It is a vision to transform a crumbling, 80-acre site into a vibrant mixed use development that places health and well being at the heart of a thriving new community.

Preserve the site's heritage and open space. Provide high quality accommodation and

opportunities for people. Place good health at the heart of the community.

The Laurie Marsh model: An alternative financing option for the redevelopment of

the Stanmore site

Our interpretation: Trust does not get funds from land sales housing development would be undertaken in

phases Residential properties would be leasehold hospital redevelopment would be either phased as

dependent on cash flow or would not occur until all the residential units had been completed and sold possible shortfall in funds
