The first mobile phone was invented in research laboratory «Bell Laboratories» in

1947 for automobile.

Dyna-Tac In 1973 the engineer Martin Cooper, the

employee of company Motorola, has made the first bell from mobile

phone. The cellular telephone referred

to Dyna-Tac. It was a phone weighting

about 1 kg and 200 grammes, height - 25 centimeters.
