vanity, seek money in excess to show themselves, to show their vanity, but what does it gain you to have all the material goods on earth, when you lose sight of the treasure that will last for ever? It is so simple, it is so simple a message that we bring forward to you, the message of God: “Love each other, share with each other, and help each other.” Love is the only amendment, the only law, the only reli-gion if you so wish. All religions were based on love and should be manifested by love, love for your fellow be-ings.

We can make an analogy. If you live a decent life on earth, a life in love for all living beings, a life in unself-ishness, a life in truthfulness, you will also have a good life on earth. You will have peace within yourself. If you live a life in selfishness, a life where you didn’t care for others, a life where you were untruthful to your inner self, you will not have peace within. You will struggle and live a life in despair. Well my friend, in the spirit world, the main difference is that everything around you is made out of your own thoughts. You find yourself in the spirit world where your thoughts are attracted, and if your mind didn’t torture you on earth for evil deeds, it will do on this side, but if you did good deeds, you will receive exactly that in the spirit world. You reap as you sow. You can have a wonderful life from the start when you enter the spirit world, when you have left your physical life. But then, my friend, you need to build the treasure of love that you can bring along to this world. That´s the only suitcase you can bring with you, the treasure of love within yourself. All the mistakes you have done on earth, you can repair before you come to this side, and you repair them by love, by helping the weakest, by unselfishness, by good deeds. If we express it in one term, LOVE. God is un-conditional love, and he does not judge you. You judge

yourself when you reach your spiritual awareness, either on earth or in the spirit world. No one judges you in the spirit world, you judge yourself, and I can assure you that one day you will surely judge yourself to raise yourself, to raise yourself towards God, towards his Love, because that is the pathway for all of us, for all human beings. There is no other way. Use your free will given to you by your Father in heaven. Use your free will in love. Then you will truly see that you are one with God. As Christ said: “I and my Father are one”. Christ showed the way to heaven. He told you to build the treasure of love, but people of the earth did not listen. My friend, use your logic, use your reasoning and you will know yourself that the treasure of love is the only way on earth and in the spirit world. Love is every-thing, because God is love.

30. Marriage and partnership God made man and woman to enter into unity, into union for giving birth to children and to be many on earth. Mar-riage and partnership is a union between two people in love. As long as the union is in love, the Almighty Father blesses it. A child has a father and mother that they can relate to with different qualities as male and female. The father has strength and can take heavy loads. The mother gives nutrition to the child by her breast. They both contribute to the child’s upbringing with their warmth and love, with discipline, and with nurturing both of the physical and the spiritual kind. That is their main task on earth when they have received a child. A marriage or a part-nership creates an environment for the child to be raised, and that environment, that atmosphere, should be a place where the child can be safe, where the child can feel the parents’ love, so the child in turn can give love to other fellow beings, to other children that they play with, and show the right pathway in life. The union between man and woman, between man and man, between woman and woman in love is a blessing from God. We are all spir-itual beings within our physical body. We are all children of God, and our Father in heaven teaches us uncondition-al love, and that should be our guidance in life. On this side of life, we have union between souls in the same manner as you have on earth. Marriage is a term of

the earth. On this side we are one, when we have love for each other, and when there is no love, there is no union. In the spirit world man and wife live together if there is love between them. In the spirit world man and man, woman and woman live together if there is love between them. Love unites people. Souls on this side do not stay together if there is no love. If the marriage or the partner-ship was based on passions and sexuality, based on force of any kind, then it is dissolved when entering the spirit world. Here you have absolute free will, and if you didn’t find love on earth, you will definitely find love on this side, because here love is the predominant force that binds people together. Union between souls that love each other is so strong, so powerful and so wonderful. Here we have true love. Here you will receive true love. Love, the mightiest force in the universe, you will expe-rience on this side of life in its purity, the power that your innermost being can feel the oneness of. The white light, that you perhaps saw within your mind when on earth, this light is the beauty of love that awaits you in the spirit world, and that you can be part of when you have love in heart. God does not differentiate between partnerships. As long as there is love between souls, it has the blessing from the Almighty Father.

31. Your spiritual self When we from the spirit world see you on the earth with your physical beings, we also see an energy field around you, that you have termed the aura. This energy field manifests itself in different colours dependent on you spirituality, how far you have reached in spiritual aware-ness. We are more acquainted with your aura than your physical body, because your aura is your spiritual self. In the spiritual self, we can see how far you have reached in wisdom, wisdom of yourself, wisdom of the life both of the physical and spiritual. Your wisdom manifests in colours. The bright light manifests when there is purity in mind. A grey shadow manifests when there is low spir-itual awareness, where selfishness is predominant in your being. You have the rainbow of colours to describe yourself. If you let the light go through yourself like it does with a prism, it will display the rainbow of colours from red to violet. From birth when the light penetrates the womb of the mother, the fundamental colour is love, the colour of red. Then comes the awareness, the orange colour before you enter the light of the sun, the yellow light that brings clarity to mind, that gives you knowledge of the earth plane. Within yourself you can find peace in nature, the green grass and the flowers of different colours that are nurtured by the yellow light, by the sun, by God. When

you lift your eyes to the sky, you see a beautiful blue light colour on a bright day where the clouds are just small memories passing by, memories and thoughts that bring you comfort with their softness and calmness. Then, in the sunset you see the dark blue colour of indi-go, and the stars of heaven shine upon you, and you wonder, What is behind all the stars, what is out there in the dark blue eternity, in the dark blue universe? Then, my friend, if you expand your vision towards God, you will meet within your mind the colour of violet, which is part of the spirit world, which is the atmosphere of your spiritual self. When you have opened the door painted with the colour of indigo you will enter the spiritual world. Open your third eye, which is your spiritual eye, which you have in addition to your two physical eyes to differentiate between your physical world and the spirit world, the physical you and the spiritual you. The bright white light gives this rainbow of colours, and they all have different vibrations and manifest themselves in your aura field, the energy that you are, and the spirit that you are. You yourself are a light, and it is a token that you mani-fest yourself as a light for others to follow, where you can play on the rainbow within yourself, manifesting all parts of you: love towards others, unselfishness, toler-ance, helpfulness, sincerity, responsibility, yes, the beau-ty that you have created within yourself by the behaviour that you have manifested by your good deeds in life.

You yourself are a world, a universe in itself. You see, behind your physical body you have your thoughts, your mind and your consciousness. When you have behaved in the right manner, when you have given of yourself and placed yourself behind, my friend that is unselfishness. When you know your spiritual self, then you know the difficulties that your world experiences, and why your world is in despair. When you know yourself, you know how to help humanity to raise themselves, you know that the only way is by unselfishness, by sharing with others, by tolerance and by love. That’s the only way to raise your world to a spiritual level where violence and war diminishes and vanishes from the earth plane. You your-self, in your spiritual self, have the answer. Let that spir-itual self dominate the welfare of your world. The people of the earth, human beings of the earth that do not see right from wrong, must be helped because there is always a reason why people behave as they do. Help the less fortunate, and help the ones that don’t know what they are doing. People that harm other living beings have lost themselves. They have to be helped back to the right pathway of love towards their fellow beings. Charity should be within your spiritual self, the treasure of love. Give of yourself. If every one of us can just do a small step bringing the world into the shape of uncondi-

tional love and God’s consciousness, then, my friend, we are on the right pathway towards a world in peace and love. Let your spiritual self shine forth and be a light for others to follow, a bright white light.

32. Leisure One day I went out to a very sacred place for myself. I found a place under a tree in full bloom, a tree in the hillside with beautiful green grass and flowers of differ-ent colours, flowers that you would call sunny flowers, white and yellow. I was sitting there with my dog that I had a special relationship to on earth. I had brought a book along, a book about adventures in the spirit world. I can feel and smell the odour of the grass and the flowers around me, and it fills me with joy and love in heart. I raise my eyes and see the flowers above my head in the tree and the blue heaven above. What a wonderful crea-tion by God. Well my friend, to my book. Adventures are part of our leisure activities on this side. The dog is lying just beside me, stretching his legs, and enjoying his time, just rest-ing. He looks at me, and we understand each other. Yes, we are comfortable, we are so well, and we are at peace with ourselves. When I turn the pages in the book, I see a picture of a sphere where the surroundings are what you would call from the ancient times in Rome. The picture becomes alive and suddenly, I am there. People enjoying themselves, trade with carpets, trade with vegetables and fruit, artists are building sculptures and children are play-ing. I am walking downside by a river, beautiful trees, and people in different garments in different colours, horses passing by with their trolleys. My mind returns

me to my book. I turn the pages and I see myself on the prairie where I grew up with my parents, the picture of my own people. I read about my ancient people living on the prairie. I am part of the play, of the history. You can read the book on this side in a much more real way than what you experienced on earth, where you in a way also became part, in your thoughts, of the book, forgot about yourself, and were part of the play, watching, observing within your mind. Well, my friend, that’s how we per-ceive reading as well, but it is more real to us. I receive a message from a friend who asks me if I would like to attend a concert, a concert between friends that suddenly emerged. We travel by mind, and my dog and I concentrate our minds towards our friend, and we are there. The ensemble are preparing themselves, and it is a classical music mode of the spiritual kind. We are many gathered to enjoy the music. It is like an atmosphere that is descending upon us with calmness, with inspirations from above. The music they are playing fills us with peace in heart, different plays, a ballad, a waltz, a piano play. Nocturnes by Chopin, yes, the great composers still compose, and we enjoy their work. The concert is coming to an end, and my dog and I join my family for a gathering. We have a nice place in the countryside, with beautiful trees, flowers, rivers and a beautiful house where we enjoy being together, as you do on earth when you have a family gathering. We enjoy our

company, sharing experiences, chatting, and are together in love and harmony. We enjoy each other’s company, and we love each other. Education is part of our leisure activities. When we have obtained a special background, a special proficiency, we teach others, but everything is organised. If you will at-tend a course, or attend a school of learning, it is organ-ised on this side as it is on your side. My friend, you can take all the leisure activities that you have on earth, activities that are joyful and that you love, with you to this side of life. You will enjoy so much more here because there is no hindrance for you to at-tend. It is only your own priorities. It does not cost you any money. Here everything is free. Here everything is provided for in love for you to enjoy, for you to prosper, for you to raise yourself further spiritually. We have the beautiful nature as you have on earth, and it is more real. There is no decay in the nature. Everything is perfect, everything, because the nature here is made by thought, and we want everything perfect. It is only the mind of the individual that can make their surroundings imperfect, a mind that is disturbed by misconduct, by selfishness, by hatred, by cruelty towards other living beings. Live a life on earth in love for other living be-ings, in unselfishness, help others wherever you can and you build up the treasure within yourself, the mind that

builds your surroundings on this side of life. The beauties of nature are transparent, and all is there for you in its beauties on this side of life. Leisure is part of our spirit life, a major part as it is on your side, but here all the work we do, we do in love. We do the work because we love to help others, to contribute to the whole. Then, work becomes leisure as well. It is the same on earth. See, my friend, it is not much differ-ent, and when you enjoy a leisure on earth, you can bring this leisure with you to this side of life. Children play all that they enjoyed on earth because when children pass over to this side, they continue their leisure activities and grow up. They expand their capabil-ities due to the fact that on this side their thoughts create instantly. If you can imagine in your mind that you can create and there it is, then you get a picture of how things are appreciated in the spirit world. It is another world, but nothing is lost from the earth plane, it has just been added. When you have completed the school of life on earth, we have so much more that you will enjoy one day.

33. Mother Nature Nature in itself is overwhelming, but we are blind when we don’t see the wonderful creation, when we take things for granted. Look at the beautiful flowers around you, beautiful flowers that are coming back every season, trees that lose their flowers, their leaves and, when the spring is there, they start to shoot and then bloom during summer. The grass, the green grass does not need much to keep its colour. The animals that are fed by the nature, they sustain and prosper with the seeds from the Al-mighty. The birds that find a place where there is food travel long distances, knowing exactly where their desti-nation is, where to go to find nutrition, but they are al-ways coming back to their origin. You see, everything is provided for. The sun and nature are in balance. The sun provides the vitamins and the light that are so important for life to prosper. The sun is the master that provides for the rain, the seasons, the cir-culation from ocean to the clouds in the sky. Be careful with your nature, as you yourself would be with your child. When you explore and find fossil energy, be careful so you don’t leave behind empty spaces that can cause frac-tures and that in turn can cause earthquakes and catastro-phes to humankind. Be aware of the climate, be aware of the circulation that is needed for the earth’s well-being.

You have a responsibility to Mother Nature. There is a power that runs Mother Nature and you are part of that power, because you can influence the nature by how you treat your Mother. Your Father in heaven and Mother Nature is one in all its beauties. All is given to you, but you have a responsibil-ity for care, for sustaining the beauties that were given to you, that are part of yourself. Show moderation; find solutions to the natural resources of the earth. Find the energy that will sustain and let the earth prosper for the generations to come. Be watchful with your behaviour towards nature. Nature wants you to cooperate, wants you to love her, and in love you show kindness, you show moderation and you show care. Let Mother Nature interact with the beauty that you have within yourself, within your spiritual being. So, when you look back on earth, when you leave this planet, you can say to yourself: Mother I cared for you, I loved you, I gave you all my love and I still love you. You and I are one. We are one for eternity. On this side of life, Mother Nature is transparent. You have within you, within your mind, what you gave back to nature on earth. You behaviour towards nature will manifest within yourself, and that is the nature that you will receive when you come to this side.

Here we have beauties without description; flowers, trees, birds, animals, rivers, valleys, the nature that you admired on earth. A beautiful rose, a wonderful tree with spectacular colours, rivers with fish, oceans with all the creations of the earth, all given to you by the Almighty, all part of Mother Nature, you will have here on this side of life, in all their beauties. Think it over, there is in your power all that you can con-tribute with to sustain nature, to sustain the beautiful planet of earth that you are part of. It is your Father, your wonderful Mother Nature. See yourself in that picture. What you do to Mother Nature, you do unto yourself. Let love reign over Mother Nature.

34. Spiritual adventures To seek and find God is the most wonderful spiritual adventure that you will ever have, that you will ever ob-tain and that is there for everyone to travel. On earth, on the earth plane, when you live in the materi-al world, and have not become aware of your spiritual being within, you ask yourself: - Is there a God? – He does not show himself to me, you might say. Well, my friend, doesn’t he? How do you think that you yourself and your human life could exist, could come from noth-ing? You know you have your father and mother that gave you life, but what about before them and before them? There is an evolution to your state of being. The world and the universe have evolved through eternal time. Nothing is as yesterday. One minute ago is the past and there has been a change in your world, in your life, in the universe, even you don’t know this, because it is an evolution. Nothing comes with revolution. The universe is expanding and so are you. You expand within yourself, because within yourself you have the spirit, the force behind yourself, and that force is of God. You would not be alive if you did not have this power behind and within yourself. Look at nature. See how the flower expands and grows and becomes a beauty. You look at the flower when it is

there in full blossom, and you ask yourself: How can this happen? Well, I can tell you this, my friend: the flower has in itself a force behind, the force inside itself. It start-ed with a seed in the ground, raised itself towards the sun, towards the daylight, and how do you think this wisdom was part of the seed, was part of that flower? Nothing creates nothing. There must be a power behind all, human beings and Mother Nature. We on this side enjoy this spiritual adventure every day, because we see that our thoughts create instantly, because we have God within ourselves, we have the power from God the Al-mighty, because we are his children. If you try and grasp the wisdom of God, you can just wonder because it is so vast, and it is not given to you before you raise yourself spiritually. You have to nurture the seed within yourself by love for your fellow beings, by love for Mother Nature, by unselfishness, by helping the less fortunate. This is what we do every day. We that have grown spiritually and know the wisdom of God, we know how we can raise ourselves towards the white light above us, the spheres, the powers, where spirits have raised themselves in love for the Almighty, in love for all human beings, in love for the consciousness of the uni-verse. We can travel to places in the spirit world whereto we have raised ourselves spiritually. It is given to you, it is within you, what you are allowed to do and what you are not allowed to do, what you can do and what you cannot

do on this side of life. As it is with you on earth as well, because it is given to you by God to differentiate be-tween right and wrong. On this side of life, there are lim-its for everyone, limits that are not possible to cross. All is dependent on your level of spirituality, of your wis-dom, that is given to you when you raise yourself, given to you by the Almighty. Wisdom must come step by step. It is like climbing a ladder. The wisdom of God is an evolution for you to reach, and that is a wonderful spiritual adventure every day for us on this side of life, and you my friend, you can start on earth to acquire more and more wisdom by stud-ying the sacred texts, the sacred books, because much good is written, and everything that is in love, given to you in love, is true. Everything else cannot be true, be-cause God is love and that is the only religion on this side of life when you have reached God’s wisdom. We travel to other spheres, other worlds and experience adventures of the spiritual kind in all its vastness of the spirit world. We can look back to ancient times and be part of that life when we so wish to learn and to study, to enjoy, and to have as leisure. Similarly, you can go to a theatre, view plays, watch movies, but here it is real to us. We do not have space or time, and I know that must be difficult for you to comprehend. But if you can imagine

that we can be at a certain point, a certain place, wherev-er we want to be, if that is in Australia or if that is on the North Pole, we can be there instantly. So there is no space for us. Our thoughts create where we want to have our being, our mind. Time, we live in eternity, we have always been, and we will always be, so then what is time? When we come to earth, we are alert about time, but when we return to the spirit world, time is not there anymore, or we are not conscious of time, as you are conscious of time, but we have a mind that tells us where we want to be, and when we cooperate with you in your world, we are conscious of your time and place. To know, to experience, our life in the spirit world, you need to meditate towards us. Then you will, in a way, comprehend how we live our lives. The spirit world is so vast, and there are so many opportunities, so many ad-ventures that they are countless. It is your mind that gives your perspective, the opportunities and the sight for the adventures of the universe. All is there in your mind be-cause you are part of the universal consciousness, you are part of God’s consciousness, and in this context ad-ventures are without limit, limitless. You yourself are the master for your travel, for where you want to explore the beauties of life and God within yourself.

35. Wisdom of the spirit We, as spiritual beings, are part of God and have God within us - the energy and the spirit of God. We are part of the universal consciousness, and when we raise our-selves spiritually, we are climbing towards God’s con-sciousness and his wisdom. When you are on the earth plane, your spiritual body, your spiritual being, is clothed by your physical body. Your consciousness and your brain, that you are building up in wisdom, in the school of life where you are at pre-sent, become part of the universal consciousness, and this universal consciousness we seek within ourselves, to raise ourselves to acquire knowledge to differentiate be-tween right and wrong, to see what has been made wrong, and that we in our presence can correct and make right, so we can enter the consciousness of God. The wisdom of the spirit is individual for every spiritual being from the lowest knowledge to the supreme knowledge of God, because we are spirits on different levels of learning, on different levels of progress. In the spirit world the wisdom that you acquired in the school of life on earth, you will meet again on this side of life. When you on earth achieved a life where you gave love, where you were knowledgeable about your inner being, where you saw that selfishness was the wrong

path, where you saw a world in despair due to people’s wrongdoing, due to people’s behaviour, misuse of power, saw that the violence and war was totally wrong and that everything had to be solved in peace, and saw that to achieve peace within you had to raise yourself in the school of life on earth to a being with love for humanity, a being of tolerance, a being of light from God, a light that showed the way for others, then, my friend, you are on this side, in the spirit world, also a light for others to follow. You will continue with your learning towards the spirits that did not learn on earth and need to be raised on this side towards a better life. You see, the power, the wisdom, you acquire on either side of life, but remember that the school of life on earth is where you are in a position to learn the most, because on earth you mingle with all different spirits, with differ-ent kinds of wisdom. In the spirit world you reach a place where you mingle with friends of the same level of spir-ituality, of the same wisdom. Here, you have to seek out to find spirits that need more wisdom, that need more learning. It is easier to work and to influence when you are in your physical body, to make people see right from wrong, because the earth plane is the school of life. That is why in God’s wisdom there is need for souls to go back to earth to learn again, to have another opportunity, because God is just and fair. God is unconditional love, and as a

child of God, you will have his love because he cares for you. You are never lost. Reincarnation is God’s justice; it is love in his wisdom. That´s why we call the earth plane the school of life. When you have achieved the wisdom that you are sup-posed to learn on the earth plane: the wisdom of love for each other, the wisdom of unselfishness, the wisdom of charity, the wisdom of truthfulness to oneself, the wis-dom that beautifies your inner being, so you can be a light within yourself, a light that can shine forth for oth-ers to follow, a light for the world. Christ showed the way, he told you that he was the Truth, the Life and the Light, because he knew the wisdom of the spirit, and we are spiritual beings that are here on earth to learn that we will never die because we are eternal beings. We are all one in the wisdom of God, because we are of the same spirit. My friend, seek within yourself, because within you have a seed, you have a beauty that you have to nurture, you have to nurture the seed of the Almighty, and you nurture this seed by love, love for humanity, love for all living beings, love for Mother Nature. 36. A beautiful soul You have within yourself a beauty that was given to you by God when you saw the daylight of this world. This beauty, the seed of love, is within yourself and it is there for you to explore, for you to find, for you to search for. It is there as a hidden treasure. In this world of materiali-ty, it becomes camouflaged by the passions of the earth, by the eagerness to achieve materialism, possessions and the striving for capital, for the gold that shines. You will not find this treasure within yourself, in the material terms, because you have to find the key that is far beyond materiality. The key that has the tag with the written word LOVE, you will find within yourself, when you let go of selfish-ness, when you become truthful to your inner being, when you serve love to your surroundings, and when you help souls that are lost. Then, my friend, you start to raise yourself within towards the atmosphere of love. In this part of your inner being, you can see a light, a pathway where there is a door, a pathway filled with beautiful flowers, a pathway where you feel the compassion, where you feel the love from God, from others’ souls that are on the same pathway, because they send their love to a consciousness that you become a part of. There you will find the key. You will be given the key with the tag, with the word LOVE, where you can open this door, with this key only. Open it my friend. You see; the door will

open. It is open for you, and it will be a treasure of such beauty, of such Mother Nature, that is indescribable to you. When you are lost in materiality, lost in material-ism, the passions of the earth create a barrier to see the wonders of the Almighty Father. This is the gateway to the spirit world, the heaven where love prevails, where love predominates you living, where there is happiness, and where there is peace in mind. Christ, a beautiful soul on earth showed the way. He gave you this key, the key of love, the key that he wanted you to search for within. He said: “I am the Truth, the Way and the Light”, and that is so true because he knew the pathway to God. We are all of the same Spirit. We are all part of God. We are his children and you can beautify your soul when you are here on earth in the school of life. You can be a beautiful soul, and you can have the key to the treasure of heaven within yourself, the treasure that will never rust to mould, a treasure that you can bring with you to the spirit world, that you can enjoy both on earth and in the life to come after you leave your physical body behind. My friend, give your love and you will receive love. The treasure, the heaven within yourself, is there for you and it will come to you when you find yourself, your spiritual self. You can become a beautiful soul. Get rid of the passions of the earth, get rid of materialism, live a life in modesty,

live a life in love for other human beings, live a life where selfishness is a word of dishonesty to yourself, live a life where you help the less fortunate, live a life where you raise others and not think about yourself, be-cause when you leave yourself behind, you will be exalt-ed, you will lift yourself high beyond mundane things of the earth. Then, my friend, you will raise your spiritual self and beautify your soul to a bright light, a bright light that will shine upon the earth plane, and you will find God in his wisdom. The treasure is within you. Heaven is within you. The kingdom of God is within you. Be a beautiful soul within the kingdom of God. God is love, and love is the key to his kingdom.

37. United worlds There are many worlds in the universe, many worlds that are beyond your physical senses, worlds of many vibra-tions. The earth plane is but one world, and your world and our world, the spirit world, are one. We all live in the spirit world, because you are spirits, spiritual beings liv-ing in a physical environment, with a physical flesh coat-ing. You are clothed by your physical body, but the real you is within yourself, the spiritual self, your spiritual being. You on the earth plane are in the spirit world, be-cause we are intermingled. People that have left their physical body are still part of your world. It is a very thin veil that makes the barrier between your world and our world, so to make the distinction, we have termed your world, the physical world, and our world the spirit world, but we are one, we are one in spirit, because we are of the same Creator of the universe, from the same God, the same consciousness. We are of God’s consciousness. We are all of the same creation. Those of us that have left our physical body and live in the spirit world, we see so very well, that we are but one. The physical plane, your world, the earth plane, is just one vibration. The physical universe is just one vibration, where you can feel your physical body. See, my friend, the power from electricity, you cannot see with your physical eyes, because that is not a vibra-

tion that you can feel with your physical senses, that is something that has to be converted into light, into power that drives your light bulb, drives your appliances that you use in your household, that drives your electrical ovens, the power generation of the earth. But I can tell you this, my friend, that the power in itself is from God. You receive it from the sun that is driving your world, which is your power station even though you don’t re-gard it as such with the different kinds of power that you have on earth, but all is from one, the sun, the one power station. The sun has created all, the oil and coal that you extract from the earth, the fossil energy that you have at your disposal comes from the sun. Our world is driven by the Almighty Father, and it is driven by the power of love, which is the mightiest force in the universe, the force that creates everything, that is behind everything, that has been from eternity and that will last to eternity. There is no time. Love has always been the force that creates, that prevails. There are many different worlds, different worlds of de-velopment, and you are in the physical world at present, and will some day join the spirit world, and then you will see, my friend, that the earth plane was the school of life to teach you how to behave, and how to love, because love is there to raise yourself above mundane things of the world of physical character, to raise yourself from

selfishness, which is there as the passions of the earth to conquer. You are there to manage the power of the pas-sions, so you can raise yourself towards God and his con-sciousness, towards the love, the consciousness of love that you should join with all your heart, with your whole being. We are in different worlds to learn, to raise ourselves. We are in different spheres, where we receive the love from our Father in different shapes and forms, so we can by ourselves differentiate between his creations, differen-tiate right from wrong, so we can enjoy his beauties, all of us. You are here on earth, on the earth plane, to raise the world to a better place for everyone. You are here to share with each other, to cast aside selfishness, to break the barrier, to fulfil yourself in love for humanity, to throw away your passions of selfishness, where you can learn to let others come first, where you can place your-self behind and then yourself in love. We are united. We are one. We are all part of God, creat-ed in his picture. He wanted us to be one, to share with each other, and to love each other, no matter what world you are in. Love prevails. Let us unite our worlds, let us unite in love for each other, let us unite in God’s con-sciousness with his love. You and I are one. We are of the same spirit. We are all children of God. 38. Eternity Time is endless. There is no time in the spirit world. How can there be any time when we live in eternity? My friend, your spiritual being has always existed, you have always been part of God, and God has been for all eternity. How can you perceive a world where there is no time? How can you perceive a timeless world when you watch your time and schedule every day? – Now it is time to start the working day, now it is time to get up from bed early in the morning, now it is time for break-fast, now it is time for work, a meeting, a birthday, to call a friend, now it is time to reflect on what happened yes-terday - the loving words you served a friend or a close relative, or a conflict that is still in your mind, but still unsolved. The time is there ticking all day, and in the evening you sit back in your chair and sum up the daily events, and you say to yourself: Did I fulfil my tasks to-day? Wait a second, I forgot I had planned a conversation with a friend that I should have given comfort, that had problems. Then you go into your schedule, to your plan-ner and say to yourself: It is too late to give a call to-night, maybe my friend has gone to sleep? I will make sure that I call my friend at a certain time tomorrow, and then you write that in your planner. See my friend, time on earth is part of your way to organize your life, and with a world that is going around 24 hours a day, you need time to make it work.

When you go to bed and fall asleep, then time does not exist for you before you hear the alarm clock wakening you from sleep, but you have been travelling in your thoughts, in your dreams. Perhaps you remember some dreams that were joyful or just a mix-up of different events, but time was not there. You did not reflect upon time when you were asleep, because then you were part of eternity, you were part of how we regard time in the spirit world, in a way, because in a dream when asleep, you are not conscious, but we are in the spirit world. In fact, when you raise yourself spiritually, you also be-come conscious when asleep, because then you travel to the spirit world, you become part of the next life, and even if you don’t know, since you cannot remember your sleep, you may be active with your friends, and even work on this side. Time, to us in the spirit world, does not exist since we live in eternity, but when we come to earth and join you, help and inspire you, we become con-scious of your time. We live in a higher vibration than you, and we know that this must be difficult to under-stand. Time passes quickly for us compared to time on earth, but as I told you, we do not have time, because we live in eternity, the spirit world is eternity. You might say: How do you plan in the spirit world? How do you meet friends when you cannot have a certain time to agree upon? Well, in the spirit world we are con-

scious all the time, we don’t sleep, even though we rest, even though we move into stillness and have peace with-in ourselves. We are conscious of meetings, we are con-scious of activities, we are conscious when a friend is sending his or her thoughts to us. We are conscious. We are conscious of the consciousness that we are part of, so we know. Actually, we have a much more comprehen-sive understanding of people and activities and their con-sciousness than you can ever in your mind comprehend on earth. There is no need for time in the spirit world, because we know all there is to know that we want to be part of. We know when a friend wants our presence, wants to be comforted, or just wants us to be part of their mind. Con-sciousness is to us our planner, our schedule, but I am saying this to you for you to comprehend with your mind, because I know it is difficult to understand a world you are not part of, that has other rules, that has another organisation, and that is far beyond your comprehension. It cannot be transparent in your mind-set, but know that our world is highly organised, and that we are, with our consciousness, more aware of everything that we are part of, more than you on earth can ever realise compared to your own organised life. Eternity my friend, is a beautiful world. We live in eter-nity, you are part of eternity, you are on earth to raise yourself spiritually so you can comprehend your con-

sciousness when you come to the spirit world one day in the future, when your life on earth is complete and you have accomplished your tasks. You are an eternal being. God is eternal. Life is eternal.

39. Your destiny There are many walks of life, many pathways, but the direction in life is your decision because you have free will. This free will was given to you at birth. Then you ask yourself: What direction should I follow in life? What should I become? Where should I go? God has given you Mother Nature, and he has given you a spiritu-al pathway and a physical body. This pathway is for you to find, and you find this pathway in love for humanity, in love for your fellow beings, and when you unselfish yourself, when you lose yourself and by that I mean that you no longer strive for the indeterminable need for power, the power over something that should have its free will, the power where you misuse your abilities. You make your own destiny by following a pathway in life either of the spiritual or the material kind. The mate-rial pathway where you long for possessions, where you long for gratifying yourself, where you have lost sight of other human beings that were less fortunate then your-self, then you will reap as you sowed yourself, not neces-sarily in this life on earth, but surely in the life to come. When you follow the path of love, the spiritual path, you will have access to the beauty within yourself, the heaven in your mind, the seed that was given to you by God, that he wanted you to nurture and to bring fruit, a seed that should give such bright light that you could shine upon the earth showing the way for others, the way to God and

the wonderful paradise within, and that you will experi-ence in full when you arrive on this side of life. You see, my friend, you yourself are the master of your destiny. We are all children of God, and we will all travel the pathway towards God sometime, because there is no oth-er way. That is your final destiny, even it takes aeons of time. You may ask yourself: How could this happen? Why did God do this? When you have disasters, when you see violence, when you see that your dear ones leave earth much too early, that is part of life. God gave man free will, for you to learn, for you to give and receive love, and for you to experience. Yes, as I know, it is difficult to understand, it is difficult and painful, but when you know that death is just the opening of a new door to a new life, a wonderful life, and that you just left behind your physical body, and that you are still with your dear ones, even though they can´t see you, when you know that we are all eternal beings, that we are a spiritual being within ourselves, then you may have relief from your pain. God is love. He has given humankind free will. It is up to the people of the earth to make their own destiny. Take care of your fellow beings, help the less fortunate from the very beginning of their lives, and give love to all children. My friend, when you can see God’s love in this picture, you will know that you yourself are the mas-ter of your destiny.

We see how the earth, how Mother Nature has been and is lost in many ways due to the misuse. Materiality, ma-terialism and people’s selfishness is the cause of the dis-asters of your world. Everything is connected with your behaviour on earth. Nature responds to your behaviour. God is love, unconditional love. Use your free will for raising yourself in love for other beings, for humankind and for Mother Nature. Raise yourself towards love, to-wards God, for humankind, because you are part of the creation that determines your destiny.

40. The Vital Message The wisdom of God is love. God is love. God is uncondi-tional love. If humankind, if people of the earth could explore within themselves, use their effort and time to find the vital message that they have within themselves, given to them by the Almighty Father, their own lives and the world itself would be like heaven on earth. My friend, love is the vital message, love towards hu-manity, love towards your friends, love towards your enemies, love towards yourself, but you will never find love within yourself, if you don’t give love to others. God wants you to find the beauty that you have within yourself. He wants you to explore yourself, your sur-roundings, the world, Mother Nature, the universe, where you will find the cycles of life. That is as valid for the microorganism that you cannot see with your physical eyes, as for the universe, where you have to use a tele-scope to see the birth of a new star. In God’s wisdom you will find the answers to life itself and to your inner being, to your spiritual self. You will know then, that you can never die, that you are an eternal being, that you are part of God, and that you are part of his Wisdom. You are expanding in knowledge, the world is progressing, and so is the universe expanding in all its beauty.

Everything in life is expanding in knowledge, and so it is with you, your spiritual self, because when you leave behind your physical body that you have used on earth to acquire knowledge, you leave the physical plane, the earth plane and join the spirit world, where you are still learning, acquiring knowledge, but in another format, another way of learning. There are always new opportu-nities to learn. You travel to different spheres and learn, acquire new knowledge, and when you have not learned the lesson that you were supposed to, well my friend, how do you do that on earth? You start over again, and you give yourself another chance, another pathway that you can manage, where you can acquire the wisdom that you need to raise yourself towards God, his wisdom and love. The world has been taught the wisdom of God from an-cient times. Why do you think that you in the present time were the only one that tried to explore, to find the answer to the wisdom of God? Well, I can tell you this, friend, you were not. People of the earth, humankind have always searched for God on different pathways, in different ways, and many have found within themselves the answer, the vital message which is love, love for your fellow beings, unselfishness, humbleness that beautifies your soul and that raises yourself up towards the wisdom of God, towards his unconditional love. That is the beau-ty that you should appreciate, that you have the wisdom of God within, and you will find that wisdom, the love

that you can give to the world, you can find that beauty within yourself. Search my friend, search, and you will know that this is the only pathway, the only pathway to raise yourself from mundane things, from materialism, from the troubles of the world, so you can have peace within yourself, so you can find the peace and the love the Creator wanted you to find, so you can be part of his consciousness, of God’s consciousness, which is uncon-ditional love, the mightiest force in the universe, the vital message for the world. Love is all there is, love is everything, love will raise your self towards the being that you yourself ever wanted to be, your spiritual self, the bright light that shines upon the earth, the bright star of love from the universe. Christ showed the way, he was a bright light, and he was the bright star. Many people, many human beings have sacrificed their lives and been a bright star for others to follow. You yourself can be a bright star for others to follow. Serve love, unselfish yourself, help wherever you can, humble yourself, give of yourself, and let the least fortunate come first. Let the bright light shine upon the earth, the wisdom of God. Let love prevail, let love pre-dominate yourself. Paint yourself in love, paint your world in love. This is the vital message, my friend.
