This publication has an average yearly circulation of over 20 million.

ForRent.com® launched in 1997 as the companion to For Rent Magazine. ForRent.com has over 50,000 apartment community listings, featuring multiple ways to search our extensive listings database, a slide-show presentation of property photos, detailed floor plans, streaming videos, e-maps, pricing information, and direct connections to leasing agents. The website now serves over 17,000 customers and since January of 2007 brings in, on average, over 2.3 million visits per month.

Apartamentos Para Rentar® Magazine debuted in 2001, expanding to 14 publications and growing nationwide. The Hispanic community is the fastest growing demographic in the country. Apartamentos Para Rentar offers a way to reach out to the Hispanic consumer through custom-designed, full-color advertisements in a publication dedicated to apartment rentals. Over 2.4 million Apartamentos Para Rentar Magazines are published annually and distributed to targeted, diversified locations nationally.

ParaRentar.com® launched in October of 2006 and offers over 4,000 listings. ParaRentar.com is a fully Spanish-translated apartment listing website that offers you an interactive, state-of-the-art medium to showcase your community. As of January 2007, the website has received over 32,000 visitors on a monthly basis.

ForRent.com™-The Magazine is an innovative marketing solution that combines the best of For Rent Media Solutions’ Print and Internet services in one package. Debuting in Raleigh, N.C. in 2005, ForRent.com-The Magazine instantly affirmed the powerful combination of Print and Internet by increasing LEADS™ in this previous “Internet only” market by 256%. Southwest Apartment Guide® has been the premier advertising source for the Southwest Florida market for over 20 years, distributing 24,000 magazines per month to all of Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, and Collier Counties. • 35% of online search users are driven to search as a result of an offline channel such as newspapers and magazines.1

• 81% of newspaper website users also read the printed newspaper in the last seven days.2

• The Web has not hurt overall newspaper consumption, as 87% of crossover [Print & Internet] users report that their time spent with newspaper media has increased or remained the same versus only 12% who say time spent has decreased.2

• Free daily newspaper circulation more than doubled from 2001 to 2005, from 12 million copies in 2001 to 28 million in 2005, an increase of 137%.3
