What The Titanic Was Made Of
The picture below shows the controls of the ship.
The titanic was made to be indestructible. It was made out of steel. People thought that there was nothing
that could cause a 46,328 ton ship to sink. Not even an ice burg. Little did they know that soon they would find out that they were wrong and that the huge 46,328 ton bulldozer of steel wouldn’t be able to survive anything.
It would go down and take hundreds of lives with it.
What Caused The Titanic to SinkMost people believe that the Titanic sank because it ran into an
iceberg, but it really sank because it scratched crossed the tip of an iceberg.
This is the damage done to the ship.
The Titanic scraped against an iceberg.
What Caused The Titanic to Sink? An
ice berg.
There were about 2,223 passengers on the Titanic• First Class: 416 people• Second Class: 162 people• Third Class: 262 people

A survivors storyCharles Joughin is one of the most
famous survivors of the Titanic. He has one of the most unique stories man has ever heard. This unbelievable man loaded himself with whisky before the crash. When the boat sunk he was in the freezing cold water for at least three hours before he was rescued. Most people believe that it was the whisky inside of him that kept him alive and kept him going. He has even appeared In the movie “The Titanic”. In the movie you may see a drunk man hanging onto the railing as the boat is sinking. That is supposed to be him.
This man is Charles Joughin.
