Only cases involving urgent matters, which cannot await reopentng of

the Court and are m,ed on the working days during the Puja Holidays and no

other matter, shall be listed. Such urgent cases shall be filed between 11.00

A.M. and 12.00 Noon on the working days during the Puja Holidays. No

pending cases shall be listed before the Court during "Durga Puja Holidays"

without the leave of the Vacation -Judgels].

All Mention memos will be filed before the Deputy

Registrar(Judicial)IOmcer-in-Charge between 11 A.M & 12.00 Noon on the

day before the Vacation Court & no mention memos shall be received

after 12 Noon. Deputy Registrar(Jud1.)fOfficer-in-Charge will place those

memos before the respective Hon'ble Vacation Judge(s) for favour of orders

regarding listing of the cases before their Lordships on the date, place &

time specified as above.

In the absence of Hon'ble The Chief Justice, the Senior Vacation Judge

for the period in question will deal with the urgent administrative matters

during the Durga Puja Holidays.

Hon'ble Dr.Justice A.K.Rath will be Senior Vacation Judge for the

period from 23.09.2017 to 26.09.2017.

Hon'ble Dr.Justice B.R.Sarangi will be Senior Vacation Judge for the

period from 27.09.2017 to 02.10.2017.

Hon'ble Mr.Justice B.K.Nayak will be Senior Vacation Judge for the

. period from 03.10.2017 to 08.10.2017.

Both the days, i.e.,04.10.2017 & 06.10.2017 aretreated as compulsory period of duty for all the members.of the staff of the Judicial Sections, Superintendents,SOs., ASOs, Court Masters, Peons, Court Peons working inthe Judicial Departments,Officer:-in-:-Chargeand Staff ofComputer Section, Superintendents and Typists working inType Section, Superintendents and Staff of CopyingDeptt., Duftaries and Peons in charge of Roneo andCopy Printer and the Staff of Generator Wing for thepurpose of preparation and finalisation of" the. WeeklyCause Lists fo~ the reopening week.
