NOTICE INVITING TENDER

OMC is participating in 7th Asian Mining Congress 2017 to be held from

8th November to 11th November, 2017 at Eco Park, Rajarhat, Kolkata by taking bare space area of 50 sqr.mtr. for installing it’s pavilion with a financial limit of Rs.4.81 lakhs (Rupees four lakh eighty one thousand) only + applicable GST.

Sealed tenders are invited from the interested bidders for designing &

erection of the OMC pavilion, to be submitted to the undersigned, super scribing “designing & erection of OMC pavilion at Eco Park, Rajarhat, Kolkata”, on the top of the envelop. The last date of submission of tender is 30.10.2017 up to 3.30 PM and shall be opened on the same day at 4.30 PM by the Tender and Procurement Committee, (TPC) A of OMC. The TPC “A” will select the best design and open its price bid in presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives in OMC House, Bhubaneswar. The details of the tender schedule may be downloaded from OMC website www.omcltd.in. The price bid of the design should be furnished separately in a sealed cover. The Agency having work experience of similar job with Govt. Departments/PSU’s/ Reputed Organizations only can participate in the tender. They will have to provide proof of such experience in form of work order/certificate of the Organizations where they have worked. Further, EMD of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand ) only alongwith the cost of tender paper of Rs.200/- and GST @ 18%(total comes to Rs.236/-) enclosed to the offer in shape of DD drawn in favour of “Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd.” on any Nationalized Bank/scheduled Bank payable at Bhubaneswar.

The OMC reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders without

assigning any reasons thereof.

SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Nos. of panel to be used 12 nos. + more panels may be used as per space available. 2. To build of stall as per design with ceiling. 3. Platform covered with carpet. 4. Fabrication will be made on ply/mdf board as per design. 5. 50” LED TV- 1 nos. with DVD Player. 6. Seating arrangement for visitor- 2 set. (2 set in a well furnished ventilated Room. 7. Reception table & chair – 1 set. 8. Sufficient Potted flower plants for all 4 days. 9. Back lit panel as per our design 10. Front lit panel as per our design. 11. Sufficient light arrangements. 12. Flower Bouquet- as required for all 4 days. 13. Visitor Book (One Bowel with chocolate and another for visitor cards are to be kept in

the reception table. 14. Photography for 4 days. 15. Receptionist –Smart and beautiful Girl guide for 4 days (Full time of the Exhibition) to

be arranged (Fluent in English/ Hindi and Regional Language).

The Qualification Criteria of the Bidder fixed for shortlisting:

1. Demonstrated expertise in design & erection of Stall in National & International Trade fair, Expo in

Delhi/Mumbai/Kolkata, during last three years i.e.2014-15,2015-16 &2016-17. The documentary evidence in support of the above to be submitted.

2. Average annual turnover of Rs. 20 lakh. for last three years i.e 2014-15,2015-16 and 2016-17. The audited Accounts (Balance Sheet and Profit Loss Account )of the above period to be submitted.

3. Profile of Creative Art/Design Team of professionals.

4. The shortlisted agencies will be required to make a presentation at OMC head Office to showcase their concept,

capability, creative ability and understanding of the event's theme, which will be assigned appropriate weightage.

Terms & Conditions The work has to be completed in all respect by 7th November,2017. The payment shall be released after successful completion of the event, on submission of the bill and production

of documentary evidence towards deposit of GST. The penalty @5% of the work value shall be imposed on the bidder in addition to forfeiture of EMD amount,

if the stall will not be completed in all respect by 7th November,2017 and not up to the mark/non conformity of the approved design and non supply of the commitments submitted by you in the quotation.

The EMD shall be refunded immediately after release of final payment. The bidder shall submit copy of PAN and GSTIN. The bidder shall submit the bill as per Section 31of GST Act & 46 of CGST Rule. The GST amount shall be deposited with the concerned authority in due time, to enable OMC Limited to

avail Input Tax Credit. If Input tax credit is not available to OMC due to any reason attributable to the bidder, the same shall be recovered from the bidder either from his bill or the bidder shall directly deposit an equivalent amount to OMC.
