The Nature never forgives!

The Nature is the most sophisticated “mechanism”. That mechanism works properly only

if it is in balance. That is why some parts of our precious Earth are being hit by storms,

earthquakes, hurricanes, etc. We are neglecting the fact that we are responsible for such

disasters. Unfortunately our responsibility is not in direct line with our deeds. Often our

descendants pay for our mistakes! We just have to look and feel around us. It is obvious –

societies like American face the most terrible payment for their blood thirsty past. The

Nature never forgives. Everything is “written” inside our energy!

Colonialism is a “wonderful multiculturalism”! That is one the biggest mistakes of

democracy! And I think that it became obvious. The problem is that nobody wants to

admit the truth. That is why colonialism is still working as a “wonderful

multiculturalism” but in a more malignant way! It works through economy, media,

culture, healthcare, social networking… “Democratic” societies are giving their best to

help development of third world (and similar) countries. They strive to share their

technologies, know-how, experts, etc. But let us look from the right angle! Highly

developed societies would never share the formula how they became successful. They

need various markets for their own further development. That is why famous German

painter signs pictures drawn by Vietnamese children! That is why Serbia accepted

assembling Punto Classic from Italian Fiat! If it was good enough for Italians why did

they give their precious car model to us?! That is why reality shows are the most popular

TV programs! Unfortunately, all is about the money!

There is a lot more of examples from everyday life! It just reminded me of one of the last

scandals in Serbian media which vanished in the same way as it occurred – a new

regulation was approved for import of genetically modified food! It could be treated as a

“western” trend but all food that is produced in Serbia is “organic”! Somebody paid

attention to this and it was discovered that the lady who was in charge for this regulation

received a scholarship years ago from the same company that applied for issuing this

regulation! I think that we are witnesses and victims of trend and brand colonialism!



I have to admit that I did not hear for Aime Cesaire before the first lecture of Academic

Writing in English on 21 February! But I do not feel ashamed! I felt some sort of Aime’s

energy since my high school. But it was directed into demystification of some other

forms of colonialism that I already mentioned. While my classmates wanted to become

adults by feeling and consuming Winston’s “The Taste of Freedom” on a wings of proud

eagle it just did not work with me! I was a different teenager thanks to my parents and the

values they presented me! No, they were not perfect. They even divorced. But it did not

disable them for teaching me critical thinking!

It was never easy for me to catch with the world that celebrates mediocrity! For me,

mediocrity is a synonym for global contemporary colonialism! But I am so proud and

calm! I always gave my best to recognize and follow good energy. This led me through

various phases, occasions and situations – from listening Richard Clayderman instead of

listening Serbian “Turbo Folk”, to enjoying Nancy Ajram and her Arabic songs while I

lived in Dubai instead of spending money in a more artificial society than American

itself! Aspiration towards discovering good energy driven by good thoughts and deeds

led me through my choices while I worked in Iran, Lebanon, Algeria, Russia, etc. I never

let a brand become my friend! (although I like a couple of them ☺) Even not on

Facebook!

I always preferred arts instead of trends. Maybe I did not think of why I made such

choices but I just let my inner sense drive me towards revealing of positive emotions.

From my point of view it occurred to be a winning combination. I only let positive people

into my micro world! Arts act for me as a catharsis which celebrates the truth as it is! I

consider artists as modern prophets. Even Aime Cesaire was a poet! And a prophet of

course! John Adams, one of America’s most often performed composers, tried to explore,

educate and bring people to reason in his operas (i.e. from market economy vs. social

ideology to terrorism or creation of the atom bomb, etc.). And he caused a lot of

problems for himself! Or America reacted to his operas as an assault to busting its

simulacrum of life! As he said in a radio interview – he could not easily check in on an

airport without detailed control of his personal details within state databases! I saw a lot



of similar examples in a popular TV show called “Border Security” that airs on

Discovery channel at the moment. That show “educates” worldwide population on the

examples from the USA and Australia on how to be an exemplary citizen! It is because

America and its clones live in paranoia, as presenter Petroc Trelawny remarked while

interviewing Adams!

Bill Moyers, famous American journalist and former White House Secretary, revealed a

story of Johnnie Marie Ross while commenting a photograph of an old building, a

courthouse that was used for slaves’ auctions! That lady wrote a poem as a young girl

dedicated to the idea of Martin Luter King Jr. Her message was that at the moment when

he was assassinated his idea just begun to live! After presenting the poem in a local

church she kept living in fear of facing the same destiny as Luter King himself! At the

end, almost half a century later, returning from voting for Obama, she kept on singing

Hallelujah! But is it enough that America voted its first black president? Is it enough to

put the Nature back in balance? It is obviously not!

We need to keep on trying to make people become aware of the importance of good

energy based on their good deeds, thoughts and emotions. One of the ways to do that is to

remind them of the past but based on positive examples. Maybe that was the reason for

renaming Martinique's airport at Le Lamentin as Martinique Aimé Césaire International

Airport on 15 January 2007. I have a feeling that each person that lands on that airport

accepts Aime’s energy and ideas!

We have to be aware that the Nature never forgives! Yes, we can!
