Eachanari Vinayagar Temple

Subramaniyaswam Temple,

Arivu Thirukoil

Places to Visit Subramaniyaswami Temple, Marudamalai is a popular hill temple dedicated to Hindu god Murugan, situated near Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Like most Murugan temples, the temple is situated upon a hillock, part of the Western Ghats about 12 km west from the city of Coimbatore. Near the foothill, there is a temple for Pillayar known as the “Thaan thondri Vinaayakar”.

Eachanari Vinayagar Temple is a temple dedicated to Hindu god Vinayagar, situated near Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The temple is situated about 12 km from the city of Coimbatore on NH 209.

Located at a distance of 25 km from Pollachi, nearby Aadaliamman Koil Temple, there is an ashram called Arivu Thirukoil or “Temple of Consciousness”. This ashram was established by Yogiraj Vethathiri Maharishi. The ashram offers books on meditation and spirituality at a low cost.

Its powerful yoga programs for inner transformation and inspiring projects for society and environment are appreciated worldwide, reflecting in Isha’s consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

Valparai is a Taluk and hill station in Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu,India. It is located 3,500 feet above sea level on the Anaimalai Hills range of the Western Ghats, at a distance of 100 km from Coimbatore and 65 km from Pollachi.

Udhagamandalam or Ooty is a town, a municipality, and the district capital of the Nilgiris district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is located 80  km north of Coimbatore. It is a popular hill station located in the Nilgiri Hills.
