Auto cab is battery operated environment friendly vehicle

Operations are limited in green zone only and handle all inter

green zone trips

Controlled number of Autocabs provided with Autocab station

Controlled by Central System through GPS & Wireless Radio

It will be of two types:-

Autocabs

•Driver Operated : Residential and industrial areas•Automatic with guide way : in commercial areas

Smart Bus• Smart Bus are CNG operated high capacity low floor buses.

• Operations are limited in Blue Zone.

• Will run upon MDR only.

• Bus Shelters With adequate bus bay ,parking facility for 2 & 4 wheelers

• Bicycle renting and parking facility

• BRT corridors for the traffic free movement

• Use of SMARTCARD for the fare payment .

WHY ONLY THIS Economical Impact:• It is the only practical solution, providing a 60 % improvement in travel time and 40 % operating cost saving • It reduces more than 80% single occupancy vehicle (SOV) down to 30 % SOV • Increasing the GDP of the city

Environmental Impact• It includes low emissions , high level of service , efficient use of space and good value

Social Impact• Encourage social uniformity• It modernize the perspective view of the society• clean and green city

ConclusionEven if the costs incurred are not recovered for a few years our moral obligations to our country and the environment demand that we carry on with the project because the benefits of these projects are not just financial but also environmental and are to be reaped by many onwards generations to come.
