Volga Dream is now owned and operated by the Esakov family. The ship has been completely redesigned and refitted over 2 years in dry dock. All staff speak English and are personally chosen by the owners. With just about 100 passengers aboard and a crew of 60, the Volga Dream boasts the highest crew-to-passenger ratio on the river.
