LSCC Message Board

The Gobrecht Journal is published three times per year and edited by LSCC President John McCloskey. The Journal contains articles on all denominations of Liberty Seated coinage, from the half dime to the Trade dollar. Major research and feature article topics in the Gobrecht Journal focus on rarity and valuation of individual coins in each series and important variety discoveries.

Additional topics typically covered in the Journal include:- Individual denomination census surveys - 19th century minting processes and how unusual pieces were struck- Retrospectives on important seated collections and collectors

The LSCC Message Board is another product of our club and managed by membership. Club members can publish their latest purchases, seek advice from noted Liberty Seated coinage experts and take advantage of Buy, Sell or Trade postings. Our board is also a great social meeting place when travel to large shows is not possible.

E-Gobrecht is published in PDF file type email newsletter and contains information provided by LSCC members and other various sources as a general service to the membership and other individuals with similar numismatic interest.
