Objectives:• to mobilize political support
to improve the quality, quantity, availability, and financing of disaggregated data to support the 2030 Agenda’s ambition of leaving no one behind.
• to act as a mechanism to spur countries and organizations to accelerate action on data disaggregation and encourage others to do the same.

II. The Inclusive Data Charter5. Principles
1. All populations must be included in the data
acknowledge the most vulnerable, discriminated against and excluded groups of people and understand their lives.
2. All data should, wherever possible, be disaggregated in order to accurately describe all populations.
data should be disaggregated by sex, age, geography, disability status and where possible by income, race, ethnicity, migratory status and other characteristics relevant in national contexts.
3. Data should be drawn from all available sources
need to release high quality timely data from official and non-official sources.
4. Those responsible for the collection of data and production of statistics must be accountable.
Balance between transparency and privacy.
5. Human and technical capacity to collect, analyze, and use disaggregated data must be improved, including through adequate and sustainable financing
We recognize that collecting and analyzing disaggregated data needs specific skills and the need to finance data collection, analysis, and use.
