From the moment of receiving the call for papers, full papers can be sent and will be the subject of two reviews.

The deadline for acceptance of papers is May 15, 2016. After that date the papers will be evaluated by reviewers. After the

Conference, the accepted papers will be selected for publishing in a BDI quoted journal or in an ISI Thomson Reuter quoted

Title of paper: all caps, bold, centered, 20 mm below upper margin, one column 130 mm width, font Times New Roman 12 pts. Enter 2 clear lines after title.

Author(s) last and first name (complete, without title or profession): all caps, bold, centered, on one centered column 130 mm width, font Times New Roman, 10 pts. Enter 1 clear

line after authors.

Affiliation: italics, upper and lower cases, centered, on one centered column 130 mm width, font Times New Roman, 10 pts. Provide the full postal address of affiliation, including

Paragraphs should be typed with no indentation, in Times New Roman, 10 pts., single spaced, justified.

The paper should be written on standard A4 (297 x 210 mm) sheets, with 25 mm (left-right-bottom) and 35 mm (top) margins. Enter one clear line between paragraphs, and two clear

lines between paragraph’s end and the next title.

Figures: included in text, numbered in Arabs. Each figure should have a caption placed below the picture, centered, Times New Roman 10 pts. Enter one clear line after caption. A

caption should comprise a brief title (not on the figure itself) and a description of the illustration. Use high quality pictures and drawings, black and white only. All figures must be

cited in text and numbered consecutively throughout the paper. Example: Fig. 1, Fig. 2 etc.

Tables: included in text, numbered in Arabs. Each table should have a caption placed above the table, centered, Times New Roman 10 pts. Example: Table 1. All tables must be cited

in text and numbered consecutively throughout the paper. Enter one clear line after table.

Equations: centered, numbered in brackets ( ), flush right, one line above and one line below. Equation editor: Normal: 12 pt; Subscript/superscript: 9 pt; Sub-subscript: 8 pt; Symbol:

13 pt; Sub-symbol: 11 pt. Use fractional form of terms, unless the no fractional form is more suggestively. All equations should be numbered consecutively throughout the paper.

References: References should be numbered consecutively (numerals in square brackets) throughout the text. References should be listed in order of citation, at the end of the paper,

after one clear line, numbered in square brackets [ ] in Times New Roman 10 pts. Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa).

References will be given in the original language, using only Roman alphabet (use transliteration if necessary). For references with more than one author, include de names of

all authors (don’t use et al or other abbreviations). Standard citations for books [1], journal published papers [2], “Proceedings” published papers [3], patents [4], are as follows:

The title, first and last name of the author The organization where he comes from

Abstract: Type the abstract here using English, French or German (the use of English is preferred). Please use the

Times New Roman font with point size 11. Leave a space of 24 points before and 12 points after it. Use short, direct,

and complete sentences. The abstract should be brief, concise and have a minimum length of 100 words and a

maximum length of 200 words. It should be informative giving the scope and emphasize the main conclusions,

results, or significance of the work described.

Keywords: Times New Roman point size 11, 0 points before, 0 points after.

INTRODUCERE

Documentul de faţă conţine instrucţiunile

pentru redactarea lucrărilor publicate în Revista de

Management şi Inginerie Economică (RMIE).

Fişierul a fost realizat cu ajutorul produsului

Microsoft Word versiunea ’03 în conformitate cu

însăşi instrucţiunile de redactare ce urmează a fi

precizate. Din acest motiv puteţi redacta lucrarea în

două moduri: fie creaţi un fişier nou pe care îl

formataţi conform prezentelor reguli, fie utilizând

comenzile copy&paste inseraţi textul lucrării Dvs.

direct în acest fişier.

Lucrările remise secretariatului RMIE în

vederea publicării vor fi redactate, de preferinţă, în

format DOC, urmând ca personalul RMIE să

convertească fişierele Word în format PDF. Înainte

de a trimite articolul, dacă aveţi posibilitatea, vă

rugăm să verificaţi posibilitatea convertirii

documentului.

1. INTRODUCTION

The present document contains the

instruction for writing the papers published in

the Magazine of Management and Economical

Engineering (RMIE). The file has been realized

with the use of Microsoft Word, the `97 version,

according to the editing instructions which will

be presented as follows. For this reason you can

edit your paper in two ways: either you create a

new file and then you format it according to the

present rules, or you use the commands copy-

paste and insert the text of your paper directly

into this file.

The papers sent to the RMIE’s secretariat

for publishing will be edited rather in DOC

format, the RMIE’s personnel converting the

Word files in PDF format. Before you send the

article, if you can, please check the possibility of

the document’s conversion.

2. EDITING INSTRUCTIONS

Please use for your papers only the

paragraph styles included in this document: The

title of the paper, Author, Organization, Back

Text, Ecuatie, Figura, Tabel, Titlu bibliografie,

Lista referinţe. Vă rugăm:

Să nu inseraţi numere de pagină;

Să nu utilizaţi caractere îngroşate (bold);

Să nu folosiţi headere şi note de autor;

Să nu modificaţi stilurile incluse în acest

document.

Orice abatere de la prezentele reguli de

redactare poate conduce la decizia de amânare a

publicării.

Lungimea lucrării

Sunt acceptate lucrări al căror număr de pagini

este cuprins între 4 şi 16. Vă rugăm să nu modificaţi

formatul paginii pentru a obţine o lungime cuprinsă

în domeniul precizat.

O condiţie importantă referitoare la lungimea

lucrării este ca numărul de pagini să fie par, chiar

dacă spaţiul de pe ultima pagină nu este folosit în

totalitate.

Formatul general al lucrării

Vă rugăm să utilizaţi formatul A4 standard şi

să redactaţi lucrarea considerând că limitele zonei

de tipărire sunt fixate la 4,5 cm în partea de sus, 3,3

cm în partea de jos, 2,25 cm în stânga şi 2,25 cm în

dreapta paginii. Cu excepţia rezumatului şi a

cuvintelor cheie, toate celelalte secţiuni ale lucrării

trebuie să fie redactate conform formatului de tabel

cu două coloane. Astfel, fiecare coloană va avea o

lăţime de 8,44 cm. În coloana din stânga vă rugăm

să introduceţi textul lucrării în limba română, iar în

partea dreaptă textul în limba engleză. În cazul în

care doriţi ca lucrarea să fie tradusă de redacţie, vă

rugăm să lăsaţi liberă coloana din dreapta.

Titlul şi autorii lucrării

Titlul lucrării se introduce în partea de sus a

paginii, în română şi engleză, precedat de un spaţiu

liber de 36 puncte şi urmat de un spaţiu de 30

puncte. Tipul şi mărimea caracterelor pe care

trebuie să le folosiţi sunt Times New Roman 20.

Utilizaţi litere mari (capital) şi îngroşate (bold).

Amplasaţi titlul pe mijlocul paginii şi nu separaţi

cuvintele care intră în textul acestuia cu ajutorul

tastei Enter.

Informaţiile pe care trebuie să le precizaţi

referitoare la autorii lucrării sunt: titlul, prenumele,

numele şi denumirea organizaţiei din care face parte

fiecare autor. Dacă mai mulţi autori fac parte din

aceeaşi organizaţie atunci numele acesteia poate fi

trecut o singură dată. Fontul pentru titlul, prenumele

şi numele autorilor este Arial 11 (caractere îngroşate

– bold), în timp ce pentru organizaţii se va folosi

Arial 10. Numele fiecărui autor se trece pe câte un

Do not insert page numbers;

Do not use bolded characters;

Do not use headers and footers;

Do not change the styles included in this

document.

Any exception from the present rules could

lead to the decision of postponing the

publication.

2.1. The length of the paper

We accept papers between 4 and 16 pages.

Please do not change the format of the page in

order to obtain the required length.

An important condition connected to the

length of the paer is that the number of pages

needs to be even, even if the space on the last page

is not entirely used.

2.2. The general format of the paper

Please use the format A4 standard and edit

your paper considering that the limits of the

printing area are fixed at 4,5cm at the upper side,

3,3 cm and the lower side, 2,25 cm left and 2,25

cm right. Except for the abstract and keywords,

all the other sections of the paper need to be

edited according to the format of a table with two

columns. Thus, each column will have a width of

8,44 cm. In the left column please insert the text

of the paper in Romanian, and in the right

column the text in English. If you want your

paper to be translated by the editorial stuff,

please leave the right column empty.

2.2.1. The title and the author of the paper

The title of the paper is on the upper side of

the page, in Romanian and English, preceded by

a free space of 36 points and followed by a space

of 30 points. The font and size of the characters

that you need to use are Times New Roman 20.

Use capital and bolded letters. Put the title in the

centre of the page and do not separate the words

within it with Enter.

The information that you need to specify

referring to the author of the paper is: the title,

first and last name, the name of the organization

to which each author belongs to. If there is more

one author belonging to the same organization,

then its name can be written only once. The font

for the title, first and last name of the authors is

Arial 11 (bold), while for the organization you Back

rând şi este precedat de un spaţiu liber de 6 puncte.

Rândurile cu numele organizaţiilor nu trebuie

precedate sau urmate de spaţii libere. Informaţiile

referitoare la autori trebuie aliniate la marginea din

dreapta a paginii.

Secţiuni şi subsecţiuni

Titlurile secţiunilor şi subsecţiunilor vor fi

aliniate la marginea din stânga a paginii şi

numerotate în mod consecutiv cu ajutorul numerelor

arabe. Secţiunea referinţelor bibliografice nu se

numerotează. Pentru titlurile secţiunilor de prim

nivel se va utiliza stilul paragraf numit Heading 1,

pentru subsecţiunile acestora – stilul Heading 2, şi

aşa mai departe. Astfel, titlurile secţiunilor de prim

nivel vor fi scrise utilizând caracterele Times New

Roman 12, mari (capital). Ele vor fi precedate şi

urmate de un spaţiu liber de 12 puncte.

În titlurile secţiunilor de pe nivelul al doilea se

vor utiliza caracterele Times New Roman 12 scrise

înclinat (italics). Aceste titluri vor fi precedate de un

spaţiu liber de 12 puncte şi urmate de un spaţiu de 6

puncte.

Titlurile de nivel 3 vor fi scrise utilizând

caracterele Times New Roman 11. Ele vor fi

precedate de un spaţiu liber de 12 puncte şi urmate

de un spaţiu de 6 puncte. Dacă secţiunile de nivel

trei trebuie divizate în continuare atunci pentru

titlurile acestor subsecţiuni se va utiliza acelaşi stil

ca şi pentru nivelul trei.

Dacă titlurile unor secţiuni sau subsecţiuni se

găsesc pe primul rând al unei coloane atunci ele nu

vor fi precedate de spaţii libere.

Paragrafele din cadrul oricărei secţiuni sau

subsecţiuni vor fi redactate cu ajutorul caracterelor

Times New Roman 11.

Tabele şi figurile

Toate tabelele şi figurile pe care doriţi să le

folosiţi trebuie incluse în fişierul lucrării. Fiecare

tabel/figură trebuie să aibă titlu. Ele vor fi

numerotate cu ajutorul numerelor arabe. Titlurile

tabelelor, notate deasupra, vor fi scrise cu ajutorul

stilului Tabel. Vă rugăm să introduceţi tabelele şi

figurile cât mai aproape de locul în care faceţi

referiri la ele (vezi Figura 1/Tabel 1). Caracterele

folosite în cadrul tabelelor şi figurilor sunt Times

New Roman 10.

2.2.2. Sections and subsections

The titles of sections and subsections will be

aligned left and numbered consecutively with

Arabic numbers. The section of bibliographic

references will not be numbered. For the titles of

the sections of the first level you will use the

paragraph style called Heading 1, for their

subsections – Heading 2 and so on. Thus, the

titles of the sections of the first level will be

written using Times New Roman 12, capital

letters. They will be preceded and followed by a

fee space of 12 points.

In the titles of the sections from the second

level you will use Times New Roman 12 with

italics. These titles will be preceded by a free

space of 12 points and followed by a space of 6

points.

The titles from the level 3 will be written

using Times New Roman 11. They will be

preceded by a free space of 12 points and

followed by a space of 6 points. If the sections

from the 3rd level need to be divided further

more, then, for the titles of those subsections you

will use the same style as for the third level.

If the titles of some sections or subsections

are found on the first row of a column then they

will not be preceded by free spaces.

The paragraphs within any section or

subsection will be edited with Times New Roman

2.2.3. Tables and figures

All tables and figures need to be included in

the paper’s file. They will be numbered with

Arabic numbers. The title of the tables, noted

above, will be written with the help of the style

Table. Please insert the tables and figures as close

as possible to the place where you refer them to.

(se Figure 1/Table 1). The characters used in the

tables and figures are Times New Roman 10.

În cazuri excepţionale, dacă lăţimea tabelelor

sau figurilor este mai mare decât lăţimea unei

coloane, tabelele sau figurile pot ocupa întreaga

lăţime a paginii, cu condiţia ca să nu depăşească

limitele zonei de tipărire stabilite prin formatul

paginii. (vezi figura 2)

Nu vor fi acceptate lucrări care conţin figuri

neclare sau care nu au toate elementele grupate. De

aceea vă rugăm ca în cazul în care realizaţi figurile

In exceptional cases, if the width of the

tables or figures is bigger then the width of a

column, the tables or figures can occupy the

entire width of the page, with the condition that

they do not exceed the limits of the printing area

established by the page format.

We will not accept papers that contain

obscure figures or figures that do not have all the

elements grouped. That is why we ask you that,

if you do the figures with the use of the graphical

instruments which exist in the package Microsoft

Office, to use the command Group.

2.1.2. Bibliografia

Lista cu referinţe bibliografice precum şi

modul de referire a lor trebuie să fie în

conformitate cu sistemul cunoscut sub numele de

Harvard Referencing System.

Două stiluri paragraf au fost create pentru a

uşura formatarea acestei secţiuni. Primul, Titlu

bibliografie, precizează tipul caracterelor pe

care trebuie să le utilizaţi pentru titlul acestei

secţiuni. Cel de-al doilea, Lista referinte,

stabileşte modul în care trebuie aranjate

referinţele. Vă sugerăm să introduceţi întâi toate

referinţele conform sistemului Harvard iar apoi

să aplicaţi stilul Lista referinte. În final folosiţi

caracterele înclinate (italics) pentru titlurile

cărţilor şi al revistelor.
