Cadillac inspired New York City Loft. Industrial style with feminine accents. Sleek white gloss cabinets inspired by the Cadillac premium white tricoat. Sapelewood flooring inspired by Cadillac's Sapelewood accents.

• The first two floors are for retail and office

• Building constructed of steel and concrete

• New HVAC duct work exposed.• No Lighting is provided• Building standard flooring is

stained concrete• Ceiling Height of 12 feet

• All plumbing must be located on this wet wall

• All electric must come from either building walls or columns

• Terrace must meet in between the window or at the columns.
