4. Must have lived in US for at least 14 years
5. Term = 4 years
6. The President may only serve 2 ELECTED terms (22nd Amendment)

B. The “Job” 1. Head of the Executive Branch of the
government2. Chief Executive - carries out the laws
of the land (like a CEO of a company) - creates the budget for
US3. Chief of State - meets with visitors
from foreign countries4. Chief Diplomat - he sets foreign policy
and treaties
