hen Jennifer and José first walked into this home a decade ago, they certainly had to put on a pair of rose colored glasses to obscure the disaster that was called a kitchen. Green Formica on cheap white cabinets with gold knobs and hideous wallpaper. It all had to go. ne of your biggest investments for your waterfront property is your boat, and the dock that goes with it. On many parts of the lake you need a very expensive breakwater to protect your dock--and that still does not protect your boat from being bounced around on even slightly windy days. Not to mention trying to navigate your boat to it. You and your boat are fully exposed. This includes ice damage to your dock in winter. Here your boat is docked in a protective cove.
