Reminder: Plans acquired through the ABC/AIA Plan Release Agreement must be returned to the issuing office within 10 days of bid opening. If plans are not returned to the architect/engineer per the terms of the agreement, the Mississippi ABC member will be billed for the deposit. Also, if you pull plans as a Prime Contractor and do not submit a bid - you are automatically responsible for the plan deposit fee.
