7 If the Minister of Transportation issues a special per-mit for a period of time that exceeds 7 days but does notexceed 3 months for a vehicle or combination of vehiclesthat exceed the maximum gross mass specified in the reg-ulations for that vehicle or combination of vehicles, thefee shall be as follows:

(a) if the maximum gross mass is exceeded and thegross mass does not exceed 50, 000 kg - $204;

(b) in the case of a vehicle moving construction andindustrial equipment, if the maximum gross mass is ex-ceeded and the gross mass does not exceed 59, 000 kg,on such routes as are designated by the Minister ofTransportation - $255.

6 Section 8 of the Regulation is amended in the portionpreceding paragraph (a) and substituting the following:

8 If the Minister of Transportation issues a special per-mit for a period of time that exceeds 7 days but does notexceed 3 months for a vehicle or combination of vehiclesthat


9 If the Minister of Transportation issues a special per-mit for a period of time that exceeds 3 months but does notexceed 12 months for a vehicle or combination of vehi-cles, including any load thereon, that exceed the maxi-mum size specified in the regulations, the fees shall be asfollows:
