The Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health (MSOSH) is a Non-Profit Organization founded in 1971 with a mission to enhance and pro-mote Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) in all workplaces and industries. MSOSH is a renowned Occupational Safety and Health organization, with over 3000 Individual and Corporate members representing all sectors within Malaysia. MSOSH is also, a founding member of the Asia Pacific Occupation-al Safety and Health Organization (APOSHO) which was established in 1983.

This Conference has been designed to be one of the largest of its kind in this region as it aims to bring together various practitioners from across the globe representing a wide range of industries, organizations and societies to participate in workshops, presentations and various other discussions con-cerning Occupational Health & Human Resource in light to create a safer to-morrow. Great efforts have been spent to provide programs that are di-verse, interactive, forward

The objective of the conference is to promote Occupational Health & Hu-man Resource in the region by providing a forum for practitioners from Industries, Academia, and Government to share the experiences, techno-logical advances and new ideas and innovations.

2. CONFERENCE DESIGN

Inaugural “Occupational Health & Human Resource Conference & Exhibition” that will be hosted by Malaysian Society of Occupational Safety Health (MSOSH) on 1 & 2 July 2020 in Kuala Lumpur, at Royal Chulan Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA.

Professionals from the Industry / Institutions are encouraged to submit their Technical Papers. In addition, research presentations by the Stu-dents and Young Professionals are also encouraged.

Presentations relating to OHHR in the Industry are welcome.

Conference Registration Fee is exempted for the SPEAKERS.

7. GUIDELINES FOR PAPER AND e-POSTER PRESENTATIONS

a. Abstract Submission

Technical Paper abstracts to be submitted to the conference Organiz-ing Committee on or before the call date.

b. Abstract Content The abstract shall substantiate submitted topic that would facilitate the organizing committee for evaluation process.

The abstract should not be more than 450 words and written in Eng-lish.

The Abstracts should include the following;

� Title of the Paper, Names of authors

� Objectives/Scope - List the objectives and/or scope of the proposed paper. (Max. 75 words)

� Methodology: Briefly explain your overall approach, including your methods, procedures and process. (Max. 100 words)

� Novel / Additive Information: Explain how this paper will present novel (new) or additive information to the existing body of literature that can be of benefit to and / or add to the state of knowledge in the Industry. (Max. 75 words)

Time limit of 20 minutes will be allocated to each Paper Presenter, fol-lowed by 5 10 minutes of Q & A.

The accepted abstracts will be informed to the author to submit the presentation. A detailed format guideline will be sent to the authors based on the approval of the

Selected presenters are requested to work closely with the Conference Organizing Committee.

Provide a short outline of the presentation for inclusion in the Confer-ence Souvenir.

Make no substantive changes in content, process, names without the approval of the Conference Organizers.

Agree to have the session audio and video recorded to provide ongoing learning for Conference participants unable to attend their session

Agree to refrain from marketing products or services through the presentation.

Share openly knowledge, experience, skills, and creativity with partici-pants.

Please note that if accepted, your paper may be published, as submit-ted, in conference information media, including the Conference Proceed-ings (Flash Drive) and on the Organizer s website.

The Organizer assumes no obligation for expenses by authors for travel, lodging, food, or other incidental expenses.
