Process Improvement• Sigma components and supporting tools that
improve business processes include: – IndyStat: Selected measures that depict key
outcomes critical to the City– Lean/Six Sigma: A process improvement
methodology used to transform complex processes to deliver customer value faster, improve work flow and eliminate waste
– Kaizen Events: Low cost, low tech improvements that include everyone, both managers and workers
