More Inclined Towards Ambition than the Need to Serve God: This has to be agreed youth ministers during their first half of life is more driven to flag the posts of their success and leave a mark of their name in the world. Apparently, they do not realize that at the end of the day what really matters is “what we do for the glory of God?” that finally empowers the people of God.

Pastoring Regular Attendees Instead Of Your Aggregate Ministry Group: You fail from the very point, when you start thinking “church as the sum total of your regular attendees”. Which is not true, a church should be seen as “Aggregate ministry group”- the sum total of all the people who are connected to the church.

The average young Christian leader thinks that if someone visits the church for the first time, and does not return back, they are not the part of their congregation, which is absolutely wrong. You have to understand the mindset of person who fails to frequently mark their presence in the church.

Factually, senior Pastors that don’t focus on conversion growth aren’t attuned to the behavior and mindset of the average 21st century non-Christian.
