Neanderthal man lived on a diet of seafood in the caves of southern Spain much longer ago than previously thought, new archaeological findings

show. Much as modern day man enjoys tucking into a plateful of seafood paella when visiting the Costa del Sol, Neanderthals living on the Iberian coast 150,000 years ago supplemented their diet with molluscs and marine animals. Archaeological examination of a cave in Torremolinos unearthed early tools used to crack open shellfish collected from rocks along the Iberian coast and found fossilised remains of the early meals. The discovery is the earliest of its kind in northern Europe and shows that early man was a fish eater in Europe some 100,000 years earlier than previously thought. The findings suggest that early coastal cavemen supplemented their hunter/gatherer diet of nuts, fruits and meat from animals such as antelopes and rabbits with seafood. A team of archaeologists from Seville University and scientists from the National Council for Scientific Investigation (CSIC) published their research this week after a lengthy investigation involving the scientific dating of fossilised remains from the cave. The Cueva Bajondillo on Andalusia's southern coast near Malaga contained remains of burned mussel shells and barnacles indicating that Middle Paleolithic hominids had collected and cooked the shellfish for consumption. The discovery suggests that Neanderthals in Europe and Archaic Homo sapiens in Africa were following parallel behavioural trajectories but with different evolutionary outcomes, the paper claims. "It provides evidence for the exploitation of coastal resources by Neanderthals at a much earlier time than any of those previously reported," said Miguel Cortés Sãnchez who led the Seville University team. "The use of shellfish resources by Neanderthals in southern Spain started some 150,000 years ago," the paper concluded. "It was almost contemporaneous to Pinnacle Point (in South Africa) when shell fishing is first documented in archaic modern humans."

Port Aventura to lose out to Paramount theme park. A lot has been written in the press of late with regards to the much publicised Paramount Pictures Theme

Park in Murcia. Every indication is that the 3.5 million sqm site will open for business for the 2014 summer season. The park is located just 15 minutes from the beach and

the resort of Puerto de Mazarron, and will be divided into differently themed zones each with movie-inspired themes, such as Star Trek, Titanic and Mission Impossible. There will also be a ‘Lifestyle Centre’ with 2 five-star hotels, 3 four-star status and a number of three-star hotels. The resort will also benefit from themed shopping malls, restaurants, bars and clubs, a 3'000 seat conference centre – and an open-air auditorium to accommodate 15,000 people. The impressive range of facilities, together with links to the region's motorway network, having a dedicated link to the country's AVE high speed rail network, and excellent connections to the regions new Corvera International airport (to open by 2012) have prompted Paramount Executives together with the regions Tourist board to forecast as many as 5 million visitors coming to the park every year. It expected that 3 Million of these visitors will fly into Corvera International airport, however, San Javier airport is located just 19km away and El Altet just 80km away, both with good links to many European airports. By comparison, Port Aventura, located south of Barcelona, looks set to fall victim to the success of the new Park. In an Industry which makes it's name on the most current rides and attractions, this makes the Catalan park, which opened for business in 1995, positively ancient. Worse still, Ryanair, the main airline serving the nearby Reus airport, has already cut operations amid on-going contractual disagreements with the Catalan Regional Government, and have even threatened to pull out of the airport altogether.

After Reus, the nearest airports to the theme parks are Barcelona at 110km away and Castellon at 130km away, however, the latter has attracted huge criticism in the press for being a 'white elephant' airport with very few connections. As things stand Paramount, which is set to become Europe's largest theme park, will relegate Port Aventura into 7th position. Paramount is also rumoured to have taken investors on board to extend the site further still within the next five years, whereas Port Aventura, who are owned by the la Caixa Corporation, simply state on their website that there is to be 'Investment and amplification', without giving further details. So what does this mean for the Port Aventura theme park? The general opinion of regular contributors on the themeparkreview.com forum is that the outlook is bleak. The community of theme park enthusiasts believe that the park has had it's day and that it would require a significant investment

to make Port Aventura attractive to tourists and Business delegates once again.

Man dies after being hit by a falling sofa in Barcelona. A 48 year old man died in Barcelona today, Friday, after being hit by a falling sofa last Wednesday.

He was hit by the sofa, which had been hurled from a balcony during a private move. It happened in Calle de Sant Pau in the Ravel area of the city, and the sofa had been thrown down by a friend of the victim from the second floor balcony above. It seems the friend below was trying to warn the friend above that there were people walking in the street when the piece of furniture hit the victim on the head. He was taken to hospital in a serious condition, but died there on Friday. The Mossos d’Esquadra regional police have already indicted the friend, 55 year old Antonio A.A. on a charge of negligent homicide. It appears that after the two men established that the sofa did not fit down their stairs, they decided to throw it off the balcony.

It cannot have escaped your attention that, at the beginning of August, we had a spot of bother back here in the home country. Gangs of yobs took to the streets breaking into shops, looting and destroying property. Thankfully this activity was limited to some inner city areas and was not the start of a major civil war despite what you may have read in the Daily Mail. We were danger-free locally as youths planning to break into ‘Poundland’ to “get shiny stuff” were overcome by a bout of apathy and stayed

at home instead. Seriously though, the riots on the streets shocked us all, but I cannot say it came as anything of a surprise. Sadly a number of victims, some

of whom lost their lives, were immigrant business people who, unlike the yobs, have not forgotten what the meaning of ‘work ethic’ is all about.We can look at a variety of causes for the situation, poor parenting, a failing education system, lack of jobs etc. There was a certain irony in the situation for high on the list of items to be ‘liberated’ was designer sportswear and electrical goods. Almost all of this would bear the label ‘Made in China’. Our reliance on a market place saturated with goods from this part of world means that jobs in a once great manufacturing industry have disappeared. Until the European Community wakes up to this, puts a block on far eastern imports and reinvigorates its own industrial potential there is little hope in balancing our books. Why people venerate the likes of Sugar and Dyson I never understand. All they did is take their manufacturing facilities and jobs out of the UK.Back to local matters the fear of technological change has struck yet again. Much of the County is out of range of high speed broadband, and was likely to remain so for

some time, until a plan was hatched by an organisation called Wispire planned to make use of the numerous church towers to install local Wi-Fi transmitters. Money would go to maintaining our magnificent church architecture. Good deal all round you might think, but no, along comes an organisation called Electrosensitivity UK who feel that electromagnetic waves cause their members to suffer from “sleep problems, headaches, tinnitus, dry

skin, chest pains and stress”. I thought all these symptoms came as a result of having a Coalition Government!My faith in human nature was restored when I recently took a visit to the Latitude Festival. Following on from Glastonbury there has been a growth industry in Festivals in the UK. Latitude is a relative, slightly upmarket, newcomer. Being held close to the posh resort of Southwold, it has been given the reputation of catering for festival goers who frequent Waitrose. As well as music there were sectors designated to drama, dance, comedy

and literature. There was even an area devoted to knitting. How British is that? What I found inspiring was that somewhere around 25,000 people of all ages on what must have been the wettest day ever were enjoying themselves without aggravation, loutishness or drunken behaviour. In fact the only police presence

I saw all day was a solitary plod with a speed gun on the main road out of the site. Thanks to the helpful signals from motorists warning others his time was wasted. Maybe there is hope for the UK after all.

I was brought in by the police, so they don’t know where I came from and how old I am exactly. I have been in the shelter for a long time now, so it’s time for me to show people what a nice dog I am. I am very sweet and funny. I’m very good around other dogs, but being on my own isn’t a problem either. I’d love to run around here, and play with the other dogs in my kennel. The personality of an individual can have a big effect on your life. Some people are outgoing and sociable, while others find new stressful situations can be harmful to their health and wellbeing. Increasingly, scientists are discovering that animals are no different.A new study led by Dr. Kathryn Arnold from the Department of Environment of the University of York has added important experimental evidence showing that animal personalities are reflected in the profile of oxidative stress. The research is published in the Journal of Experimental Biology.Dr. Arnold joined Katherine Herborn, a graduate student at the Institute of Biodiversity, Animal and Comparative Medicine at the University of Glasgow, to classify the personalities of 22 finches. They tested each bird’s reactions to a novel situation by adding a brightly coloured cookie-cutter to each greenfinch’s food bowl, and timing how long it took for the birds to pluck up courage to approach the food. The researchers found that the birds who were bolder only took a few seconds to overcome their fear, while the more timid birds took up to 30 minutes to get close to their food.Dr Arnold and Katherine Herborn also measured the greenfinches’ motivation to explore by attaching an intriguing object to the birds’ perches and timing how long it took them to land next to it. However, there was no correlation between the birds’ courage and curiosity.The researchers then measured the birds’ damaging reactive oxygen metabolite levels and their defences against them. Comparing the bird’s blood oxidative profiles with their personalities, the team found that the most timid birds had the highest levels of damaging oxygen toxins and the weakest defences, so they suffered more oxidative stress than braver individuals. Also, the scientists found that the most curious birds (those that approached objects fastest) had better defences against oxidative damage than less curious greenfinches.Dr Arnold wants to extend the work to establish how personality traits affects birds in the wild. She says, “Neophobic birds – those that are afraid of new things – may suffer high costs of oxidative stress and die early because they paid these physiological costs, but they might also be less likely to be eaten by a predator because they are more wary than bolder birds.”

Harbor, a coonhound hailing from Colorado, has earned the Guinness World Record for biggest ears on a living dog.Harbor, the eight-year-old black and tan coonhound, measured in having a massive ear-span; his right ear measured 13.5 inches, and his left ear measured 12.25 inches. The length from ear-end to ear-end was 25.75 inches! ...That's over two feet! While Harbor's earspan is the record for any current living dog, he does not, unbelievably, have the longest measured ear-span on a dog ever. London Olympics 2012London (Stratford) will be hosting the Olympic Games in 2012. You may not know that many of the famous events, which go to make up this spectacular event, are to be especially altered for 2012. A copy of these changes has been leaked, and is reproduced below: OPENING CEREMONYThe flame will be ignited by a petrol bomb thrown by a native of the area in the traditional dress of balaclava and shell suit. The flame will be contained in a large overturned police van situated on the roof of the stadium. THE EVENTSIn previous Olympic Games, East London's competitors have not been particularly successful. In order to redress the balance, some of the events have been altered slightly to the advantage of local athletes. 100 METRES SPRINT Competitors will have to hold a DVD player and microwave oven (one in each arm) and on the sound of the starting pistol, a police dog will be released

from a cage 10 yards behind the athletes. 110 METRES HURDLES As above but with added obstacles (i.e. car bonnets, hedges, garden fences, walls etc) HAMMER Competitors in this event may choose the type of hammer they wish to use (claw, sledge etc) the winner will be the one who can cause the most physical damage within three attempts. FENCING Entrants will be asked to dispose of as many stolen goods as possible in 5 minutes.SHOOTING A strong challenge is expected from local men in this event. The first target will be a moving police van. In the second round, competitors will aim at a post office clerk, bank teller or Securicor-style wages deliveryman. The traditional .22 rifle has been replaced in this event by a choice of either a Glock handgun or sawn-off 12-bore shotgun. BOXING Entry to the boxing will be restricted to husband and wife teams, and will take place on a Friday night. The husband will be given 15 pints of lager while the wife will be told not to make him any tea when he gets home. The bout will then commence. CYCLING TIME TRIALS Competitors will be asked to break into the University bike shed and take an expensive mountain bike owned by some mummy's boy on his first trip away from home. All against the clock. CYCLING PURSUIT As above, but the bike will be owned by a visiting member of the Australian rugby team, who will witness the theft.MODERN PENTATHLON Amended to include mugging, breaking and entering, flashing, joyriding and arson.SWIMMING EVENTS All waterways are currently being tested for toxicity levels, once one is found that can support human life, swimming events will be organised, please note that the Synchronised Swimming event for this year will comprise of dropping acid and watching all the funky ripples on the pool, the specific musical support to this event will be provided by

"The Verve." THE MARATHON A safe route has yet to be decided. MEN'S 50KM WALK Unfortunately this will have to be cancelled as the police cannot guarantee the safety of anyone walking the streets of East London, especially anyone that appears to be... mincing THE CLOSING CEREMONY Entertainment will include

formation rave dancing by members of the Stratford Health in the Community anti-drug campaigners, synchronised rock throwing, and music by the Ilford community choir. The flame will be extinguished by police riot water cannon following the inevitable pitch invasion by confused West Ham organised hooliganism club. The stadium itself will then be boarded up before the local athletes break into it and remove all the copper piping and the central heating boiler."

dog treated for depression over constant

accusations of lyingA source close to the nodding bulldog from Churchill insurance’s adverts has revealed

that the iconic star has checked into a clinic to deal with severe

depression. The condition is believed to have been brought on by the fact that nobody seems to believe a word he says, or take his tales of

celebrity encounters and extreme sporting activities seriously.

‘Churchy’s family seem to have turned against him, he doesn’t know why but they just laugh at him every time he tells them what he’s been up to,

and accuse him of making it up.’ said the source, ‘Things have got so bad that he’s taken to carrying a video camera with him everywhere he goes, and filming even the most mundane activities, like a curry with a friend, but they’re not interested. They just ignore him when he tries to show them evidence that he’s telling the truth, and it’s been getting him down for a while. I’m starting to really

worry about him.’This is not the first time that Churchill has

suffered from psychological problems. When he first came to prominence in the mid-90s he initially struggled to deal with the spotlight of fame and the media intrusion, and developed a form of

agoraphobia, only feeling comfortable in the house or sat on the parcel shelf of a car, where he

would sit for hours, happily nodding to himself, and occasionally muttering ‘ooohhhhhh yes’.

With the help of extensive counselling he overcame those problems and began to live life to the full, making celebrity friends, such as Roy Walker& Rolf Harris, entering tug-of-war contests and

taking part in extreme sporting activities including sky-diving. But when he told his family about his exploits they refused to believe him, thinking that he was making it all up in order to get attention.

‘I know some of what he’s done sounds implausible,’ continued his friend, ‘who wouldn’t be sceptical

if you told them that you’d landed in a porcupine farm during a sky-dive? Why would anybody

farm porcupines anyway, can you milk them or something? But the thing that has really got to him

is that he has video evidence of it all, and they still don’t believe him.’

When questioned about the story and confronted with the suggestion that her actions may be the cause of Churchill’s problems, his owner and co-star Amanda Wilcox replied ‘I wouldn’t believe

everything he says – just the other day he claimed that he was in a downward spiral of depression with no positives in his life, no end in sight, and was considering taking a massive overdose of

painkillers.’

YOGA FOR ALL- Releasing Tight Hips

out, the left foot in. Raise the arms parallel with the floor. Lift your upper body upward toward the ceiling. Gradually move your entire torso to the right, slowly but surely moving your right hand toward your right ankle. Take care not to lose your balance. Touch your right knee, shin, or grasp your right ankle. Lift the left arm straight upward. Remain here for several deep breaths. Come up and repeat the yoga pose on the left side.Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend Yoga Pose - Upavistha KonasanaSit in Dandasana (Staff Pose) with the legs straight forward and pressed firmly together. If sitting on the floor in this way is difficult, place the hips on a folded blanket to gently tilt the hips forward. The back should be straight and the palms should press firmly into the floor. Now use your hands to open your legs wide apart. Slide your buttocks slightly forward, again using your hands to help you to widen the angle of your legs. Place the hands directly behind the hips, flat on the floor, and sit up straight. Rotate your hips and flex the feet so that the knees and toes point up toward the ceiling. Push from behind your body so that your torso angles very slightly forward. If you have the flexibility to do so without arching the back, place your hands on the floor in front of you. Move forward gradually, only as much as you feel comfortable. Breathe. Stay in this yoga pose for at least a minute.

Tight hips are uncomfortable. They're also very common. They affect almost everybody, regardless of their walk of life. These basic

yoga poses can help you to release the tension, open up those hips and also protect the lower back in the process.

First, try to do some exercise to increase heat in the body prior to doing yoga hip-openers. Living in the Campo my favourite is walking. This warms the muscles and allows them to stretch more readily during the hip-opening asanas (postures). Remember that women will naturally find these yoga poses far easier to complete. Men should exercise more caution in the postures and take care not to push themselves too far, especially when just beginning a yoga practice.

Reclining Bound Angle Yoga Pose - Supta Baddha KonasanaSit on the floor. Place cushions on either side of your knees. Lie back, with your back supported by cushions or folded blankets. Allow your knees to splay outward so that your legs form a diamond shape and the soles of your feet are flat against one another. Sardines are extremely healthy with an excellent source of omega-3 and other important nutrients -These easy fish recipes are tasty barbecued, grilled and even baked.BRUSCHETTA WITH SARDINES:

Ingredients4 slices sourdough bread1-2 tbs olive oil, plus extra for drizzling1 garlic clove, halvedplain flour, for dusting8 sardines, cleaned, filleted, tails left intact ½ lemon2 tomatoesextra virgin olive oil, to serve

Preparation Heat a char-grill pan over medium-high heat. Drizzle both sides of bread with oil Char-grill for 2-3 minutes each side. Rub with garlic.Meanwhile, place flour into a bowl. Coat sardines with the flour, shaking off any excess.Add about 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sardine fillets, skin-side down for 1 minute until golden and crispy. Squeeze over lemon juice.To serve, evenly divide the tomatoes and sardines between the slices of toasted bread.

SARDINES WITH TOMATOES SAUCE:

IngredientsFor the sauce1 tbsp olive oil200g/7oz yellow and red tomatoes, chopped1 tbsp tomato ketchup2 tsp capersfreshly ground black pepperFor the sardines4 sardines, gutted; gills, head, tail and backbone removed1 tbsp olive oil1 mini pitta bread, split and toasted, to serve

PreparationFor the tomato and caper sauce, heat the olive oil in a small pan, add all the remaining sauce ingredients and cook over a gentle heat for five minutes, or until the tomatoes have softened slightly.For the sardines, rub the sardines with oil. Heat a griddle pan until smoking hot and griddle the sardines for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.To serve, place the toasted pitta bread onto a serving plate, top with the griddled sardines and pour over the tomato and caper sauce.

GRIDDLED OR FRIED SARDINES:

Ingredients6 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives and basil1 tablespoon Dijon mustardJuice of ½ lemon12 fresh sardines, about 125g (4½ oz) each, gutted and cleanedSalt and black pepperOlive oil for brushingLemon wedges

PreparationMix the herbs, mustard and lemon juice. Rinse the sardines and pat dry. Sprinkle salt and pepper into the gutted cavities, then divide the herb mixture between the sardines, spooning it into each cavity.Brush the sardines lightly on both sides with oil. Heat a ridged griddle pan until very hot, then add the sardines and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side to brown. Reduce the heat and cook for a further 4 minutes or until cooked through.Remove to plates and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Squeeze with lemon and serve with brown bread.

Ingredients6 medium sized fresh sardinessea salt2 baking potatoes2 red bell peppersOlive oilWhite wine vinegar1/2 onion, thinly sliced2 garlic cloves, thinly slicedSalt and white pepperPreparationScale and gut the sardines (you can have your fishmonger do this). Wash the sardines under cold, running water and pat dry with paper towels. Lightly salt the sardines with coarse sea salt and refrigerate. Meanwhile, boil 2 potatoes until a knife is easily inserted. Drain and cool.Roast 2 red bell peppers over an open flame until charred. Place in a bowl and cover it with plastic to allow it to steam for approximately 20 minutes. Remove the plastic and peel and seed the peppers.(or buy a tin of peeled peppers)Cut peppers into 3-inch wide strips and combine in bowl with 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/8 cup white wine vinegar, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

When the sardines are done on first side, flip them over, and give the potatoes a quarter turn to create the grill marks.Place 3 sardines on each plate with 2 potato halves and some red pepper salad. For decoration and extra flavour, sprinkle with some thinly sliced onions and garlic over the sardines and drizzle with remaining olive oil.

Our garden in Spain has evolved over twenty five years from a holiday garden that was Dick’s fitness camp in which to recover from a hectic working life to, after early retirement, a holistic therapeutic garden that helped him recover emotionally and physically from cancer and then live well in a green oasis. A densely planted garden insulated from a surrounding urbanisation that after ten years had taken over the original surrounding woodlands and agricultural lands.

In time the garden was supplemented by being guardians of an abandoned allotment and olive grove to increase production of ecological vegetables and fruit, and produce ecological extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. Now with most of the agricultural lands of the village being abandoned with the air and waterways full of weed seeds and increasing thefts vegetable growing has been moved back into the garden in raised beds and a Ten-Tub veggie garden as explained in Growing Healthy Vegetables in Spain.With respect to the sun we have from the first year ensured that trees and hedges provide plenty of summer shade and also sheltered winter sitting out spots. Naturally it is a chemical free garden.

A couple of years ago we gave a well received presentation to a U3A conference on Health for The Retired explaining how well we lived from our garden especially avoiding the need for medications and vitamin supplements. At the same conference a Medical Doctor was extolling the benefits of taking 200 plus anti aging tablets a day. The Doctor did not get much support for this idea, particularly with the high cost involved, but friends suggested we

expand our talk as a book.

This Dick has now done and it was launched in September.The title of this new book is Living Well from our Mediterranean Garden. Wellness in terms of a healthy garden environment, eating well from a diverse range of ecologically grown produce rich in beneficial vitamins and minerals, eating gastronomically but not gluttony, and improving ones financial position by producing most plants in the

garden from cuttings, plantlets and seeds. We now only need to purchase artisan cheeses wine and Jamon Serrano to enjoy healthy Spanish style Mediterranean cuisine to the full.The book is written as a case study and handbook for healthy living that could be of interest to all with a property in a Mediterranean climate situation. One of the reasons Dick wrote it is that at almost 75 he finds it difficult

to remember what we have learnt about the vitamin and mineral contents of various fruits, vegetables etc.. They are listed in the book.

Although only small the 40 page book is packed with interesting information and useful ideas and only costs 3.90 Euros. INTERNATIONAL JUDICIAL ASSISTANCE- LA PRESTACIÓN DE

The increasing internationalization of economic activity and therefore of our society is causing a widespread outbreak of international issues in daily life and therefore also in the life of the local court proceedings. It is nowadays very common that in a judicial procedure one or both parties are domiciled abroad, or that it is necessary to obtain judicial evidence beyond our borders along the process. When the lawyer has to formalise a power of attorney or an affidavit to certify the validity of foreign law, or when a judicial warrant is necessary for a notification to the parties abroad or for evidentiary purposes in another country, all stages of judicial proceedings may have an international element that complicates the whole procedure or, in extreme situations, makes it virtually impossible to implement.

In Europe, cooperation between member states on justice and internal security is one of the three pillars of the European Union, along with the economic community and the common foreign and security policy. Moreover, since the entry into force of the Amsterdam Treaty, the Community provisions can be applied to each of the areas concerning police and judicial cooperation as contained in Title VI of the European Union Treaty, although this "communitarisation" of the rules for police and judicial cooperation has to be agreed unanimously by the Council and ratified by all Member States. Although common

European justice has never come to be developed as much as the economic and monetary union or inter-governmental coordination on foreign policy and security policy, in recent years developments in this area have become more popular and it is no longer so strange that the courts use these resources to carry out their daily activities. However, we find many difficulties for the court officials to use the European way of judicial cooperation effectively. The principle underlying the European regulations of these matters of judicial cooperation is to enable judicial officers of the member states to cooperate with each other using simple pre-established protocols, provided that, ex officio or request, that international action is considered necessary by the judge. However, without proper coordination between lawyers experienced in international litigation and the attorneys and the court officials involved, today the international judicial cooperation would be very inefficient, because the

existing protocols are not always known or respected by the court officials, this provokes an avoidable

waste of time and resources during the process.

If we find such a lot of inefficiencies in the framework of the European Union, what could be said about the problems caused by international judicial assistance outside the scope of

European cooperation? Therefore, the procedural experience of international

law firms with European or global orientation, such as the ones joining the

network EUROJURIS INTERNATIONAL can be of great help when planning international processes,

Can I stay with you? Gaddafi asks Blair

COLONEL Gaddafi has asked Tony Blair if he can stay in his guest room for a while.The Libyan dictator expects to be homeless or dead by lunchtime but would accept the offer of safe passage if the former UK prime minister can put him up until he gets something else sorted out.As fierce fighting surrounds Gaddafi's compound the leader was desperately trying to track down Blair on his mobile phone to check if the guest room had ensuite facilities and how they should arrange the whole laundry, food thing.Amid the deafening sound of gunfire and mortar explosions, Gaddafi told Blair's voicemail:

"I'm thinking either we take it in turns to do a wash or I do the laundry and you do the cooking."Shouting until he was hoarse, Gaddafi added: "I'm not into this whole separate shelves in the fridge thing. I'll just eat with you guys and bung in twenty quid or something, yeah? "Happy to stay in the London house obviously, but would be great if I could use the big place in the country as well.
