NOTICE
VIOLATION OF UNITED NATIONS CONVENTIONS ON TERRORISM AND HUMAN
RIGHTS BY AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT FEDERAL MEMBERS, MINISTERS,
SENATORS, FEDERAL DEPARTMENTS, THEIR EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS
I am The Sovereign Soltan Qeumars Shah Qajar, Sovereign King of
Iran, Head of Monarchy, illegally detained in Australia, subject to
enforcement of
Queensland Magistrates Court No: MAG-00257133/17(6) decision and
direction1 dated 5 July 2018.
The coronation as The Sovereign of Iran2 (shahanshah) and the
Head of Monarchy took place in 1975, in Tehran, Iran.
I am the grandson of the late His Imperial Majesty Soltan Ahmad
Shah Qajar3 King of Iran, and the grandson of the late Prime
Minister Dr. Mohammad
Mosaddegh4 Head of the Government of Iran, whose nationalization
of the Oil of Iran5, the Oil industry and the Oil reserves
effectively stabilized the Middle-East, and won the 22 July 1952
International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling against UK and her
corporation, at The Hague.
17 August 1953 as a result of this International Court ruling,
Mr. Mohammad Reza Pahlavi6 deserted Iran, fled to Baghdad, Iraq,
and thus, utterly relinquished any title and any recognition in
Iran. In August 1953, Queen Elizabeth the Second illegally directed
the annihilation of my grandfather Dr. Mosaddegh, and organized
CIA’s illegal coup d’état of August 1953 to install their puppet
Mohammad Reza Pahlavi.
The British Government and CIA financed their puppet Mr.
Mohammad Reza Pahlavi as their nominee in Iran to proceed on 19
August 1953 with an illegal coup against the Prime Minister Dr.
Mosaddegh. Prime Minister Dr. Mosaddegh was illegally imprisoned,
then placed under house-arrest in Ahmadabad, north of Tehran, Iran.
Following this barbaric act against my grandfather, in March 1967,
Dr. Mosaddegh while still waiting to receive a copy of the ICJ’s
transcript of the judgment about Iran regarding the International
jurisdiction and nationalization of Iran’s Oil, was killed.
Dr. Mosaddegh’s death caused instability in the Middle-East,
including the Oil reserves and contracts of Iraq and Syria’s oil
fields, Egypt’s economy, and consequently the 5-10 June 1967
Arab-Israeli Six-Day War, and so on. Afterwards, his daughter the
Lady Khadijeh (my mother) was permitted to return to Iran in early
1968. I was born 1st January 1969 in Tehran, Iran.
In 1975 after the proclamation of the Royal Will and the Deed of
my Coronation, my mother attempted to receive a copy of the ICJ’s
judgment for her deceased father’s memorial and in line of
inheritance to give to me for the people of Iran when I reached the
age of majority. She was then detained for exposing about the
aforesaid judgment while I was a child and banished in 1975, I have
never seen my mother again.
In 1979 Russia backed Mr. Ayatollah Musavi Khomeini and
accomplices, in creating the Islamic Republic of Iran, by
unconstitutional referendums deposed the puppet of UK and USA to
allow Russia control of Iran’s oil and wealth.

2. 20 January 1975, by Official Royal Will of Iran and absolute
Deed of Coronation, The Sovereign Soltan Qeumars Shah Qajar,
declared Head of Monarchy, Sovereign King of Iran, at Sepahsalar
Mosque in Tehran, Iran.
3. During 1921/1923 British Government appointed their agent Mr.
Reza (Mir panj) in Iran. In 1923 His Imperial Majesty Soltan Ahmad
Shah Qajar King of Iran went to visit Europe to petition for the
return of Oil rich Iranian lands given to Ottoman Empire by Great
Britain and its allies. Mr. Reza Mir-panj changed his name to Reza
Pahlavi, and created the unconstitutional Pahlavi house. Mr. Reza
then by his British masters made illegitimate coup, closed Iran’s
borders to prevent His Imperial Majesty Ahmad Shah returning to
Iran. The King of Iran died 21 February 1930 at Neuilly-sur-Seine,
Paris, France.
4. 28 April 1951 Dr. Mohammad Mosaddegh of Qajar dynasty become
Prime Minister and Head of the Government of Iran.
5. 22 July 1952 International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling
against UK and against her corporation in relation to Iran, at The
Hague, that they (UK and her corporation) have had no jurisdiction
to deal with.
6. In 1953 Iranian Revolution led by Dr. Mosaddegh, overthrew
Britain’s puppet Mohammad Reza Pahlavi.

In 1987 at 17 years of age, pursuing information about my
mother’s location, I visited Turkey7. During this time, on 26
December 1987, I was advised to meet an informant at the Edirne
motel, in the city of Edirne in Turkey. While waiting, I had a cup
of tea and then lost consciousness. When I regained consciousness I
found that I had been kidnapped, was handcuffed and travelling in a
vehicle with persons that were armed and dressed in military
clothing. When the vehicle stopped I was taken from the vehicle,
unhandcuffed, my jacket containing my passport and identification
documents removed, I was then taken downstairs, and locked in
underground cell. I have no idea where I was imprisoned and did not
see the outside world for about two years.
In 1989 I tried to escape and was shot in the right thigh, I
bled profusely and passed out. I was illegally transported to
Australia on what I recall to be a military aircraft, without my
consent, semiconscious and against my Will. I have never had any
contact, written or verbal, with any person whatsoever regarding a
visa or any kind of travel documentation, and was not in possession
of Australia Visa or any passport whatsoever. I don’t know from
which country I was relocated from to Australia. I have never
received or ever been provided with police certificate of clearance
prior to my transportation to Australia or in Australia. I do not
have Australia Visa and I have never applied for one. I have been
subject to assassination attempts, deprivation of income and thus
medical treatments, and further criminal conduct by Australian
Government’s servants, agents, officers, ministers, politicians,
presiding members of Federal Court and High Court judiciary,
criminal defamation by various media including Rupert Murdoch’s
newspaper the Daily Telegraph.
ATTACHED is a certified true copy of the original photograph
taken in Cairns on 27 December 1989 of Royal Australian Air Force
(RAAF) aircraft, given to me as being the military aircraft that
transported me to Cairns, north Queensland, Australia; and
certified true copies of the original photographs taken in
Townsville on 6 December 1989 of RAN.
On 31 March 2015 a Public Demand Notice8 with attached certified
documents including certified copy of original affidavit dated 30
November 1999 containing details concerning Princess Diana Spencer
and references to myself, was hand delivered to Parliament House in
Canberra for distribution to all members, and a copy of the same
was signed for, by Gai Brodtmann MP member for Canberra, Australian
Capital Territory. All recipients ignored this Public Demand
Notice.
6 January 2017, Mr. Ayatollah Rafsanjani9, in Persian language,
addressing the Iranian officials in Tehran, acknowledged
involvement in my abduction, and he died the next day in suspicious
circumstances.
On 26 July 2017 a formal Notice was given by an Iranian official
to Australian Government. Extract from the Notice: “the Sovereign
Soltan Qeumars Shah Qajar Sovereign of Iran was brought and kept as
captive in Australia, … then definitely there wouldn’t be conflicts
and wars in Middle East, the Syrian war wouldn’t happen, which
millions of people killed or become homeless, or as consequence of
the war forced to seek refugee status.”
Since my illegal detainment in Australia, I have been subject to
attempts on my life, being shot, and recently suffered a stroke, to
this day I have been deprived of freedom and availability of
adequate health care. Australian Government and their
representatives, Australian Government Solicitors, Federal
Ministers and Senators, Federal Court of Australia and its judges,
the Full Court of Federal Court of Australia and its judges, High
Court of Australia and its judges by absolute criminal intent, by
their deceptive conduct, shamelessly and illegally, have made false
statements and false judgments to scam Australian Public and to
deceive Australian people. I was not an applicant, defendant, or a
party to Federal Court proceedings VID88 of 2011 or to any
proceedings whatsoever. About 20 June 2012 I was served with a
sealed subpoena issued by the Federal Court in my Sovereign
Imperial Title to attend the Federal Court hearing in Melbourne in
the matter of FARD v MIAC of VID88/2011. Therefore subject to the
sealed subpoena by the Federal Court of Australia, I attended the
court and under oath, during questioning, I stated in the Court: “I
was taken to the military aeroplane. I was taken by military
aeroplane, you see those patches of the military army – the next I
was at the base hospital in Australia.”, but the judge of that
Federal Court by the name Peter Grey with the criminal intent aided
by Rowena Orr QC, made false judgment to cover the fraud and
illegal acts committed under the then Department of Immigration and
Border Protection. The false and misleading judgment was published,
whilst I was not a party to the proceedings. I say, the judges of
the Federal Court of Australia, solicitors of Australian Government
Solicitor including Rowena Orr QC must be charged for their
criminal conduct and acts supporting terrorism.
I have made repeated requests to Australian Government, and it
is my absolute Will that I receive valid documentation, return of
my properties, assets and my belongings and to be returned to where
I was originally transported from to Australia, so that I can file
documentation in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) at The
Hague.
The Australian Government using its servants, agents, ministers
and senators, by criminal intent and by criminal acts, have
breached all its international obligations against terrorism and
crimes against humanity.
On 30 July 2018 by registered post my Attention-Notice10 was
sent to various Federal Government Departments, to Government
House, to both Houses of
Australian Parliament, and various individual Members and
Ministers of Parliament and the Senate. By totally ignoring my
Attention-Notice10, all the listed recipients have compounded their
crimes by not demanding that the appropriate authority interview me
as required by international law, thus committing further
international acts of terrorism.
