LOCAL DEPTH – GLOBAL BREADTHThe starting point for Colliers International is cross-border cooperation that combines detailed local knowledge with international experience. The Nordic sales team at Colliers International covers the entire Nordic region with o� ces in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Colliers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland are also part of the Colliers International commercial brokerage chain, which has more than 500 o� ces in 61 countries.
COLLIERS IN THE NORDIC REGIONThe o� ces in the Nordic countries have stepped up their cooperation and formed a Nordic sales team specialising in international investors and cross-border transactions between the countries.
The sales team can of course draw on the experienced and able resources found in the national organisations, which have around 175 committed employees in total. The sales team is concerned with the sale, lease, valuation and administration of commercial
properties. The employees are spread between 10 o� ces in Scandinavia’s largest cities and divided into specialist groups for o� ce, retail, warehousing/logistics, valuation and investment.

The Nordic sales team has a long list of references covering transactions of every size and can take on instructions for the sale or lease of both properties and portfolios right up to the billion-kroner level and right down to the smallest assignment.

The Nordic sales team has represented various foreign and local investors in connection with property acquisitions.
In a typical acquisition consultancy process, the team analyses the transaction in question and then draws up a valuation report. The team also o� ers to contact local � nancing sources and then evaluate any o� ers received.
