A carbon copy should be retained by the author in case of loss of theoriginal and for reading the galley proof. Galley proof and engraver's proof butnot original manuscript will be sent to authors. PREPUBLICATION REVIEW AND REVISION. Every paper is read andcriticized by a reviewer. The author is subsequently given an opportunity torevise the paper in accordance with the reviewer's suggestions.
