Designed exclusively for professionals, the LEVELROCK family of poured flooring products includes floor underlayments, primers and sealers and sound attenuation products. Each LEVELROCK product is created to work with one another to provide first-rate fire- and sound-rated assemblies. Fire and Sound Designing assemblies requires a balance between acoustic separation and fire protection - both elements are important to prevent owner and builder liability. Insulation thickness, placement in the cavity, and resilient channel spacing must all conform to the limits specified in the UL design. LEVELROCK products and systems are designed to meet the new International Building Code (IBC) and the first to ensure that all sound systems are fire-rated and easily specified by a UL Design number. LEVELROCK floor underlayment systems provide 1- and 2-hour fire-resistance ratings for wood-framed floor/ceiling assemblies and up to 3- and 4-hour ratings for structural concrete assemblies. LEVELROCK floor underlayments are divided into four applications categories: general, radiant heat, corrugated steel deck and decorative.
