INDUSTRIAL HOSES

Standard versions and also versions featuring very high flexibility.

Single & double braided options are available depended on the working application. All hoses are manufactured In accordance

to ISO10380. All fittings again can be supplied to suit customer requirements. All hoses supplied with presure test certification

upon request. Full traceability available upon request.

STANDARD OPERATING FITTINGS:

FT1 – BSPT male inch thread

FT2 – BSP female inch thread ( straight, 45º elbow or 90º elbow )

FT3 – fixed flange

FT4 – swivel flange

Thread size and the type of sealing is tailored to the individual needs of our Customers.

Upon request we also supply hoses with different fittings, for instance with metric threads,

UNF, NPT, Whitworth, also hygienic connections.

Steel suction hoses, transport hoses and protective hoses

Made of galvanized, stainless and acid-proof steel.

Optional sealing when operated as a transport hose.

COMPOSITE HOSES

Composite hoses are selected by our experts depending on the

Customer's needs.

Two spirals, exterior and interior, support and form the layers

of foil and fabric made of various materials. Depending on the

type of industry the range of foil used includes foil made of Teflon,

polyamides, polypropylene, polyester, fiberglass etc.

Composite hoses are used primarily for handling chemical

products, petroleum products, liquefied gases (in cryogenics)

etc.

PTFE HOSES

Used primarily in the chemical, petrochemical and food industries, including anti-static versions.

The following types of PTFE hoses (with or without reinforcement) supplied as a coil (on a reel) or assembled:

Based on braided glass fibres the pyrosleeve is covered with a thick layer of red silicone rubber. The red colour is due to the high content

of FE203. The product leads to a reduction in loss of power and good resistance to abrasion. It resist temperatures up to 260 ºC
