•Specified for commercial projects, such as housing and office developments as well as within local authorities, housing associations and NHS Trusts these products meet the exacting standards required for legislation and regulation.

•Fire detection systems range from traditional standalone detectors to networked addressable systems integrated with security solutions. All products are open protocol meaning the systems are highly customisable and the customer has flexibility in service and maintenance provision.

•Emergency lighting systems reduce the potential dangers associated with loss of mains electricity.

•Systems are either Maintained (lights are illuminated constantly on a dedicated circuit) or Non-maintained (lights only illuminate in the event of a mains failure).

•Remote monitoring of surveillance greatly improves safety acting as a deterrent to potential offenders and as a primary provider or real time high definition situation assessment.

•Used in local authorities, housing associations and private sector companies, these products meet the highest level of security standards and are all fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act 2005•Door control automation, access level configuration and remote open and close technologies are all features of the security service provided by these products.•High technology retina and finger print technologies are employed in this arena alongside basic key pad code and card entry products all of which are configured to provide real estate service management with real time information on clock in and out times, frequency data and personnel situation and location information.

Access Control

•24hour, 365 day support is provided to existing systems and integration of new installations. Following the design and installation of new systems, Project Gold provides integration, servicing, certification and any repairs to customers on a contractual basis.

•For the warden call, emergency lighting and fire alarm systems continuous maintenance and support services are required by law. For access control, CCTV and surveillance the round the clock support enhances the level of monitoring and control and reduces insurance costs.
