RECIPE Pop plenty of good quality ice into a long glass and pour over 50ml of Mr Hobbs Gin. Add several drops of fresh lemon juice and fill to the top with Mediterranean Fever-Tree tonic water. To garnish, we suggest a wheel of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.

About the Designer

Lynne’s biggest passion is sustainability within the home and garden. Her work has been featured on Channel 4, George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces Floating Homes show and Gok Wan’s ‘Fill your house for free’. One of Lynne’s biggest passions is her Warriors on Waste movement which aim to teach and inspire the next generation of mini up cyclers how important and fun it is to upcycle and turn trash to treasure. She also teaches

about plastic pollution and sustainability and has visited many schools on Her ‘Saving Nemo Tour’.
