The CPCB and SPCBs were the target organisations for undertaking training needs assessments.

A total of 321 questionnaires for the 4 training fields was obtained by ETU-staff during visits of SPCBs, CPCB Zonal Offices, interviews in CPCB and questionnaire mailing.
