The most exciting place I have ever visited is Tunis

Tunisia - the most exciting place I have ever visited Tunisia is a very interesting and fascinating country located in the North-West of Africa between Libya and Algeria. I was there only once during my honeymoon, in October 2007 but I will gladly go there again. I spent there a great and wonderful time. Tunisia is a popular destination for honeymoon couples.Despite the fact that in Romania, at that time of the year, days were cold and rainy, in Tunisia it was sunny and warm, a great weather to go to the beach. The flight was pleasant and we arrived there at night. The airport was surrounded by palm trees and lots of lights. It was a romantic and magical atmosphere. People there were very friendly. The road to our destination Hotel Orient Palace in Sousse, seemed quite short and at the hotel we were more than welcomed. I really liked that hotel (the building was all white with green roof) it had a private beach with fine sand. All the food was delicious, spicy and tasty.

During our trip to Sahara Desert, we have visited El Jem-Thysdrus Coloseum, it is the third in world as size and the best conserved. In the middle of the Desert we were driving on the sand dunes with a Toyota Land Cruiser, what can I say-a great experience. Contrary to what people believe, that it never rains in the Desert, in that day it rained, exactly when we were in the same place where the famous movie Star Wars was filmed, at the Camels Throat. There were only a few drops but stillit was something! We also spent some time at Matmata, the place where The English Patient was filmed.

The time we had in Tunisia was wonderfuljust perfect! It is not enough to see those beautiful places in pictures or greeting cards, but you really have to go there personally, it was worth going there! Really exciting it was riding a camel for more than an hour with a Romanian group.

At the end I can say that the whole trip in Tunisia was exciting indeed and I would truly recommend any couple to go there, not just during their honeymoon but anytime and it is good because you can go there late in autumn and still find warm and sunny weather. If you need movement you may go to their crowded, noisy and lively bazaar, or you may stay inside the hotel, if you want to spend some silent, peaceful and pleasant time.
