The Roots ReportEvaluate and improve the health of your schools’ intervention systems.
In order to help you understand and evaluate the intervention system at each of your schools, we’ve
created the Branching Minds Roots Survey, that examines the 7 critical components of effective
intervention systems.
The Roots Report was extremely informative and eye-opening for my team.Sherri Yagley, Chief Information Officer and District Data Coach
Johnson City Central School District (NY)
This 20-minute survey is completed by one
representative from each school. Branching
Minds then analyzes and compiles the results
into a report outlining a quantitative score for
each area as well as a growth plan with
actionable recommendations for improvement.
The findings of the report are then shared and
discussed with a representative from the
district.
The Roots Report Can be purchased on its own,
or as part of the implementation of the
Branching Minds platform.
