I CORINTHIANS 7:20-24 Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called. 21 Art thou called being a servant? care not for it: but if thou mayest be made free, use it rather. 22 For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise

also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant. 23 Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men. 24 Brethren, let every man, wherein he is called,

therein abide with God.

THE.SUPER.SIGN 10 God knowed the end from the beginning,

therefore He could plan everything, that it would work out just to His glory. And that gives us courage, to know that no matter what comes or goes, God is making everything, the clock is ticking just exactly on time.

11 Sometimes we get weary, upset. We get hastily. We think, "Oh, we must do this, or do that."

12 But, remember, God's clock will be just exactly on time. It has to all be done according to His great knowledge, His foreknowledge, for by foreknowledge He could predestinate; not by His desire, but by His knowledge. God doesn't predestinate by His desire.


He is not willing that any should perish, but by His foreknowledge He knew who would accept it and who would not. Therefore He can make everything work according to His big time clock that's ticking away, for He could foretell the end from the beginning. And, therefore, He knew that we would live in this day. He knew that this would be our day. He had plans for this day. He has had plans for every day. And never has one of His plans ever failed. He is always on time.

PSALMS 37:23-2423 The steps of a good man are ordered by the

LORD: and he delighteth in his way. 24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.


THEN.JESUS.CAME11 Jesus knew what the Father's will was. And,

what a blessed privilege it is that we can know the Father's will. If we will seek God, God will make known His will. I'd rather know that I was in the will of God if I never spoke to another person, then to preach to ten thousand people every night out of the will of God…

What a privilege to find our place and there abide. No matter how the devil shakes, what he says… stay right straight in the will of God.

HOW.CAN.I.OVERCOME 35 Now, as we study this, my purpose of this is

just not to come here to fellowship. Which, I love to do that. But when we come here, we are here for one specific purpose. This is the house of correction, the throne of God, judgment goes forth from the house of God.

But, in here, we are under a leadership of the Holy Spirit. And we're here to take reckoning among us, to see where our short places are, and how can we catch from where we should be, over to where we ought to be now... And that's what we study. Ministers study those places, for their people. When they see the people, the lack, then they begin on that.

clear to your calling. Stay with God's Word and don't move for nothing. Just stay, abide, in your calling. If He give you a job out there as a farmer, farm good. God bless you at it, and pay your tithes and whatever it is, your offerings to help the ministry go on. If he made a mechanic out of you, He's blessed you in that work, stay with it and thank Him for it. You just abide where God calls you.

No, matter how honest, how decent, how moral you might be, how good you might be, what a fine sociable fellow you might be; you still miss the calling unless you serve the Lord Jesus and become a son and daughter of God. No, matter how good a neighbor you might be, how good a anything you may be, that's all good and we appreciate that. But my brother, until you become a son of God, you fail to answer the purpose that God put you on the earth to be.

If you're a housewife, remain a housewife. Whatever God's called you to do, just remain there. He knows where to put His hand on you and use you.

19 Now, last night when I got all the kiddies away, my wife and all, from the house, I made a commitment to the Lord God. And I said to the Lord God, "If You will bless me in the way that I go, I'll serve You. But You will have to show me where to go, and how to go, and what to do. Wherever You open, whatever You do, I'll walk in that way. Until You make a way, I'll just continue on as I am until You make the way." And I asked Him to make it so clear that I would not be deceived then, for I truly believe that we're right at a crossroads of something to happen.

21 You see, many times, people thinks that a prophetic gift, that God just says, "I'll pick you up right here, and set you down here. Now, you just go right over here." And He doesn't tell you all those things. If He did, then what overcoming faith did you have? He lets you stand alone more than anybody else. You all can come to me and ask for certain things, and He's never failed yet but what He's give you the answer. But I can ask Him for things for myself, and many times He just let's me alone, just let me go ahead and walk into it. I have things now that I have to solve out myself, and decisions I have to make… He just lets me alone. So I'm just setting as an orphan like this morning; I don't know which way to turn. So I have committed it to the Lord.

CALLING: (Gr.) kletos Invited (to a banquet); invited (by God in the

proclamation of the Gospel) to obtain eternal salvation in the kingdom through Christ; called to (the discharge of) some office i.e. divinely selected and appointed.


WATERS.OF.SEPARATION9 Who taking thought can add one cubit to his

statue? We must do what we can with what we have to do with. What God has ordained us to do, if you'll stay right in your calling and abide there, God will use you. If you try to step over and do something else, you'll find yourself wrecked up somewhere. It's always that way… that's the human race; you find it doing that.

brethren, stay with it. That's where God wants you. You'll never make a eye, if you're a ear; you remember that. You'll only mess up the body until you get your right place and abide there in your calling. If you're a deacon, stay a deacon; you're pastor, stay a pastor. Don't try to be something that you're not; be just what you are. If you're just a finger or fingernail, be a good one. God will give you your place in glory.

HIS.WONDERS.TO.PERFORM13 (Joseph) But we don't have to know

everything. We just believe by faith and walk on. God doesn't have to tell us all His plans… Just move on anyhow. God takes care of His own. And when you're prayed for, being sick, you don't have to worry just how God's going to move that cancer, how God's going to make that crippled limb to come straight. Just go forward in faith. That's up to God to take care of that.


JEREMIAH 29:11-1311 For I know the thoughts that I think

toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. 12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. 13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.


You don't have to worry whether you'll keep your job if you accept Christ as your Saviour. You don't have to worry whether the boss will be angry, or your neighbor will turn you down, or your mother will say that you've lost your mind, or your dad turn you away from home. Just go forward. God will take care of the rest of it.
