The Grille

• A modern American grille with regional infl uences and a farm-to-table approach serving lunch and dinner in a casual, yet elegant setting.

• Hand-picked selection of prime and regional meats including Black Angus beef raised by Milligan Farms exclusively for The Homestead.

• Lounge area, with dining available, will be wrapped in rich wood paneling and will spark a lively atmosphere with high-tech wide-screen televisions and additional entertainment technologies.

Canyon Ranch Café

• A full-service restaurant, will serve indulgently healthy cuisine, exquisitely prepared. Savor innovative, guilt-free gourmet meals featuring regional products complemented by a selection of Virginia wines and craft beers.

• The menu will offer lighter cuisine infl uenced by the Mediterranean with Asian accents. A selection of appetizers, salads, soups, and hearth-roasted fi sh, poultry and beef as well as grilled items will be complemented with pastas and fl atbreads.
